I made an appointment, received my service and had my 2 pair of glasses the same day for a great price. I highly recommend these locations.

Both of my lenses came out defective -- haze, distortion, and glare so severe I had to take my glasses off while driving at night just to see safely. The defects were visible in multiple lighting conditions and in every photo I took: uneven glare, cloudy patches, and light scattering that stayed in the same spot no matter how the lenses were angled. These are not cleaning issues; they are coating defects. When I brought them back, the salesman talked down to me, suggested I "buy their cleaner," and even told me I'd need to pay for a lens warranty to fix the problem. Instead of inspecting the lenses under proper lighting, he simply wiped them down as if I didn't know how to clean my own glasses. No one actually looked at the defects. A higher‑up eventually stepped in and said a remake was on the way, but only because of the earlier payment mistake -- not because anyone acknowledged the defects or took my concerns seriously. The nose pads also rubbed my skin raw, and they only had one other size/type available. For a professional optical business, that's unacceptable. I was dismissed and spoken to as if I didn't understand what I was seeing, while both lenses were clearly defective.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience was at Schertz Vision Source…read more From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gentry was amazing--she really took her time with me and was very thorough throughout the exam, which made me feel confident and well cared for. I also had such a great experience picking out glasses. The staff member who helped me went above and beyond--she even went to the back to find additional frames for me to try on, which I really appreciated. That extra effort made the whole process so much easier and enjoyable. Overall, it was such a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you for making what can sometimes feel stressful such a smooth and pleasant visit!

When I took them to get re-tinted, they said they couldn't do it because it's been over a year. One lady who works there told me that they were using a lab that they quit using because they having defective products and that was the lab they used to make my lenses. Of course, the office manager denied that she said that .Office manager said since it was over six months that there was nothing they could do for 400$ pair of glasses. She said she would give me a $40 credit on my account for what the tint cost.. never was I told that polycarbonate lenses could have the tent fade, something that they should probably tell their customers. you could tell when you talk to the manager that her mind was made up and no matter what you said she was not going to change it. Typical of people like that.!
