Dr. Barbara (Koslov) fit me into her evening slot (or maybe stayed late for me). I am new to the area and it was my first time seeing her, but she treated me like I was a long-time patient. She was very kind and very very thorough. She felt like it was only a cataract, but the sudden onset of my blurry vision concerned her and she dialed the phone right then and there after 6pm and called a colleague who agreed to see me first thing the next morning. It all ended up to only be the cataract, but I really appreciate how she followed through and kindly helped me. I now have two referrals from her for cataract surgeons and I look forward to seeing clearly again.

I had…read moreinitially gone to my eye doctors only to be told they no longer accepted my insurance ( which was false and a mistake made by three staff members). I left frustrated and I scheduled an appointment online for The very next day at Visionworks, Pompton Plains. I have to say, I was extremely happy with the service. All four staff members from the doctor who was a complete joy, to the manager, the the initial eye testing Technician and then Carmen who was fabulous in helping me choose my glasses. But to be fair so did the manager jump in with his help and opinion. Picking the right glasses is a pain and there are sooo many choices! I left the office thrilled with the service of these four individuals. My appointment was Saturday 4/2 at 3:40.

Do not come here. I will pay you your eyeglasses exam fee to not come here. That's how bad it is…read more The incompetence, the service, the rudeness, everything. I have been wearing glasses and contacts since I was a teenager and this place fails to meet expectations on the most basic fronts. 1. Prescription: they messed up my dad's prescription so they had to redo it and he ended up having to wait 2 months to get prescription sunglasses. 2. The wait time to get glasses done (simple single vision) takes 2 weeks. They must be sending the prescriptions to China because it just cannot take this long if it's done domestically. 3. Prescriptions request: I have been coming here pre-covid for years, and they refuse to generate prescriptions unless a doctor handwrites them. If its in the system, why can't they print them out? Simple basic things like that, and they make you wait indefinitely. Stupidity reigns. 4. Wrong prescription, So, after requesting a prescription (see #3), they give you the wrong one. Right, the doctor writes the wrong one? This is a worse than the circus. Funny, but not. 5. Service of waiting: the only thing they know how to do is to tell people to wait. Indefinitely. 6. Hiding goods: My mom showed interest in a pair of frames but the hefty guy there refused to sell it to her. He hid it in a drawer. After bringing all the paperwork, he pretended he didnt know where he put it. I opened the drawer where he hid it. Pretended he didnt even know. Bad acting, thats why he didnt make it to Hollywood / Broadway and is still working there. 7. No after-service: my mom wanted a slight adjustment to her glasses that she bought here. The lady there pretends she cant fix it . They think only linearly: if I fix it for her, she wont get new glasses here. Who says you're the only glasses maker in town? This place needs a change in management and staff. Or just maybe close it down. I will never come here and have advised my entire family (who all wear glasses) and friends to avoid this place. I repeat, do not come here.

I showed them the pen I had and asked if he has one he took two out of the case and put them down saying these are my "cheapest options". Mind you I never mentioned the price was a problem. I asked if he gets the ones in I had he said no he doesn't buy the cheap ones that break anyways . The ones he had didn't look any better then the one I had . I asked to see the other options, and he showed me them but wasn't too much of help. A little advice , customer service still matters in a smoke shop . I wouldn't have mind paying more if I was getting quality service and a quality product, I saw neither . I usually don't even write reviews . Just sad

She replied very rudely, with a bad attitude, saying no because they were for the next day. However, there was another worker there--a very kind blonde woman--who approached my family member and gave us the platter we needed. We asked for a few other things, and she was never rude to us; on the contrary, I want to commend her for providing excellent service, unlike her rude and unpleasant coworker who failed to deliver good customer service. I asked for the name of the young woman who treated us poorly so I could report her, and I was told her name is Jade; the other, very kind blonde woman is named Orisia. She truly provides great customer service--kudos to her.

To Best Buy's Management, Riverdale Location,…read more I want to bring to your attention a recent visit I had at your Riverdale location. I had a problem with my laptop and brought it in to be rectified. I dropped it off and a day later I went to pick it up. I had dropped it off a month before for the same problems and found out when I got home that only one of the 2 problems had been fixed, When I went this time for pickup it was Will DeGrenier that waited on me, I was furious to find out once again that only 1 of the problems was fixed. I got upset and made Will aware that I was. Will never got upset and was a real professional. He explained the solution for the second problem which was suggested the last time I was there. He kept his composure the whole time and finally talked me into trying what was suggested and suggested why. I calmed down and tried it and it worked. He was so professional. It is because of employees like Will that I will be a Best Buy's customer for life. Please take a minute and give him a pat on the back for me. A job well done. Thank you and Will Thomas O. Shanahan
