First, I want to acknowledge the employees that were helpful during a stressful time. Jorge and Diamond, from Walmart.com and Cynthia and Lina/Lily was very attentive and patient. They all help with website input and they were instrumental figuring why or how the store-Walmart, the insurance Allstate and the manufacturer Philips, all seem to pass the repair problem around. These entities seem to be content with me keeping a broken television. Oh tv, has 4yr insurance coverage, tv is about six months old, it doesnt function and no one wants to service it. Do not come here no matter what...came here specifically for pokemon cards which online says the store has multiple varieties of...first a worker tells me they are all the way in the back and when I go all the way to the back I'm told by another worker they are all the way in the front...then I go to the front and I am told I need to speak with an associate at the register to get them...after waiting in line for about 20 mins the cashier flags who I guess is a manager their name was Mikaela (not sure of spelling)...and she told me with out a smile or so much as an apology that they don't have any left...she refuses to check on any sort of computer or to ask anyone if there might be some in the back despite their own website saying they are in stock of multiple varieties...all around every employee was rude had a dead inside or angry look and no one wanted to help...even the supposed manager who wasn't dressed professionally as a manager at all did not care in the slightest...I can not believe even a manager at this location doesn't know even the basics of customer service such as smiling, apologizing, or even pretending to try and help out the customer...definitely worst Walmart I've ever been too possibly worst store service I have ever gotten. read more

Never received pkg. Even after telling the delivery service they were trying to deliver to the wrong address. Then they sent a photo the next day of the pkg actually LEFT at the wrong address. I tried to get Walmart to replace the items, since they were at Cyber Monday prices, but they would only give a refund, which is an easy way out for them. I can't replace the items at the same cost now. I just wanted the items I ordered, paid for and trusted Walmart to have delivered through a responsible service. Very poor customer service. When I ask a couple of uniformed employees for help locating items, they did not know. Fair enough. But they should've pointed out people who did. I finally located a couple who did know. Also, why are they barring use of the bathrooms at 1000 AM for cleaning? They should clean during off hours and do light spot cleaning throughout the day. I grabbed a cart today full of stuff to purchase and I placed some of my personal belongings on it as well. As I was shopping around, a Walmart employee took my cart away mistaking it for a returns cart. I didn't even realize it was gone until I turned around. No one asked me if it was my cart! Have 3 issues: Waited 23 minutes to use the accessible restroom after knocking on the door to hear if the person inside would be finishing soon. An employee by the name of Nolly exited leaving seat covers and the toilet paper ends pulled onto the floor to allow the puddle she left in front on the toilet to be wicked into the bowl. She was very ambulatory but may have had a different disability to use the ADA designated toilet. I slipped in the water but was able to catch my fall. I thought it best to let the customer service representative right outside the restroom door, know of the water on the ADA designated bathroom, to avoid someone getting hurt. He replied: "Go tell the maintenance guy, he's over there!" and continued his frolics with the lady employee with whom I apparently interrupted. I couldn't reach the "maintenance guy" so we proceeded to else electronics to purchase two phone cables ( the purpose of our trip). A young female employee was stocking the shelf behind us; finished her project, then opened the locked glass case to retrieve the charging cable requested. She was told we needed two cables from the start but refused to open the case next to the one she'd just opened, handed us the product and walked away, saying nothing more. We had to wait another 10 minutes to have a different employee, an older worker female wearing a company yellow glowing vest, get the other cable, that she held at the register for us. I believe the first employee is not trained with the store's loss prevention rules. If you are expecting customer service or OSHA compliance, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. read more

