It had to be the same one, nothing similar. I've called around a million and one companies looking for it to no avail. Either that or they would have to ship it to me, and shipping cost more than the damn tile. I came across ProSource on Yelp and spoke with Jensen Weh who was a huge help from beginning to end. While ProSource didn't physically have this tile, Jensen ordered the time for me from his distributor and I was able to pick it up. All in the same week! From that point on a disaster. Electric and molding wrong. Had to remove my cabinets. Nail marks in closets. They sub contract all there work. Might work 2 hours a day. I had the worse team possible. The workers wore their masks properly, but no gloves. They were handling dangerous resins or other chemicals with their bare hands which is not healthy. I've had items stolen from my house and I've had these guys come back multiple times to fix issues that were not done correctly the first time. It was a pain to get this company to compensate too. The electrician they used was a piece of work (really good hustler). $50 to insert a blank plate outlet like c'mon. If I had known that I would have payed $50 bucks for a working outlet. Again, absolutely trash company, my opinion would be to stay away from these guys.

It's still not finished and it won't be finished by this company…read more They never followed up to collect the final 5% because the value of the final payment is less than the cost of what's left to do. So, ultimately, they make a profit on not completing the work and because they never collected the final payment, they technically haven't breached their contract. Words of advice: don't agree to their terms in a contract. Cross out the parts that don't benefit you and rewrite the agreement before you sign.
