It was my husband's idea to stop in since he heard me mention I could use a new pair of sunnies. I really wasn't expecting to buy anything to be honest. When we walked in, Morgan greeted us. She was very nice and friendly. My husband was interested in some ray bans and I came across two pairs for myself. I was not too thrilled with the colors, and asked Morgan for options. She was kind enough to pull up the site and showed me other options for frames and lenses. She took the time to answer my hubby's questions too. We ended up purchasing three items. One to be shipped to our home (she placed an order for us) and we already rec'd the shipping confirmation!! They had a great sale- purchase one at regular prices and additional pairs are 50% off! What a steal! In my honest opinion, I was pleasantly surprised with their selection, but it was Morgan's help that was really memorable. read more

Valerie has been there for years and always provides the best service. Great staff and selection.

I went this afternoon intending to purchase Prada sunglasses. I went in and there is 1 customer, a mom and her son. The sales associates catered to them and even gave them a tray for the mom's selection. While the mom was trying on sunglasses, the sales associate then proceeded to play with the son and show him the RayBan screen instead of asking me if I needed anything or assist me with my purchase. The mom was looking at Tory Burch sunglasses on sale for $100 while I wanted to drop $400++ for the Prada. I guess that's the sale she would rather make than have both sales, the mom's and mine. I stormed out of there since she didn't deserve my business. I dont know if it's because of the color of my skin as it not the same as theirs! read more

What ever you do, do NOT buy anything here! I have a brand new pair of sunglasses less then 5 days from purchase in the box unused and they can NOT return them for me.... I waited an hour at the store for them to then tell me to come back when a manger is there to make the return. Came back when a manager was there for them to not even be able to make the refund, spent another 30 minutes there. Now I have to ship them back the Sunglasses Hut corporate to get a refund? Wow, talk about a terrible company making their poor employees and customers go through so much b.s. I will never buy another item from this place as long as I live. My paperwork clearly said to make any returns or exchanges to just go to a local store. I really appreciate the hard work of the poor employees at the store that tried everything to return them even calling corporate on my behalf. But the store it self should be shut down for miss leading customers and making it near impossible to make a return. read more

Came in to buy a new pair of sunglasses 2 weeks ago. There was a good selection of glasses but I didn't end up leaving with a pair. Honestly the staff was extremely unfriendly and it was uncomfortable just walking in. The greeting from the gentleman at the entrance was cold and he seemed annoyed that people were entering the store? There were more employees working than there were customers shopping but not one person was willing to help. I hate ordering sunglasses online but it's a better experience. read more

Great customer service! The nose pad of my sunglasses broke off so I went in to see if they could repair it and they did free of charge! The employee was very nice and I would go back again when I need to buy a new pair of sunglasses. read more

Great sunglasses store with glasses I like to buy. Got Maui Jims for $245 so not the cheapest place but got great sunglasses that fit me well. Nice happy people working here. read more

Knowledgeable employees and great selection of clearance and promo items! Warrantee for the glasses is one year and if they are broken or damaged you can trade in your broke pair for the same ones for half of what you pay! Make sure you keep your receipt though because the warrantee is 1 year. They also adjust your glasses and offer to clean your glasses when you walk through the door. Friendly staff! I walked in only to look at their selection and I walked out with a pair of Prada glasses. I also purchased a pair of IMPERFECT glasses that had a small scratch on it but it was a great deal. THe original price was $150 for Ray Ban but it was marked down to $89 and had an extra 50% off on the mark down price. The lady helping me told me that the imperfect was final sale but they would still honor adjustments. read more