Until a workers asked the manager is he could take his lunch. 2-11-2022. The lady standing in the very front next to the mask and sanitizer is very rude. I took 4 ply of super small towelette sanitizer to wipe my hand and cart on my way out. I bought 3 rams sweatshirt and pants cost me $168 and food for $200. This lady had a nerve to tell me I'm getting too much. I told her, I bought more than $300 of goods and there's two of us. I was so tired and upset and opt to just call to address this complain. Guess what, no one answers on the listed phone. I saw two ladies standing infront of the cashier next to the clothing section. They are probably the bosses; so they should be answering calls that standing watching their co-workers work hard. When I entered the store, she's also the attendant there that questioned me for getting the sanitizer. What she should be doing is give it to us and have us wipe our cart that we got from the parking. She should say, HI for the least instead of frowning. Please check your camera. I was at that store for more than an hour from past 3pm-5pm. Infectious control should be the number one priority during this pandemic. Customer service is also important! Regardless of the status of the person, literally, people in general should just be nice especially your upfront the store. I'm well dressed entering this store; I could just imagine if I'm not. I honestly would give Walmart as a whole this rating. I went into one Walmart to buy a car seat for me to use for my grandson. Their website said they had it in stock and I could pick up. Got there and they didn't have the color I wanted which the website said they had. An associate there told me to just order it for pick up and I could say when I wanted to pick up. I told her I wanted it that morning or at least by noon. This was before 8am. She told oh yeah it should only take a few hours. Mind you the website said available for pick up. By 11am I see a notification that said delivery by 10pm. So I contacted Walmart and said why is this going to take so long. I was told first via the website it was available for pick up, then by the associate that it would only take a few hours because it was coming from a local distribution center. After a lengthy non productive conversation with someone from "customer service" I asked to speak with their manager. Supervisor comes on and apologizes for the incident, says she wants to be transparent. I asked her can she not expedite this after all I was led to believe this was available for pick up then told it would only be a few hours. She said at first she couldn't expedite but then said she made a notation. I asked her if she could contact them to expedite it, put me on hold came backed and said she was told they would deliver within 30 mins. It is going on 2 hours. Still nothing. Another associate calls and said she tried calling me earlier and wanted to see if she could help. Told her the story and she wasn't able to expedite and agains said she wants to be transparent. Well the way I see it, the website lied and the customer service lied and maybe if she was actually told they would deliver in 30 mins, the delivery area lied. So I told this associate, you guys all lie. Still nothing delivered. I went yo Walmart because it was $20 less than Target. I would tell everyone pay the extra $20 and save yourself a headache. I placed an online order for pickup because the hair brush I was looking at was on super sale. I finally was able to get the pickup a few days after since I've been busy. Got to Walmart, and I went towards the normally opening. I saw "curbside" on a blue sign at some parking spots. After I parked, I realized it said that it was for the pharmacy. I looked around the parking spots closeby, but I didn't see where I was supposed to go. I finally saw a sign on the far end of Walmart with an arrow for curbside pickup. I followed the signs until I got lost. I circled back around and found it was by the auto care center where I didn't look. Oops. I called the phone number because on the app, it said I picked up the item. I must have accidentally clicked something while I was driving. They had my item and were on the way to my car. Got it and was ready to go. Quick and easy process (except the fact that I got a little bit lost). Would recommend if you don't want to go inside or if you need to lock in a sale priced item. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered 4 tires and made an appt to have installed they said they would be in within a week. I get a cancellation for my install so I tried calling. I called for 4 hours and no one ever picked up the phone. I drove over to Walmart and was told only 3 tires came in. The 4th tire arrives I go to my appt. A week later. NOW they tell me they can't install the tires because they're low profile. Make it make sense they knew they were low profile tires when I ordered them from there. Very poor customer service the lady that assisted me a week ago was Nida and I filed a complaint due to a pickup order that was suppose to be ready but instead we waited 2 hours and kept asking the team members and they just kept telling us to wait in our car. After 2 hours later the team member came out and said they didn't have the item in stock. They wasted 2 hours and made me wait in the car with my 2yr old son. The manager was of no help. I placed the complaint with Nida and she told me I would be getting a gift card for the horrible customer service that was provided by Walmart team members and that I would receive the gift card on the December 12. I did not receive anything then I spoke to Sham and just told me that Nida lied to me and they are not providing me with a gift card for their horrible customer service and that there is nothing that can be done for me and the time I wasted with Walmart. I used to love shopping there but this experience was horrible that I will not be returning as a customer. Why does no one pick up the phone when I call the number on the pickup parking spot? Why, when I walk in the store to pick up a CURBSIDE ORDER, am I not being g r e e t e d by the g r e e t e r? CURBSIDE IS PISS F*CKIN POOR. Had to sit in a delegated numbered parking space for curbside for over TWO HOURS. Then to make matters worse a big black girl came out with the order and walked around everywhere but where she was supposed to go. She took our order BACK INSIDE and claimed we were not outside. Maybe next time teach her to READ the numbers of the parking space so she can find the correct car. She had the parking space number and car color as a reference yet couldn't find it? Crazy. Hire more competent workers. Only thing positive to say is a nice young man helped us out and gave us the order promptly. He was the only one doing his job right apparently. read more

This WalMart location just turned unfavorable for shopping or friendly customer service. We arrived at around 5:15 AM and the store business hours open at 6:00 AM. My passenger decided to take a nap while I was on my phone searching for what to buy for my garage needs. Just 5 mins after parking, the security vehicle pulled next to us and told us that WalMart does not allow sleeping in their parking lot and told us to move. We were not even sleeping overnight since it is morning! Crazy! So, in essence, WalMart security is kicking customers out before the store opens. And yes, the security saw us just arrived too! Don't bother waiting for the store to open during the holidays then. WalMart needs to hire competent people who can know the difference between waiting customers and campers, especially when it is near business hours and learn to read a clock before harassing potential customers. read more

Asked if I could pick it up from the store since it's on the shelf in the store. They won't let me. So my sister called back cause she ordered one two . And when we looked the price went from 9.99 to 199.99 so Walmart made a price mistake but will not honor the price. This is the second time last time I ordered a sofa they said it was delivered, but it wasn't them the said it the company the ordered from and the price was wrong.
