I love Costco! But I've been sleeping on their ready made food offerings. I forget the name of this but it was so good. Italian sausage, fresh tomatoes, spinach, cheese and a beautiful lush lemony sauce. Plenty for leftovers. And so easy to pop into the oven and bake. read more

Every Costco is a great one to shop at, including this one. It is right off of the freeway and easy to get to. The store was well-stocked and neat. Parking was the only setback I could see, in that there just wasn't enough. read more

This Costco is usually pretty good to come to for shopping and eating. This Costco is typically stocked well and has almost as much as other Costco's. The only downside is this is in a very busy area and it's often times very hard to even get into the store. This is frustrating of course because you pay to shop here and a lot of hours of the day it's not easy. Despite this they still have great prices, plenty of selection, and workers are usually helpful. read more

Y'all are awesome at deliveries! Y'all are killing the game! It was so effective and efficient from researching online to comparing, to having the best option compared to other box companies, to updating my delivery status, and to having it delivered with awesome people that helped install and haul my dryer away. read more

Dee at Member services was amazing! He went above & beyond to help me with an issue! We already love Costco but employees like Dee make me love it even more! Stephen B was also very helpful! Donna w food samples was so friendly! We really enjoyed talking to her. When we checked out Jesse (James) helped us at the self checkout. We were moving stuff from one basket to two & we were a two person circus. He was so helpful! The staff here is just phenomenal! read more

This is my favorite Costco in San Antonio. There is one really close to my house but they don't have gasoline so I visit this one more often. As a bonus it's next to a Total Wine. With gas prices what they are I try to combine my errands into one trip a week. Some of the things I always get when coming here are organic eggs in the 24 pack. Great price compared to HEB and they are always fresh. Love the frozen Handy crabcakes. A lot more crab than other stores and brands. I make my own bacon and pastrami and always buy my pork belly and brisket here. The quality is just better than elsewhere. So happy when they added self checkout lanes. I'm not buying for a huge family and the addition lets me get out quickly. I have also used Costco travel for cruises with better prices and extras than other travel sites. Just wish they offered Virgin Cruise Lines. read more

I shop at Costco at least one to two times a month for both home and work. They typically have a very good selection of items I need and occasionally, some special products I'll try. While the value is usually very good, it's hard for me to get out of there for under $150 but, knowing I'm buying in bulk, I believe my outages go a bit farther. One of the more convenient services is Eye Care. There's an independent Optometrist adjacent to Costco, who performs Eye Exams and can then have your presumptions sent for pickup within Costco which odds open until 8:30pm. There's also a basic Auto services Center to purchase and install Tires & Batteries. Also, don't forget the the Hone Improvement and new vehicle purchasing power available to Costco Members. For me, Costco is convenient, clean and easy to get to. I hope this helps. read more

I'm pregnant, and the manager confronted me over an incident I wasn't involved in. Her employee at self checkout has been rude multiple times to us over the course of months. Someone I know had a verbal interaction with that employee, and their conversation progressed, and resulted in the person I know calling them a b*tch. I was not there or apart of the conversation when this took place. The manager then came to me immediately accusing me of calling her employee a b*tch, I immediately informed her that I pregnant and that I was not involved. She ignored me and continued on. I want to have limited stress during my pregnancy, and am extremely fearful of the possibility of losing my baby. The manger continued to harass me and my family over the incident. To the point where she walked to the exit speaking to my sister, who was also not involved. I had to physically get between her and my sister to guide my sister out the door. There's good employees at this Costco, and it's great that the manager wants to protect their employees, but the attitude of the worker at self checkout is genuinely rude and ruins the entire trip to Costco. We live out of the way already, so we hardly go to Costco. We will no longer be going to this location, for the safety of my unborn baby and family and my own mental well-being. read more

3.5 stars why? COSTCO MANAGEMENT ADDRESS THIS: The employee experience is hit or miss and now for my biggest issue. During the exiting process there is this Asian lady that looks your cart over like an FBI agent. She slows down the line and touches items that doesn't belong to her. She should not move things around that people OWN to look under items that are clearly visible from the sides of cart. No other employee does this - it's rude and disrespectful. There is no self checkout and the likelyhood of stealing is very low. Treat your customers, which pay a lot to shop here with respect not contempt. I recall during Covid she literally asked me to put a mask on my 3yr old, and I said no thank you. There is no law regarding inspecting my cart, we do it to be polite. read more

We have utilized Costco for years and enjoyed great customer service. Today, Saturday, May 3rd 12:15p was not that. Utilizing self-check and 1st Costco employee scanned all of our items in for us. We paid and went to front of store to show our receipt to leave where we are told all of our items weren't scanned in and 2nd Costco employee clarified our pkg of $4.99 Lens Cleaner was not scanned then he looked at receipt again and said no, instead it was one of two pair of Levi' jeans $39.00, had not been scanned in, and he called "Audit" directing us to move off to side. A 3rd employee came running over and we were taken back into store to another register where yet a 4th employee came over to see if additional support was needed. We paid for the pair of jeans that had not been scanned after I studied the receipt to make sure what we were being told was correct as by this point I was just done with Costco experience and couldn't trust support we were receiving. After paying and giving my explanation where we did not receive good customer service, we were walked out and received multiple I am sorrys. Note to self, I will check off my own items against receipt before I get to checkpoint as this was not the kind of fun I wanted to have. read more

Costco is awesome. Yes, sometimes other grocery stores have better deals, but if you feel like buying in bulk, here is your place. Sam's Club? Please. simply walking into both places, you should feel the difference. Costco is much more clean and dare I say? Customer service is far better at Costco, and employees are always finally. Don't forget to go to the epic-status food court! read more

