Dr. Barbara (Koslov) fit me into her evening slot (or maybe stayed late for me). I am new to the area and it was my first time seeing her, but she treated me like I was a long-time patient. She was very kind and very very thorough. She felt like it was only a cataract, but the sudden onset of my blurry vision concerned her and she dialed the phone right then and there after 6pm and called a colleague who agreed to see me first thing the next morning. It all ended up to only be the cataract, but I really appreciate how she followed through and kindly helped me. I now have two referrals from her for cataract surgeons and I look forward to seeing clearly again.

I was there on an appointment during my break from work where I'm required to be in full uniform and sidearm. I had to secure my sidearm otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get treatment for my issue. I've brought dozens of people to my doctor who I trust. I'll let them know what to expect.

Not only did no one answer when I called during business hours, but no one ever returned my message. When I went for my physical I ended up being 10 minutes late. They checked me in and then had me sit for 20 minutes before telling me that because I was late they were going to take two patients before me and they couldn't see me for an hour. It'd be one thing if they told me when I checked in, but making me wait just to tell me that they couldn't see me until an hour after my appointment time is infuriating especially since I have NEVER gone and been seen right away. If prioritizing patients is important to you, I would find a different office.

Great place to get glasses! They have great prices and often offer sales. The employees are friendly and very helpful. You seldom have to wait for assistance and your order is completed in a timely manner and ready for pick up as promised. They provide good quality products. read more
