I've visited other optical stores only to be disappointed by the selection available. As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the variety of frames. I was greeted by Megan who assisted me with finding frames, reviewing my insurance, fitting, and everything else. I sincerely appreciated her patience as I was indecisive on choosing frames, but I found "the one" - Ray-ban! It must have been kismet because in addition to my insurance coverage LensCrafters was having a Black Friday sale of 30% off designer frames and 50% off lenses. The entire process took about 2 hours, and I feel it was time well spent!

The doctor had great bedside manner and answered all my questions. Will I waited for them to verify with my insurance I browsed the eyeglass selection. I found two pairs that I really liked and was able to take advantage of their specials. After my selection, a supervisor comes over to verify everything is correct on your order. She did find a discrepancy and was able to make the necessary corrections. I paid and my glasses were ready in less than a week. I was able to try them on to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely return for my next exam.

The doctor did nothing to the soot but told her to change her face wash, use a cold compress and use eye drops. Due to this sore spot, they would not do an eye exam because, as the person at the front desk told me, they cannot bill insurance for a "procedure" and an eye exam on the same day. So, please come back in 2 weeks to check the spot and then 2 weeks after that for an eye exam. Insurance fraud at its finest. No thank you. Not the first time we've had issues here.
