I went in again recently and not only did Dave quickly resolve my eye glass problem, his quality of service restored something in me about simple human connections. Check this place out! Look at catalogs - tell them what you have in mind and somehow they will find a frame to match. Mark definitely knows what he's doing: I had a very specialized request for unique frames. Although I was definitely a bit nervous about how they would turn out without seeing a sample of his idea, he looked at me and said "Trust me, they're gonna look terrific- you have to trust me on this." He was right! Had a problem with the frame day after purchase and they were SO cool about trying to get it fixed. Cool, friendly guys who know what they are doing. Highly recommend them. I now have to start all over with an eye doctor, find a new place to get glasses and contacts - and on top of that, all of my eyeglass and contact history since 1991 is now gone. Our family has been going to Precision Vision to have our glasses made for almost 20 years…read more Because of their excellent work and the quality of their materials, we haven't needed frequent visits. But whenever we go, we are reminded of the importance of having a good optician. Our glasses are always made right and quickly the first time. On a rare occasion where we had been traveling and needed emergency work, we discovered how much can go wrong in the glass making process. Not only is it important to get the lenses made correctly, but fitting them exactly in the right spot within the frame is just as important. If either of these two things are not perfect. your vision is anything but perfect. Thank you Doug Paul ... owner and expert Optician at Precision Vision

Dr Mazie was pleasant. However, the customer service was horrendous from his staff…read more I purchased new frames and lenses from them but I had to continuously call them myself for updates because they provided little to no updates. It took almost a month to get them in which is unheard of. It wouldn't have been as bad if I was provided regular updates rather than having to check every few days by calling them myself... When my frames finally got in, there was a tiny scratch on one of the lenses so they had to be re-order new lenses which took another 2-3 weeks... I did appreciate their transparency however. Once the lenses were finally in, I had to bring my frames back to get the lenses replaced. Tracy was super nice and helpful but her co-worker Henry seemed reluctant to adjust my glasses a few times and seemed rushed to go home which made the overall experience (with what already started off as a bad experience from the previous amalgamation of events) all the much worse - like a cherry on top. In the end, the actual frames and lenses were fine and I am happy with but I have NEVER experienced customer service this atrocious to the point where I felt the need to spend time out of my Saturday to write a long, detailed "Karen-esque" review. But in my opinion, my terrible experience warrants it.
