I ordered a set of Subzero and Wolfe kitchen appliances from Ferguson. Heather Watson also helped order the products. The delivery & installation process is absolutely the worst possible. You would think the delivery would be free after you spend $25,000 on a refrigerator, stove and a wall oven; but it's not. Installation of Subzero and Wolfe appliances require precise and one of kind electrical plumbing rough-ins, which Fergurson does not communicate on the phone or early. So you are constantly email this lady who has 0 field experience. She becomes a human emailer of the spec sheets, which different trades can interpret sightly differently. To reconcile the difference by talking with trades, Subzero tech support, and Fergerson is a full time job. The after-sale support is email exclusive and absolutely time waster. Fergerson after-sale support obsoletely will not talk to you; they will only email you dumb things one like the spec sheet and ask you dumb questions on the email. Heather called me after I threatened to cancel the order; but she knows nothing about the fine installation detail, sometimes down to 1/16". She promised that a Subzero rep would call me the same day, nobody called me. So I called Subzero tech support. It takes about 24 full working hours to coordinate the installation of 4 appliances. I come from a engineering background, with 4 years of fix and flip experience. I have never spent so much time on appliance installation. If you buy subzero as a luxury product, and you also value time as the greatest luxury possible, then Fergueson is not for you. Fergerson will rob you of your time! read more

My wife and I just completed a major, 2 month, master bath renovation with the help of Ferguson. We purchased all of our faucets, hardware, custom cabinetry, and tub from the Annapolis showroom location with the help of two SPECTACULAR associate/designers. Heather Watson assisted in the selection of the right faucets, tub, diverters, and miscellaneous plumbing components to make it all work. Being in the contracting line of business I recognize that complex projects can require a significant amount of assistance to make sure they are done properly; Heather nailed it from every aspect from design, pricing, and working through last minute installation issues associated with a custom bath. Dawn Esposito assisted in taking our conceptual drawings of the vanity/cabinetry to a beautiful, yet functional setup that perfectly matched our design. Just as Heather did, Dawn took ownership of the project, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and got it ready for release from the factory. During installation the few minor questions that surfaced were responded to immediately allowing installation to continue without delay. I would absolutely recommend Ferguson for anyone interested in bringing their dream renovation to life. This is the type of customer service that should be expected and required of all design/suppliers. read more

I felt discriminated against. My husband, 18 year old son and I came to the showroom to look for ceiling fans for 5 bedrooms, a family room and a porch after researching them online. They didn't have the selection of ceiling fans we were hoping for, but that wasn't the problem. We were ignored the ENTIRE time we were there. A bald guy was at the front desk. We passed by him twice and he never looked up from his computer. We passed by two ladies at a table twice, both on laptops--never looked up. When we came back to the front desk, I had to initiate conversation with the guy at the front desk because he didn't look up even as I approached. When I asked him why he didn't greet us like most stores greet customers, his excuse was he had to keep an eye on the phone because he was the only one answering the phones. The phone was not ringing. He said in 14 years of working there he always greeted customers. Well, we were completely ignored twice while we were there. In 14 years he should have learned how to treat customers properly. He wasn't even apologetic--it felt like we were a nuisance to him. I've never experienced such substandard service. It felt discriminatory. I felt we were prejudged. read more

My husband and I stopped by the showroom the other day to check out kitchen appliances. As we strolled around, we were greeted by Alison who asked if we needed any assistance. We explained that we are building a house in South Carolina, and needed to start deciding on appliances for our builder. Even though Alison knew that we would not be making a purchase (because they don't ship to SC) she spent almost an hour with us, explaining the different options, asking what our likes and dislikes were, and told us about rebates when you bundle. She even priced everything out for us so that we could take it to our builder and he could get them for us down there. Alison is a class act, and I highly recommend both her, and the showroom. read more

We worked with Shannon at Ferguson's Annapolis, MD showroom to pick out fixtures for two bathrooms. We weren't able to find what we wanted at other stores and we found the process a little overwhelming. When we met Shannon, she helped us pull everything together effortlessly. She listened to what we wanted and made the process easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond, especially in our quest for grab bars that looked like towel bars. She had grab bars in mind, but they didn't have them in the showroom. She asked the distributor to send pics of the bars that he installed in his own bathroom so we could see what they looked like in an actual bathroom. They were the perfect solution! We love all of the fixtures we purchased from Shannon and we would love to work with her for any future projects. She provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process! read more

I had a very positive experience at Ferguson bath kitchen and lighting gallery. I went there on Saturday to order a part for my Kohler kitchen faucet. I was greeted by someone who offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for the customer service representative. Jenn Eaton met with me and ordered the part through Kohler. She told me she would call me on Monday to let me know if the part would be covered by Kohler's warranty. Jenn called me on Monday to tell me it was covered and my part should arrive at my house shortly. Thank you, Ferguson for great customer service. read more

I have never experienced such snooty service in the Annapolis area as I did in this Fergusons. The sales women are uninterested in assisting potential customers and unresponsive to follow-up inquiries. When I go into a place of business, I expect to feel like they care about having and keeping my business, and in this place I felt the opposite. I got major attitude and no service. I don't need this kind of treatment when I am spending good money on a renovation project! read more

Rynn was ours sales person and she was fabulous. She answered every question, advised us on every choice we made for appliances as to function and reviews. She helped us with every selection we made for our new kitchen for a home three hours away. Ferguson made every effort to work with us as in every construction there are delays. For out kitchen and two bathrooms renovations we worked closely with one consultant, Rynn, throughout the whole process. She was very attentive to our descriptions of the work and our needs. When we balked at one of our choices after further consideration she guided us to an alternate choice that met our needs. In addition she was a certified lighting consultant which helped when we showed her the plans and selected the lighting for all of the rooms.
