She then followed us up two aisles and said at 7:27, "we closing soon, y'all better get out of here and stop playing in my store, go back to AMC theaters", mind you we weren't at the theaters nor are we children, nor were we causing disturbance. She's just rude as hell to some grown ass adults. I don't recommend this store just due to customer service being ass.

Makes me hesitant to even want to shop here, however the location is conveniently close to home. I like the surrounding stores that I can easily walk to next door. I find it's difficult to navigate through the narrow aisles, especially with a cart. Majority of the time I make a quick in and out of the store to help decrease the overwhelming small tight spaces. Overall, I think the location is clean and organize. Plenty of parking and easy access. However, I do prefer online shopping for this store, due to the overwhelming amount of items they carry, it's hard to find what you're looking for, along with the tight space.

Today was the first day of my entirety of having hobby lobby as a consumer store while I was treated the way I was treated by the management name, April. I made a purchase for several items and once I made the final purchase, I looked in my receipt and it was $442 now the reason why we shop at Hobby lobby is because of the deals and a discount that they have in this godfather service and owner. But this day in particular, the manager April is at the front and she seem like she doesn't wanna help us or she has some type of agitation for our presence inside of her store. Once we came back inside of the store to ask for customer service to have a check for all items that were purchased 'Charlene' helped us at the front desk, then while helping us she was interrupted by this manager(APRIL). after being interrupted with a question on what was transpiring in line. When she realized what the issue was were once told immediately... with no time to try to have a disillusion or a proper resolve to the situation that she would have to run the cameras back ‍to check the purchases. The. it wouldn't be able to be done until tomorrow morning the following day. Now mind you, I've been doing business with Hobby lobby for the last six months and spent over $5000.... all of my receipts are attached in this email I'm sending to corporate. So I just wanna make a formal complaint on how this situation was handled and the service that was given to me at Hobby lobby by the manager (APRIL). I truly appreciate your business and I truly appreciate your services, but today was a total fail, and I am totally saddened by walking away from hobby lobby with all reserves for better services, from another company that treats their clients and consumers with more respect.. Thank you Manager APRIL...

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and inviting the store was. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy and enjoyable to shop. What truly stood out, however, was Tonya's exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help me locate the squishies/toys I was looking for and did so with such warmth, patience, and kindness. She made sure I was taken care of and never once made me feel rushed. Tonya represents your brand in the best way possible. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness turned a simple shopping trip into a memorable experience. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to her. She is truly an asset to your team.
