Despite this, she was not willing to cover or reduce the $400 difference. I feel like I was scammed. She talked me into expensive frames and I was left with most of the bill because apparently my insurance didn't cover as much as I was originally told. The business responded that I received a 50% discount which I did not. They need to take accountability for the mistakes of their employees. I'm honestly surprised Sheila still works there. It's a shame that they are trying to blame the customer when their representative was not thorough at her job.

Those were the biofinity brand and they were just too thick for my eyes and when I returned in a week I told him and he gave me different ones. Those didn't work either and I went back again. The next time I went, there was a different doctor and she fitted me for different contacts. Those also did not work, I was seeing blurry and they were uncomfortable. She told me that I may not be a good candidate for contacts. This was a little upsetting to hear because I had worn color contacts for fun before and they hadn't bothered me the way these prescription contacts were. FINALLY I went back and Dr. Guru Sharma was working that day and he told me that he would fit me with the right contacts the first time around and that I would love it. SURE ENOUGH they fit AWESOME!! About a month later, a screw fell off my glasses and the arm came off (vintage frame) After striking out at 3 stores looking for an eyeglass repair kit, I came back to Total Vision to see if they had the kits. A nice man named Juan Carlos took them and came back five minutes later and he was kind enough to repair and adjust them and clean them for free. These designer sunglasses are often ordered by motorcyclist. I looked online and it appears this is the only place that has the designer sporty sun glasses One of the progressive options that is offered here is high definition progressive. Think of it as enhancing your lenses to have a more detailed brilliant view. The overall impact borders on a 3D effect. Wendy told me how years ago she had seen the machine that creates the high definition lenses. It is large and about the size of a large van. It has strategic lasers that form the lenses giving them to contain the high definition capability. If you order progressive Lenses make sure you choose the high definition option. It cost more but is worth it. It also offers a wider viewing range improving your peripheral field view. This place offers a lot of high quality service and features of not only a very thorough exam but impressive high quality glasses at a reasonable price. If you do not have insurance the exam is $69. Absolute scammers…read more I want to preface this review by saying that everything that happened to me today happened last year when I ordered my contacts through them as well. That time, I chalked it up to a misunderstanding. This time, it's clearly a scam. Several weeks ago I got my annual eye exam. My prescription didn't change much, just a few degrees in one eye. Still have an astigmatism in the other. I have been wearing the same brand of contacts for years. The doctor asked me if I liked them. I said yes. We had a whole conversation about them being bi-weekly, and her double checking to ensure that I liked that. Then, she trialed me on the updated prescription. This part is important--I opened the trial contacts myself. I tried 3 different ones, just different numbers, *ALL THE SAME BRAND*. I know what they look like, I've been using them for years. My trial was the same as what I always use, what we discussed, and what I asked for. Flash forward to picking up my contacts. I pre paid when I ordered. When I arrived at the store, I look in the bag and the first thing I notice is that there are not enough boxes for a year supply. There are. 12 pairs of contacts. I pick up the box, and it's not my brand. It's the store's own personal brand. Not only are these monthlies, but they're a whole separate brand. I tell the girl at the desk (glass, black hair, shorter) that these are the wrong contacts. While she was professional enough, I do want to say that she was very passive aggressive with me. She told me that the doctor trialed me on this brand. I told her I opened up the contacts myself and that the doctor and I had a whole conversation about it, and that is factually untrue. She just says "okay" and then continued to say FIVE MORE TIMES that the doctor trialed me on this new brand and that I'm wrong. I shut it down each time. Anyway, I ask for my correct contacts, and come to find out that the doctor put it IN MY PRESCRIPTION that I can only have this brand. In my literal prescription, the thing that I should be able to take to any store, she noted that I can only have some soft flex thing or whatever that's in their own personal brand. This is absolutely crazy to me, which I made sure to tell them. I straight up asked to girl helping me "does this not seem like a scam to you? To say that I can only have the brand made by your company?" She didn't really have much to say about it. It was very clear that she thought I was the problem, when they're the ones running a very clear scam. I stayed until they changed my prescription to take that out. We never discussed this brand. Never discussed soft flex. The girl at the desk tried to tell me that my old brand wouldn't work for my astigmatism, but I told her the astigmatism isn't new, and that the brand does cater to it. She did a quick check to very quickly realize I was right. They tried to order me the correct contacts, but I had them refund my order entirely and give me an updated prescription to take elsewhere. This place will never, EVER be getting my business again. It feels like it should be illegal to put that I can only have this company's brand in my official medical prescription. Absolutely absurd. I'm sure they get a kick back from selling their own brand somehow, especially since this happened to me not once, but twice. And on the second time, I clarified with them at the order that I wanted the same brand I always wear, and they confirmed that's what I'd be getting. I walked out of there nearly an hour later with no contacts, and an absolute disgust from this company and Doctor Diem Tran. They should be ashamed of themselves.
