I would definitely recommend this company for their fair pricing, skilled team, and the care they put into their work.

I recently received an email from them, offering a 15% discount on tree service. I scheduled a quote for lat Friday, the 28th. Joe arrived, assessed the required work, and presented a quote that was almost $200 more than the previous work performed 10 months ago for virtually the same thing! I asked about a 1st responder discount and he said he'll waive the tax. There was no mention or consideration of the 15% discount. He also stated that they should've charged more for the previous work. In my opinion, this is nothing more than the old bait and switch con. They don't stand behind their word. I cannot continue to recommend Green Pine Tree Service.

So I called Jim Chase from White Rock and asked for a rush service. They did a fantastic job. I've reviewed these guys before, and it's good to find out that they've kept up their good work. They sent a super courteous crew. They knocked down the tree, chopped it up and hauled it away in less than 2 hours. Then they trimmed another tree, all for less than the contractor's guy had budgeted for just one tree. I hope I don't have to knock down any more trees. But f I have to do it, I'm not wasting my time with anybody else.

I called again to ask for an estimate because I filed a small claims against the owner to have the tree removed and I know an estimate will be required. When the owner called me back, she raised her voice and said she refused to get her company involved. Even though an estimate isn't a binding contract, she said it would drag them through the mud. I've never had someone react this way. I ended up hanging up on her because she was so rude and unprofessional. I didn't sign up to be lectured nor do I need to let someone berate me! She acted like I was 5 yrs old. Said I should put myself in her shoes and she used to work for a law firm. Ok? So have I. An estimate isn't binding. And I'm taking legal action. Not trying to be shady. I was very upset by her overall attitude and would not do business with her again.
