Dr. Barbara (Koslov) fit me into her evening slot (or maybe stayed late for me). I am new to the area and it was my first time seeing her, but she treated me like I was a long-time patient. She was very kind and very very thorough. She felt like it was only a cataract, but the sudden onset of my blurry vision concerned her and she dialed the phone right then and there after 6pm and called a colleague who agreed to see me first thing the next morning. It all ended up to only be the cataract, but I really appreciate how she followed through and kindly helped me. I now have two referrals from her for cataract surgeons and I look forward to seeing clearly again.

Not only did no one answer when I called during business hours, but no one ever returned my message. When I went for my physical I ended up being 10 minutes late. They checked me in and then had me sit for 20 minutes before telling me that because I was late they were going to take two patients before me and they couldn't see me for an hour. It'd be one thing if they told me when I checked in, but making me wait just to tell me that they couldn't see me until an hour after my appointment time is infuriating especially since I have NEVER gone and been seen right away. If prioritizing patients is important to you, I would find a different office.

I asked if I could wait at home and we could be here in 5 minutes and he said no. Then he told me to go to the Wayne location. They only have a short wait.
