Dina was friendly and very helpful in selecting options. After trying a few different sunglasses, I found a pair from Oakley that I loved and I was on my way. NOTE: if you're buying sunglasses with polarized lens, which many are at this point, you may not be able to see your HUD (Head Up Display) in your vehicle. I didn't even know that was a thing, but quickly discovered multiple forums online indicating this is an issue with HUDs, regardless of vehicle manufacturer, as they work off the premise of reflecting the image off of the windshield. Polarized lenses effectively block the "glare" of the HUD. I returned to Sunglass Hut the next day initially thinking I would return the pair I bought and select something else. Dina showed me several pairs of non-polarized sunglasses, and I settled on another pair of Oakley's. Her professionalism and desire to help me find the right sunglasses for my needs was phenomenal. So much so I decided to keep the original pair I bought and purchased a second pair to leave in my truck for use while driving. You've made a customer for life Dina! Thank you SO much, Wolf

Staff very rude. A bunch of circus monkeys could do a better job than these clowns. Warby Parker isn't that great of a brand any longer, and this location's staff is the worst ever--making the whole customer experience horrible. Left with nothing except a headache and extremely frustrated after driving dow n there. Avoid this brand, but especially this location on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta.

I didn't really understand that my glasses were misaligned until sometime said something to me about them. I was able to temporarily pop them back into frame but they kept popping back out so I had to take them to get readjusted here at this location twice. Fast forward to eight months later, I go to the amazing people at Stanton Optical to get an eye exam. The technician checking my WP lenses informed me that there wasn't even a prescription in the right lens! I was totally shocked. The technician there actually recommended I contact a lawyer because being sold a faulty medical device puts you at risk for injury. It's just not right. Warby Parker totally messed up my glasses and I had been walking around with non functioning glasses for eight months. Initially I figured it was no big deal I could take them to WP to be repaired and/or replaced right away no charge. Boy was I wrong. To my absolute surprise, WP said they were not going to replace my glasses for free even though they had hugely messed them up. They asked me to pay $65 to replace them. Since it had been over 30 days, they would not replace them for free. I just didn't think that was fair at all! Point blank period. Not at all! And I was not happy! I was speaking to Allison about this matter. I want to note that the manager, Rachel, was refusing to intervene, just standing there passively listening to me rant without once trying to mitigate the situation or offer a solution. That really kind of pissed me off because WHAT ARE YOU DOING. I know I'm not crazy because at STANTON OPTICAL I actually broke a pair of glasses and they replaced them for the cost of 20% of the frames so I know that people are in fact, willing to be more than fair to you in this industry, even when it's your fault. Warby Parker made a huge mistake on my glasses and simply refused to remedy the situation for me in a way that was fair and right. It was totally their fault. I was very disappointed and let down by the policy! Thankfully there are plenty of other places to shop for glasses, because I won't be ordering from there again. And thank God I got glasses at STANTON OPTICAL, because if I had relied on Warby Parker I would have been screwed out of $65!

I picked a pair of frames and spent about $300+ after insurance. Again, no complaints. Kat called me to inform me that my glasses were ready for pick up. I went and immediately noticed that the prescription was not correct. I shared this concern at pick up and was told that due to the prescription that I needed to wear them for about two weeks to allow my eyes to get adjusted. I didn't fully understand this because my prescription was the same as it had always been. I complied, and experienced headache and eye aches. I shared this and went back to the location. Again, I was assured that the prescription was current and shouldn't cause me to have any concerns. Instead it was. No resolve, I left to advocate another day. I went home and found my prescriptions from the prior year and current year, I called back and spoke to Kat to share with her my concerns and findings. She found the error, and i stead of apologizing she just took the glasses. The wrong prescription was totally wrong. I left the glasses and came back a few days later to pick them up. Again, I am still having an issue seeing. I shared this again, but was over talked and ignored. I was given the same advice of allowing the eyes to adjust to this situation. After two weeks and same concern I went somewhere else. They were able to find the concern and I spoke with the location and was told I would get a call back. It never happened, time passed and it slipped my mind to follow-up. I did call back months later and was told that although I communicated my concerns of not being able to see, and I was awaiting a response that too much time had passed for them to adjust the prescription. It sucks that I have had to overly communicate, advocate and continuously go back and fourth to get this situation corrected and still no resolve. I shared my concerns at every visit. I brought up the concern and did everything and I am still in a position of losing out money because of this. While I have a good experience at this facility the last two years have been difficult. I am choosing to not patronize going forward. While this is my experience, I share so that you are well informed.

The optician took her time and was VERY thorough. It took about an hour and she dotted every "I" and crossed every "T." I have an underlying medical condition and usually need to educate the optician before an exam. She was familiar with my condition and educated me. She took her time and gave me a new prescription. I did not know that it was possible for me to see this well. Then, I went up front to pick out lenses. The guy that I worked with was amazing! I picked out a few "comfortable" frames. Then, he offered some suggestions that I would never pick on my own. I loved them so much that I ended up going with his choices. He also kept my busy toddler occupied during the entire visit, so that I could focus on the exam and glasses. I also needed contacts. I have been wearing the same brand for years. They did not try to convince me to switch (which usually happens at other eye clinics) and he even got me a good rebate. My entire experience was amazing!! I have 0 complaints.I LOVE WARBY PARKER!
