Horrible customer service its Easter and they are not staffed properly them when I finally got to check no bags

Skinny white male manager with messed up teeth refused to help me figure out a price on an item I NEEDED. It's 11pm so I don't really have any other options. I know my money is insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but I shop here almost everyday. I can find socks somewhere else, you should find a new manager somewhere else too and send him back to the rehab you found him in. read more

The works at this location are helpful. They also check for things if they have on the back. The cashier are fast. The only thing I don't like (which is not the store fault) is that it's always busy. read more

Worse service a whole bunch of liars . Never received my order on Saturday dec.5 called them repeatedly only for them to tell me no drivers and when i offer to pick up my order they told me there wasn't anyone there to do it. Called again on Monday night wait for a hour to talk to a supposed manager. To tell me that my order is ready and would be delivered in the morning that dont worry about picking it up. Absolutely terrible there was only three cashiers open and each register had a least 10+ people.

If you are going to offer curbside pick up you should be fully staffed - over staffed. My order was delayed for pick up, the phone lines to call that you have arrived do not work, making me go find someone. I arrived at 7:55pm and i am still waiting along with 20 other cats for my groceries. You need to be more efficient. I will not do this service again read more

Walmart Supercenter - Night time shopping at Walmart lol - Grocery Near Me - Perris, California

So, I was in line waiting to pay and there was a Hispanic women in front asking the cashier a question (cashier looked young, and pregnant- very much showing) the cashier totally ignores her with a dirty look and a yellow vest comes up and the cashier asks him "do you know what she's saying" he's pretty young guy with glasses short hair and he responds "no idea" and they just ignore her and continue a conversation while the lady is still trying to ask. That is the rudest shit I've ever seen. That's walmart people for you.. she could of acknowledge her. Those kind of people don't deserve to work in customer service read more

I was in a rush and I went in to look for film for my camera and I found them but they had the locked glass door. I asked an employee and they said that only the cashiers could open them so I went and asked one and they said I had to wait in line. The line was huge I was not going to wait in it being in a rush. I was very disappointed they should really have other people who can open them. read more

For the second time in a week, when I went into the store there were no shopping carts! The store is horrible to begin with but now they don't seem to care if you shop there or not! This store has gone steadily downhill recently. Now the policy is that the customer has to bag their own purchases - and it is Walmart - their checkstands are not setup for that. Also, we recently did a contactless pickup with them and the refrigerated foods were warm and the frozen foods were melted. When we complained, we were unable to get ANY satisfaction because the 'manager was unreachable' - same for when the complaint was escalated to corporate for the store. Just about every week I visit this store. The lines are always super long at checkout. Why don't they open more registers everyday, so we don't have long lines? This is the best Walmart I've ever been to it's not ghetto like the old Walmart in Perris. They have everything here including a big grocery section and the produce is priced reasonable and they also have self checkout and a McDonald's. This is my go to spot now for everything. read more

The only reason it's gets one star is because it's conveniently located near my job and the two employees I encountered during my last visit was pleasant and cared about their job and me the customer BUT it stopped there. I asked for a manager's assistance. It took 15 minutes for a manager to show up. This is after the employees repeatedly paged for one. She shows up like I'm bothering her. She was unhelpful, blunt, impatient, and indifferent. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had this experience with a manager at this location. At that time I was assisting my vision impaired sister. After that incident I didn't go in that store for at least a year. After yesterday I'm left to wonder Is this how Walmart want to represent at their management level? I have avoided the store unless it is a necessity now I'll drive on by and head to Target. Very disappointed that Walmart has decided to lock up razors, over the counter medicine and some toiletries. Also making us stand in a separate line at the makeup counter to buy a lip gloss. ****WIRELESS DEPARTMENT REVIEW **** I have searched and searched for the wireless department and could not find it . They really should have one these guys are great ! If your looking to get help ask for RALPH OR SAUL these guys are AMAZING . My husband and I were super excited to trade in our phones and get an upgrade through sprint . After hours and hours we were told no and these guys did not give up . They made phone calls and communicated with us every step of the way . At the end we got an upgrade through Verizon and came home with new phones . If it wasn't for these guys it wouldn't have happened. They made it a priority to make sure they did everything they could and we are truly grateful for their customer service . This is what good teamwork is all about great job with these two !! The worst customer service, disgusted with Manager Danny after over 30 minute at self-checkout came after being called over 3-4 times by helper in self checkout area. I called the store while at register requested to speak with Manager or Supervisor, was told one was on break the other on way to help me after 30 minutes of waiting! Another employee could not believe she saw me about 15 before her 15 break and returned to see me waiting more than 30 minutes! The camera was on I am sure as proof! I used the Pickup service that Walmart is offering and I loved it. It was easy to use and convenient plus their Pickup service is free. An employee came out with my things and I got a free little gift bag for trying it out. She was super nice and helped me load my trunk. She also informed me about the service and said that if they don't have an item you pick you can choose to have them substitute the item. If the item they choose cost more it is at no charge to you and if the item is less or you decide you don't want to substitute it then they will refund you. This service is especially handy when you don't want to wait in long lines or bring all the kids along with you. I highly recommend the Pickup service and hope they keep it! read more

