I am used to waiting a month or more for an appointment, so the flexibility they offer , especially when emergencies arise , is greatly appreciated . The entire staff is friendly , patient and informative . It was refreshing to have my questions answered thoughtfully instead of an "I don't know" and with an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing someone.Exceptional customer service seems rare these days, and this office truly stands out. Another thing that impressed me was how knowledgeable they are about medical billing insurance. They take the time to understand your coverage and help ensure your benefits are utilized appropriately, which is incredibly helpful and takes a lot of stress out of the process . The providers who cared for me , Dr Basta and Ms Marlize were absolutely fantastic. They were thorough , attentive and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. I can get two or three pair pairs of glasses from Costco for the same price as the glasses through my optometrist.
