Very argumentative to me and condescending to the younger girls who are working behind the front desk as well . I get to pick who I use for my healthcare and that of my family and I will Not be returning. She really needs to find a new job, not in customer service . I had one set of glasses that had become scratched and much to my surprise, they replaced the damaged lens without charge. I once had a problem with Transition lenses that they were not centered properly over my eye pupil, and I had to tilt my head to get the distance focus correct. I lived with that work around ok until my next set (new correction) and on the new frames/glasses, the optician worked hard to get them centered properly. No problem after that. I've also stopped in a few times when a lens was coming loose or a frame was coming loose and the optician fixed those problems without charge.
