HeB had eggs at a great price and I stocked up, we eat a ton of eggs. This HEB is always well stocked but always crowded too. I made a great choice of time and came at the right time where the crowds were minimal. I got everything I needed in about 30 minutes because the store was well stocked. Shout out to the HEB app, it directed me to the exact aisle for the items I needed and there was even a map to show the approximate location on the shelf. Checkout was quick and easy, I used the regular register and not the self checkout but the guys were efficient and friendly.

Keep in mind you are paying for real wood furniture not cardboard ikea stuff. The owner will negotiate when you pay cash like I did.. not giving 5 stars because when I picked up my stuff it was scattered all over the store and I had called the previous day to confirm my pickup day .. kinda sucked driving around the back of the store and back to the front to load all the stuff.. other than that if you like rustic vintage western this is the place to go

We purchased $3200.00 worth of furniture back in December 2015. We were told the bed and tv stand…read morewere in stock. We did not get the bed for almost 6 weeks. The TV stand we took. Then we were told the 2 nightstands and dresser and stools were all being custom ordered. And the 3 furniture pieces would be all stained to match the same color. We called numerous times after we were promised to have all items before February 22nd and did not. We got a 1 pc with the incorrect color. We were told the other 2 pieces were still being orderd. We first explained our concern that now if they were not coming in at the same time they would not match in stain. We were right, instead of ordering us new pieces so the stain matched. Tim the owner had his crew use 2 pieces in house and stain it them selves. They do not match even close in color. Hiw own workers and crew who know what they are talking about have agreed with us 100% that our furniture does not even come close to matching. He refuses to fix the 3 pieces to match or refund our money. So we will be taking them to court. Friday the 1st of April they delivered a piece almost 4 months after and it was a third color not matching the rest. We sent it back with the delivery guys who also got on the phone with the owner TIM and tried to explain that we, the customers were right and not crazy, all 3 pieces do not match at all. He then said they don't know what they are talking about. Argued with me, my husband and his own guys.

Great customer service!…read more I've been to this location a couple of times, but yesterday when I went was when I received stellar customer service. There were so many employees on deck and I probably had 6 ask if they could assist in any way. I tried a latte sample with a woman from Breville, with the Nespresso. So glad! I'm in love and can't wait for mine to come in! I also love Bed, bath & beyond because they always have a 20% coupon for you to use - mine is loaded onto my online account.

She then followed us up two aisles and said at 7:27, "we closing soon, y'all better get out of here and stop playing in my store, go back to AMC theaters", mind you we weren't at the theaters nor are we children, nor were we causing disturbance. She's just rude as hell to some grown ass adults. I don't recommend this store just due to customer service being ass.

Today was the first day of my entirety of having hobby lobby as a consumer store while I was treated the way I was treated by the management name, April. I made a purchase for several items and once I made the final purchase, I looked in my receipt and it was $442 now the reason why we shop at Hobby lobby is because of the deals and a discount that they have in this godfather service and owner. But this day in particular, the manager April is at the front and she seem like she doesn't wanna help us or she has some type of agitation for our presence inside of her store. Once we came back inside of the store to ask for customer service to have a check for all items that were purchased 'Charlene' helped us at the front desk, then while helping us she was interrupted by this manager(APRIL). after being interrupted with a question on what was transpiring in line. When she realized what the issue was were once told immediately... with no time to try to have a disillusion or a proper resolve to the situation that she would have to run the cameras back ‍to check the purchases. The. it wouldn't be able to be done until tomorrow morning the following day. Now mind you, I've been doing business with Hobby lobby for the last six months and spent over $5000.... all of my receipts are attached in this email I'm sending to corporate. So I just wanna make a formal complaint on how this situation was handled and the service that was given to me at Hobby lobby by the manager (APRIL). I truly appreciate your business and I truly appreciate your services, but today was a total fail, and I am totally saddened by walking away from hobby lobby with all reserves for better services, from another company that treats their clients and consumers with more respect.. Thank you Manager APRIL...
