When I spoke with a lady in customer service about it the last time she said that y'all were on a 45 minutes cleaning schedules for the restrooms. The lie detector determined that that was a lie. I've been to the hoodest gas stations, Ross, and Walmart even. Y'all will forever take the cake for the nastiest restrooms and I'm surprised every time. Just filthy. The community should be ashamed for how they leave this place, and the workers for not maintaining it.

But whatever I let it go then I'm walking out of the restroom and she is gossiping over her little radio that she can't do anything without someone asking to go to the bathroom. This is an establishment that offers a restroom that is locked but you can't get any help to get it open doesn't seem very productive to me. They clearly need two people in the fitting room area or someone assigned to open the restroom when needed this is a very busy location they need to figure it out. I shouldn't be made to wait pregnant that's ridiculous. She was an older white lady probably 60 too old to be acting this way whatever age she was. That kind of gossip is for outside of work or in the break room so disrespectful and unprofessional. She needs to be fired. I could pick her out of a lineup if the owner wants to contact me to fire her but I don't know her name. Won't be attending this location ever again I'll drive to a further one with better employees with better manners.

I am not familiar with the layout of this store, but found the Levi's section fairly easily on the first floor. Finding the particular kind I needed was more challenging. Thankfully, a gem of a lady named Diana T. at the AYS department offered to help me. She found what I needed and checked me out with a kind word and a smile. Miss Diana made my day. It's hard to find places with excellent and friendly service anymore. I live 7 hours away, but if I lived closer I'd be a regular customer.

Store was relatively clean and well stocked with options and super tidy! (Esp the men's shoes/dress attire). Lots of staff working their sections! Only took a star off bc half the escalators weren't working and the elevator was slow and not inspected in over a year like it was supposed to (lights/sounds not working). Hopefully both are being addressed! Our trip up and down 3 floors for various needs took **forever** waiting on the elevator when we couldn't even walk up/down some of the broken escalators.
