I attempted to exchange a dress that I bought my aunt for Mothers Day. When I found the correct size, I was checked out by an associate that was not helpful. She stated that I had to have the same method of payment for my exchange, the receipt and she could not look up my purchase. I informed her that previously, associates were able to assist. Slightly frustrated, I proceeded to pay for the other dress and hopes that I would find the receipt when I got home. On my way out of the store Ghita in a high spirited voice stated, "thank you for coming, I hope you have a great night". Something told me to ask for assistance and as I stated, she was able to find my purchased and refunded me with a gift card. The smallest interaction can really make for a different outcome if you just attempt to dig a little deeper, or go the extra mile sometimes. The previous associate didn't ask for manager, co worker or anything to confirm, but gladly took my method of payment. Ghita, just know. Shoppers like me, truly appreciate great customer service when everyone is choosing to shop online and have less interaction with people/human beings due to the potential lack of customer service. 10/10 Definitely recommend

I phoned the manufacturer of the bicycle (Sixthreezero) regarding the damage; however, the call went to voicemail as it was a Sunday. As one can imagine, I was a bit upset by this as I am a middle-class guy and $450 is a good amount of money for me to spend on something that was delivered damaged. It was at this point that I decided to take the bicycle to my local Academy with the intention of getting a refund. I wheeled the bicycle into my local Academy and was warmly greeted by a nice young lady at the customer service desk that validated my purchase and asked if I could speak to her manager regarding the issue with the bicycle. The manager on duty at the time was a young man called Paul. I showed Paul the damage to the bicycle and expressed my disappointment as I was excited to receive the bicycle and was looking forward to enjoying it. Paul apologized for the mishap with the bicycle and asked me if I would allow his assembler to attempt a repair on it. I was happy to allow this as I really like the bicycle that I purchased. Paul thanked me for my patience and expressed his confidence in his assembler and told me that he would happily refund me for the bicycle if his assembler was unable to repair the damage. The assembler at this location was as good as Paul conveyed to me. Not only did the assembler repair the damage to the bicycle, but he also filled the tires and gave the bicycle an overall tune up. I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I received from Paul and his crew at this New Caney location.