I had a poor experience with Kevin, the store manager at this location. Kevin got involved when the cashier was correcting a transaction. I had used a visa gift card for my purchase, but there was an error with the initial transaction; the cashier had to make a return to process it correctly. When attempting to make the purchase again, the visa gift card declined because it had already been used. The funds returned did not go back automatically, and I will have to wait for 5 to 7 business days for the return to process. This encounter became an inconvenience because I was anticipating making the purchase with my visa gift card and not using additional money I was not expecting to use, but more so because I leave for vacation this week. Kevin was not empathetic about the inconvenience and kept repeating he had no control over how the bank returned the money and that I had to work out the return with the visa gift card bank. I would have appreciated a more empathetic approach and better customer service, given that this was their mistake. Instead, Kevin continued to repeat himself without exploring alternative options to uphold customer satisfaction. Kevin lacks empathy, customer service, and problem-resolution skills. I decided not to purchase anything as Kevin offered no solution to mend the inconvenience. read more

Came into this store twice intending on spending a good chunk of money. The young girl with the brown long hair was extremely rude and was helping another girl (who seemed to be her friend since noting they were talking about was business related.) When I asked about a coupon she borderline laughed at me and said "no." Then turned to her friend, pointed at an expensive counter and went "this is what we spend OUR money on." Well I'll be spending mine elsewhere. read more

Fully check your glasses before you buy them. I bought 2 pairs last week, because I couldn't decide which ones I liked best and figured they could easy be returned. I put both of them on once in my house to show my wife, and decided I wanted to return both of them. The glasses were stored in the sleeve and the bag the came with. When I tried to return them, they found scratches on both glasses that I didn't notice when I bought them, so they couldn't return them. There's no way I could of scratched them, since I never wore them. Super frustrating, I understand there policy, but they should check all there glasses before they sell them. read more

Great customer service! Unfortunately I didn't decide to keep the glasses I purchased but the people were so nice and really knowledgable. Return was no problem. Bravo! read more

I would give zero stars if possible. Signage in store stated buy one pair and get second at discount. Told same by manager of location. Once we paid we left, but I told my husband that total seemed high. Walked back in store and they couldn't explain why we didn't receive second pair at discount. We were on vacation, so emailed customer service when got home. Manager of store called me and left message although I had no desire to speak to her because I already had and she did not solve the issue. Got a call from district manager who only apologized for mistake, and that's ALL. Had the nerve to tell me she hoped the mistake wouldn't deter future purchases. We will never purchase sunglasses from the NAPA location or any Sunglasshut. read more

I always come here when I'm looking for sunglasses! The workers here are very welcoming. Not only do they know about the products on the wall, but they don't mind helping you find exactly what your looking for. They also have a bunch of good pairs on sale (and its not the crap that are placed there cause people don't like em.). My last trip here was last week. I went in the store to look for some kids size ray bans that I haven't been able to find till then. Walked in with my demon child nephew in tow. Kathleen helped me out and was actually able to communicate with him and let him try on a few pairs, she even went far enough as to adjust them for him. Even though kathleen was the one helping me out, the rest of the store didn't just stand around. They were all social and didn't mind striking up a conversation with the nephew and I. In the end I left with a pair of aviators, club masters, and wayfarers for the nephew and a pair of wayfarers for me. She was also nice enough to let me know about the warranty just incase the little one decides to smash his glasses... read more

Horrible! I was not given a receipt when I bought my last pair of Ray bans. They can't find me in "the system" therefore I can't exchange them. I'm out over $200. Buyer beware. You need a receipt to exchange which they do not tell you. I won't shop there again. They acted like I was trying to do something shady when I was just in there last week. read more

I bought my sunglasses from sunglass hut 6 months ago and I love them. Recently a screw fell out so I went back to have them repaired. I was blessed to be helped by Jackie. She was so nice and enthusiastic. She took her time, found the right screw and made sure she adjusted all the screws on my glasses. I've never met a salesperson so happy to help me! It was really busy and besides helping me she greeted everyone. She made me feel like I was the only person there! I will definitely go back and buy glasses there because of the great customer service. read more

I've had 4 interactions with them and the first and last have been pleasant. Not very prompt but good service overall.