I gave 2 stars ONLY because the store is nice and there are a handful of Excellent employees. But the other 95% of them SUCK! Majority of the employees have Zero customer service skills along with limited knowledge of how to do their job. An evaluation of training procedures at this store is needed. The "money center" is a joke. I have been cashing my payroll checks here (don't ask .smh.) every two weeks for the last 5 years at this Walmart (and the previous location a block away). Suddenly, they can no longer cash my checks. I was told they can no longer accept checks with an "ink signature"- policy changes. "I was just here two weeks ago" I tell the lady and she shrugs and says "policies change all the time". I asked where such policy changes are posted- she offered no answers. I asked for the manager. Of course, he is not in and the worker has no clue when he will be in. She instructed me to call the store and leave a message for the manager. But you see, I've previously tried to reach the manager on several occasions for unrelated (positive) matters with no luck. So what's the point? So, I'll just Yelpvent. The problem is this: Walmart is a Mega corporation. You mean nothing to them. They don't care that your history with them is clean (100+ Non fraudulent checks). You, personally, are not going to faze Walmart's bottom line so they don't care. Shop Small. Shop local. Stay outta Walmart! read more

I am giving my review because of the awesome grocery pick up service. It has been such a life saver with my busy schedule and a wild toddler. I would say I have done it 10x with no issues and accurate order. If they don't have the item you can always get a substitution for the same price. For example I ordered great value 12 count toilet paper and they were out so they substitute the 18 count for us at the 12 count price. Just think it's really awesome and I can avoid the store altogether. I really hate the drama of not finding a cart, getting a cart that bangs or veers to the left, dealing with people blocking aisles or just standing where I need to go, item being out of stock and long lines at the checkout. For the pick up me and my husband have encountered one guy in particular named Andrew. He is amazing and very courteous. I wish we could give him a tip but they're not allowed to accept them. He always asks if we would like delicate items like bread and eggs in the car and he just is very caring. Everyone we see him come out I always expect the best. So thank you Andrew you're awesome. We really like this Walmart having just moved here from crap Riverside to Perris 6 mo this ago. read more

Walmart employee need to be knowledge on how paying with your phone works! I've asked 2 separate department employee if they accept payments with your phone. They said "yes." So I gathered up all my things & went to the register to pay. Waited for 30 mins to pay when I got to the register to pay I was told they only accept Samsung pay! Walmart perfecting their discrimination skills........ I wanted to purchase a hair care item that cost $2.82 which was behind locked glass cabinets. It appeared that ALL Hair Care products that are normally used by majority of African American were behind the locked glass. All the other hair products used by different races were readily available. I requested assistance from a blond associate so that I may exam the item for purchase. Once I decided this was the item wanted, she requested I give her the product (cost $2.82), to escort me to cashier and with a smirk smile and waited until the purchase was finalized. Again, with a smile, she said it was store policy. Soooo, not only did I receive this item for $2.82, but I also receive treatment as a potential thief, discrimination and an explanation from a store manager supporting this badly behavior. I'm no longer a Walmart customer.....If Walmart do not value their employees (News media regarding low wages and manager issues), As an African American, I should have known they would not value us as customers. read more

Had the worst experience today. I walked in at 215, waited in customer service line for 20 minutes. Money gram lady called me over so I went. Tried to return 2 blouses I had with the receipt. She wouldn't cause I didn't have the yellow ticket from greeter. They weren't there when I walked in. I'm not going to search for them. She called AP to check cameras to see if I walked in with them. Duh, I have the receipt, obviously I paid for them. Waited to get call back never came. Said I'd go get the ticket now, no you can't do that. Fine, I waited longer. Finally I got fed up took my blouses and receipt and went back to door. Got the ticket went back to CS. She still wouldn't do it. Of course by this time I was mad. I loudly asked for a manager she called AP again cause now there were 3 other people with same issue, no ticket. I asked what's the deal? If I left and came back tomorrow with the ticket you'd do it so why not just do it? I have it right here. She just wouldn't budge. She then decided to tell other CS people not to help us since we had no ticket. Another customer started complaining that it's not our fault you have people not doing their jobs. Another CS ended up helping me cause by now I was fuming and getting louder that that store has the worst people in CS department. The young girl helped me, apologized multiple times and I was on my way. I go to this store cause it's close to my home but if long lines, unused registers and rude incompetent people working there then I'll just take the longer drive to target. They know how to treat customers. If you see an over weight African American lady with one front tooth and pink highlights in her hair in CS run the other way. I can not describe how uncomfortable I felt walking into the hair care isle to find ALL and ONLY the black hair care products in a locked case. I have never stolen before, yet I'm expected to wait for someone to get my products, meanwhile other customers can grab what they want. I like this store because they have a great selection but the dressing rooms were incredibly dirty. I was really surprised because the rest of the store looks pretty good. The dressing room floors were covered with dirt, hair and dust that had obviously been there a very long time. Pretty gross. I will wash these clothes the minute I get home for sure! read more
