So I couldn't really see anything at all. Given this, I got a call and went to the side of the clinic to take the call. A doctor went up to me and said that I couldn't take the call there. So left and went to the waiting area. When I got there she said I still couldn't talk there. I was like ??? Where do I go to take the call? I was technically blind that time cause I really couldn't see given the solution they gave . Then I ended up going back to the lobby. Weirdly enough the doctor who told me to not talk in the waiting area became my doctor. Lol. So I said, doctor I really can't see anything she was stating that there was a sign or whatever but other people were talking in the waiting area too. Long story short I don't think I'm going back here again. I was being nice during the whole time but it wasn't a great experience for me.

Mr Bergelt helped my wife with her glasses, finding a mistake an expensive, well regarded optical shop made and refused or was unable to fix. He found it in about 5 minutes, took her prescription and In a week delivered the perfect vision she expected at a price I could not believe. My prescription changed and instead of going to a shop that has been my go-to place for years, I went here. The last pair I had made (they were very good) at my old shop cost nearly $1000! Here, similar frames (name brand) with high quality lenses with all of the special features like coatings and no line bifocals was less than $400! They told me my prescription had changed significantly so I bought new glasses to the tune of over $500. I would not have bought them if I had known my prescription had not changed. 2. I told them when I made the appointment that I lived in new Hampshire and asked if they could do it in one visit. they said yes. at the appointment they told me they legally had to see me for a follow up and wouldn't give me a contact lens prescription. 3. I had to go to an optometrist in new Hampshire to fix their mistakes..he told me that my eyes had not changed (what I already knew because the trial lenses made my eyes worse). 4. when I called them to complain their excuse was that it was a replacement optometrist and they could have me come back in to redo the exam. I asked for a refund since I had to go see someone else and wouldn't have bought the glasses if I had known my prescription hadn't changed. they refused. This is a scam shop. they are all about getting your money and not about helping you actually see better. do not go here if you want to be able to see.

I called the store to follow up on 8/29/2020 and spoke with an associate named Ryan. Ryan gave me 3 different answers in 3 sentences. He told me my ordered was shipped but not received and then not shipped. When I questioned him on the contradictions in his answers he became belligerent and testy and answered that the order was shipped and not received. No apology but an offer of a $50 credit when my order arrives. It seems that Ryan does not understand the basics of customer service. There was no need for his attitude. An explanation and not the standard of delay is due to COVID-19 and an apology would have been sufficient. The response and attitude were and are not appreciated. This is not my first purchase at this location but it may be my last as service here has deteriorated over the years. Initially I chose this location for the doctors and the fact that glasses were made on site. There is nothing like 1 hour service. The doctors are great but for a few years no onsite production and no staff with attitudes. With so many businesses competing for my patronage, why should I continue to use your services?
