What stood out the most was how well Dr. Williams-Rutt listened to me and asked questions about my vision goals instead of rushing through the appointment. I had previously gone to America's Best and felt dismissed when I wasn't happy with my glasses, almost like I was being difficult for wanting them to work correctly. This experience was completely different. Dr. Williams-Rutt was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. The pricing was reasonable, and I also appreciated that the staff didn't pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or upsells. She saw him, didn't see anything she could definitely diagnose him with. She HIGHLY recommended we go to BARROWS NEURO EMERGENCY ROOM. She explained exactly what would happen, and she was 1000% spot on! They saw him, they treated him and reassured us that his acute left eye cross issue was not a (eye sight threatening) issue.
