They determined that water had leaked and gotten a sensor wet, checked all the connections, ran a partial cycle, and repositioned the unit slightly to help prevent any future leaking. They then routed the drain line more efficiently and even corrected a small water filter leak they noticed while putting items back under the sink. We will definitely use Appliance Guys again if needed.

When contacted by credit card (and they waited until the last possible day to do so, of their 30 day response time), they claim they need to keep the diagnostic fee.
