Fast forward a month and I got a bill for $49.99. Which is impossible with vision insurance. Authorization codes and provided to the practice which gives them to the penny what to expect. When I brought this to their attention the front desk proceeds "I know how vision insurance works" I would t be calling if that were true. Shortly after I asked to cancel all future appointment I got a voicemail that the $49.99 was an error. But what if I had paid it, what if I didn't work in vision for 6 years of my life and didn't know better? What if they do this to every patient hoping some patients don't question it? We have lost confidence in this office.

Office manager is almost never in the office or they are just always covering for her. I think the doctor is wonderful but we can NOT trust the front office of our insurance and money. Melissa called me back and claim she left me a voicemail that it can "take up to 30 days to fix my account". Attached a photo of the voicemail not giving me any details. Meanwhile I keep getting text messages that the account is past due. Why did I have to raise my voice? Why did it take so many calls of following up. Why cause I was told it was fixed and keep getting bills. Melissa wanted to talk AT me like this was a fact even though she disclosed today. He is welcoming, experienced and stays abreast of all of the resourceful technology and information with regard to all of the effective and necessary exams, etc. with respect to the eyes. Dr. Tulman and his Staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with all of my visits to their office and trust them with their results concerning the awareness and care of my eyes. You only have one set of eyes, and it is a good feeling to know that they do any and everything in the treatment of your eyes.