There isn't much that can be said for a Costco. When you walk in, there is always a warm greeting followed by being asked for your membership. There have been some Costcos in densely populated areas that have been messy due to customers picking things up and leaving them in places where they shouldn't be. However, it's nice to see that there is always someone actively looking for this and returning them to their displays. The clothes area is always folded and there usually is someone refolding the clothes that have been moved around. The meat and refrigerated section is always stocked to the brim with bulk meats and pre-made meals ready for your hungry eyes to grab and go. There's not much difference between Costcos and that's what makes this experience as wondering as it has always been for all the years that I have been shopping here. The customer service, cleanliness, and professional upkeep of the warehouses made me a forever customer. Oh, and don't forget the massive pizzas and super generous return policies. They have it all here. From a simple family dinner to maybe a car or even solar panels! read more

Only way to rate Costco is by the cleanliness, the service and the parking. Thankfully all of those things were well represented when we went. No hassle getting in and out the parking lot. No loose carts, or trash flying around the lot and as always the employees are front and center ready to assist when needed. No much to review, it's Costco! read more

Price: It really depends what you get, they have items from $7 - thousands. Experience: I love Costco but I recommend going there 2 hours before they close. B U S Y So I love Costco and I get everything they have to offer when it comes to home items like food, decor, cleaning items, and furniture. They have amazing quality and outstanding customer service. Only reason I gave 4 starts is because of how B U S Y this place is! It took me a while to find a close enough parking spot while trying to dodge cars and pedestrians! The food at the food court is really good and such a reasonable price (you don't need a membership for the food court). If you want to try something out but scared you won't like it? Then just return it! They are amazing when it comes to returning items you don't like, broke, malfunctioned! If you want to avoid people then I recommend coming 2 hours before they close. read more

Great service professional courteous helped to answer my concern very good excellent customer care

The process for checking out and getting in line is a nightmare. There are two lines that form on the right side of the store but then you have people on the opposite side by the snack section cutting in and not waiting their turn like everyone else. They need to have someone monitoring the lines all the time and making sure that people are not just cutting in front of 20 people. It's always such a zoo in there, makes me rethink having a membership. Going through all that chaos is just not worth it. read more

We were in the area for another errand and came to this Costco as it was nearby. We needed a new battery for our SUV. They had then in stock and we were on our in in minutes. I want to also mention that this Costco is much busier than my usual. It also has a Gas Station which I wish mine had. It was set up a little different than my regular Costco. But the thing I really noticed was the amount of products. They were much more full up in their bins and on tables. I would say 3 times as much in clothing set up on the tables. The place seemed crowded with more goods in general. They were also much more crowded than what I was used to. Very busy-maybe that's why they have more items to sell. read more

Stopped at Costco and had wonderful service. Eye glass department is fantastic. Tried to get gas when leaving and the fuel pump was not working correctly. Tried a 3 times and got assistance. After resetting the pump it still didn't work. Finally I gave up and left. With such high volume of people buying gas it seems like they need new pump. read more

This location is very standard for a Costco. They have all the good stuff including everyday clothing that you like to wear and great rotisserie chicken. I particularly enjoy the coffee section and I appreciate how the frozen food is a little bit of a higher level then your typical grocery store. Clean and has so many bargains in stock. Unfortunately my aunt and mother had food poisoning from the fresh salmon. Mom was hospitalized a day and my aunt 11 days did sepsis. The staff quickly reimbursed for the fish. My concern is that I called and no one remembered me calling and I hope no one else got sick since the product probably wasn't pulled. I think they have a great selection of quality meats. Parking is OK but too many in handicapped without placards.I wish the app allowed to scan and go the way they do at Sam's. They also don't give second cards without proof of address living in same house. Not an issue but wasn't aware I needed to bring anything other than myself because Sam's is more flexible and will give a second card without question. read more

Always spend more than I should. But definitely enjoy Costco for its value and variety.

Had Costco put new tires on my wife's vehicle.Got a flat tire driving to San Antonio yesterday. Put the spare on. Dropped off flat tire at Costco in Selma Tx I left the tire overnight and was told didn't need an appointment if I got there 15 minutes before they officially opened Saturday morning and to wait in the Tire service areaI was there 30 min early. Had breakfast tacos for the crew as a thank you gift. Nobody came out. Store officially opened at 9 :30 Went to the tire counter No one present. Went back outside to see 2 vehicles pulled into service bay. Knocked on garage door. Mechanic rolled up the door Said I'd have to wait 2 hours for a 5 minute job. I told them I'd change it myself. They rolled tire out the door and closed the door. Didn't offer to load is in the back. I'm 62 with a ruptured L4 disc and I had to load the tire myself. Really lousy service. Y'all need to take some lessons in manners from the Webster Texas branch. Their tire department is first class and the staff is extremely polite read more

I arrived at Costco at 9:18. The gentleman at the door asked if I was 60yrs + or a first responder or medical personnel. I answered no (not quite 60 yet) and he told me I'd have to come back at 10am . I got to my car and was about to leave when I decided to call and speak to someone inside the store. My son, who is 12 years old, is a transplant recipient (small bowel/pancreas/liver on 04/14/08) and is immunosuppressed. Closest Costco to me and I kinda wish I didn't need things from here! The people at the register are completely rude and give the worst customer service. Went in today and felt like I was inconveniencing the lady at the register because I used cash and god forbid she has to count it! She didn't even bother to say hi, look at me, or tried to be nice. I go because I need to get stuff from there but definitely the employees need to be trained better in customer service. read more

Be advised- Quality at this Location Declining- Bitter employees who openly say negative things about the company, management who doesn't rectify situations, and poor quality control for produce - 3 things that are new in the past 4 months. This location is always too crowded. There is never enough parking and most of the employees are straight face. They don't have early shopping hours; which they should for at least executive members.
