Booking his first appointment was so easy, and the team was so patient and helpful in the booking process. I didn't get to make his first appointment but heard nothing but good things. Dr. Ortiz gave us a plan of action for our toddler with helpful instructions. When my son's second visit approached, I took him and had the chance to meet Dr. Ortiz myself. She's just as wonderful as everyone says. My son is very at ease with her and in the space, which makes visits very easy. The space itself is lovely, with natural sunlight keeping it bright and welcoming. There were some fabulous frames on display and I loved that they had a little bin of toys for the little ones - my son loved it even more!

They always have cute Coach frames for me and I tend to get a great price with my Eye Med insurance and the coupons that Target Optical sends me in the mail. On my most recent visit, I was able to get my son in for an exam on New Years Eve (right before the insurance period ended). It was his first ever eye doctor visit and the doctor and staff made him feel comfortable and welcomed. I loved the affordability of all the kids frames. Not only did they have budget options like Cat and Jack, but they also had more expensive ones like Ray Bans and Oakley for under $150 (many under $120 too). My son had his eyes set on a few pairs initially, but ultimately decided on a green pair after the friendly staff member helped pull a few additional options from the back. Overall it was a positive experience.

Due to a death in a family, she was not able to make her follow up appointment (she moved back to Louisiana) and this place gave her / us a REALLY hard time about getting a paper Rx for her glasses and contacts even though I paid for at time of visit. It was beyond bizarre. I forgot to write that update because I was busy dealing with funeral arrangements and the aftermath. Recently - I decided it was PAST time to get my annual eye exam ...having missed the last 3 years :-( I checked with My Eye Lab / My EyeLab, Marietta Eye Clinic and Walmart Vision Centers. Check my review for My EyeLab's EW Connector location (awful). As of the writing of the review - $80 for eyeglasses exam $45 additional for contact lenses exam Dr. Aaron Rahn is the only optometrist onsite and he's there 2 - 3 days per week. By the way, I saw some Google reviews where people gave 1 star reviews because the doctor is only there one day a week. I asked about this and it turns out he's not laying home eating bonbons or chilling on the beach when he's not there (like the detractors speculated - lol), he works at other locations when he's not there. My visit was great. Dr. Rahn was EXTREMELY thorough and gave me, hands down, the best, most thorough explanation I'd ever heard with regard to how to understand my eyeglass Rx. The only thing I forgot to ask was what OD and OS mean. I Googled it: Oculus dexter (O.D.) translates to "right eye," while oculus sinister (O.S.) means "left eye." There was little to no wait time and the support staff was fairly friendly. Their selection of eyeglass frame is pretty much what one could expect based on the store size and they had some of the trendy options like Ray Ban, Coach, Sean John, etc. I already have frames that I love (they have glare reduction / blue-light blocking / darken in sun), so if I decide to go with glasses, I would probably only get my lens here and have them put them into my existing frames. If I had to mention anything that might need some tweaking - No one introduced themselves. I found out, by asking, that the young lady at check-in's name was Andrea. I had to ask the name of the doctor, after we'd already been speaking for a few minutes. I had to ask the name of the sales associate that helped me (Kulvir). I think this is just a social norm that seems to be falling to the wayside, but I like to write reviews, so I always want to know the names of the folks I'm talking to. Plus - I like to be able to address people by their names because it seems like the polite thing to do. Overall - I would recommend this place. It didn't put too big of dent in my wallet. The visit was quick and painless and the doctor was phenomenal. Because of my somewhat unique Rx, I have to go back in 7 days for a follow-up (no additional cost), so if anything changes, I'll update my review accordingly.

I visited this establishment today as I had an appointment for my son. There was an issue with…read moreinsurance, so I sat down to give them a call. I also had my 1 y/o toddler with me. While on the phone, my toddler started to throw a tantrum. One of the ladies asked if she could walk my little one around. Though im usually hesitant with others carrying my child, the nice lady gave me a warm presence and I allowed her to walk my baby. Another young lady also helped entertain my baby, as they had to help customers. Actions like this really restore my faith in humanity. Unfortunately, things did not work out with my insurance (nothing on their part), but I will forever be grateful for what those two young ladies did for me.

This is the first review I have ever wrote on anything ever. I have never had a worse experience…read morethan how I have been treated at this establishment. I went for an eye exam on Jan 5 and have still, as of March 13, still not received the glasses I paid for. Throughout the experience they have been very dodgy and deceitful and when I can get them on the phone it's always a different story. There was a "glitch" in the system, "It's just a busy time", "your lenses were done improperly". It's been total incompetence or deflecting blame. And guess what, still no glasses or any recompense other than we can offer you a "goody" bag when they come in. I would prefer customer service with integrity and ....I don't know...the GLASSES I ordered which was the whole point! So frustrated and dismayed.

Dr. Ray is kind, welcoming, and takes her time to make sure your prescription is just right. They have the most technological & advanced equipment for eye exam. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I also worked with the woman, I believe to be named Nina. She helped us pick the best frames to suit my facial structure. I am a satisfied customer, but it would be nice to have more frames in display. Ample free parking in front of the business. I highly recommend this location.

You walk in, choose your frames, and order your glasses for delivery. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and process is easy peasy but I was recommended high index glasses and it was just the worst. I'm sure it may differ per person but I felt dizzy and nauseous wearing my new specs. Called customer service and they had recommended that I try them on for couple more days for my eyes to get accustomed but they never did. Return process was good, which is a plus, just too bad that it didn't work out.
