They refused to fill my prescription several times. Prescription had not expired and was still good for severalo months more. Optical assistant stated that according to Texas Law, prescription had to be written for exact number of boxes. When I doctor called, he never of such a law. Regardless, he revised prescription according to their specifications. For second time they refused to fill it and wanted prescription to be faxed to them. I had optician write their fax number on the prescription. I went to my doctors office today, they used the fax number WalMart GAVE ME and faxed it TWICE to number WalMart optician wrote on my back of my prescription. When I went to Walmart later that day, they denied they received the faxes. All this and no contacts with poor service, giving little or no information.
