I'm actually a frequent shopper a this location, it's the closest to me. my rating is based on how its run. So.. a lot of the employees are nice people. The same ones I see, who greet you. The rest are unprofessional and dont even both to ask if you need help. They dont smile, they dont day excuse me when passing you with a stock of items, they need to be trained again in customer service. The check out is terrible! Always only 4 lanes open when they have a hundred checkout lanes to be used. I waited almost 20mins to check out because the young female cashier was slow as a snail, chatting with everyone. This store is literal trash. Some of the employees actually seem decent. My problem was with their store manager. I believe the guys name is Jason, I think. He's a complete sleazeball. On top of how incredibly rude he was to me, he doesn't seem to value his employees much either. He was very rude towards the worker who was helping me. I don't know how anyone wants to work for him. Worst customer service I've had at any Walmart I've been to. I WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES on a Sunday late afternoon to pick up a very small order I'd placed online. After waiting 20 minutes I was told (after calling the supervisor for the second time) that there were 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting another 25 minutes, and seeing 5 more cars get their orders fulfilled before mine, I knocked on the pickup order door and spoke to the supervisor in person. I'm not sure what was going on behind closed doors but I wasn't too impressed by management. My order (which was so small it didn't even fill half a Walmart shopping bag) was hanging on a peg by the door. Any one of the employees (including the "supervisor") working that day could have just grabbed it on the way out while fulfilling the large grocery orders they had. Today i went to the electronics department to ask for assistance in getting in to one of the cabinets that required an associate to open it for me. I approached an employee who said he didn't have the keys and said i would have to wait in line to ask for help. (and then of course I'd have to wait in line AGAIN to purchase the item)....The long lines have been an ongoing problem at Walmart but having to wait in line twice is over the top. My shopping experience at this particular Walmart is always unpleasant but there aren't many options in this area, so I'm forced to shop there or travel several miles to shop somewhere else. The only good thing about this store is the wide variety of products. Everytime I have been here in the afternoons there are no shopping carts available, have to grab one from the parking lot on the way in. Lines are always long and take a very long time. The store itself isn't bad. The set up at the service center is a joke. They have a sign designating a spot for "mobile express" but there is no separate line. You're supposed to be able to fast track but the way they have it you literally have to step in front of everyone else. Do I even have to note how this makes them angry? I was cussed out for "cutting" in line. It makes having the "mobile express" part of the service a joke. There is literally no time saving or any other benefit. It seems to be one of those they have to make you think you're benefiting from having it. In reality I wasted the time on the app for something I have to do wait for regardless. This is an incredibly easy fix. Move the sign for "mobile express" over where you don't have to cut in line. Until then I won't even bother. I've pointed it out to local management to no avail. If you catch a manager they'll set you up as the next customer. It shouldn't be this difficult to use a service they claim to provide. read more

I ordered a cake for my 25th wedding anniversary party. It was made fresh and tasted good, The issue I have was the blue underneath the writing. When they wrote on the cake the writing was too small, so they fixed it by wiping of the writing off the writing and making it bigger. When I receive the cake I noticed where the writing was the under color of blue was different from the other blue on the cake. The person that was helping me said that they just fixed the writing this morning and that the color should blend in by tomorrow and match the rest of the can, Well it didn't. You could see where there mistake was. Also there was so dye in the frosting hat it was dying peoples lips and teeth blue. i will never order a cake from this store again. read more

A security guard followed around a guy like he was a criminal and yeah he looked a little sketchy but why are you following people around in the parking lot. He followed me around once too late at night and he just seemed like a creep, excuse me if I parked too far for your taste. Anyway then the guy he was following around got mad and began to throw stuff at the security guard but he was in his car and didn't get anywhere near him and the security guard just laughed and said "don't come back here" how disrespectful. Bad experience in Electronics with a rude Cashier name Gloria 5/4/19. I get something there and had to get other items. When I said I would come back she tried to push me off to the front cashiers. I came back and the first thing she said we can't ring you up if you have more then 15 items. There was only me and another man in line and there was two cashiers. I crabbed my stuff and went up front in the sign titled 20 less line and only had 20 items. This cashier shouldn't be in customer service if she isn't going to her job. I've come here before and had a great experience. However, today I went food shopping and literally all the produce was rotten. Tomatoes covered in mildew, salad bags with pools of brown water at the bottom, every kiwi or mango I went to grab - my fingers sunk in. I would of walked out today if it wasn't for the fact that I had just drove 25 minutes to specifically shop here. They either need new employees who do their job properly in checking items and removing things that could make a person sick or a new manager to get on top of it. How can you even charge people for bad food?! Really upsetting. ever wonder why your pickup order is delayed.... here is your evidence. my mom had an order scheduled from 4pm-5pm to be delivered to our house. mind you, she's a walmart + member. she was told by a lady on the phone that our order was ready but they were unable to find a driver. so we decided we would become the driver. we waited there for 3 hours only to find out they are going to deliver it tomorrow, time for delivery is unknown. we were treated poorly by the staff, almost like second hand shoes. when we went inside to get what we needed from our order that we thought would be at our house, we see a group of them standing around. i used to work at this establishment and department. i know that most workers there didn't give a single shit and i would be caught doing most of the work with maybe the help of 3 people that actually did their job. the worst part is that we were more patient and understanding than any of the customers that came at the employees like they were trash. we treated them with respect until we felt disrespected. this is sad honestly read more

I'm giving this 5 stars for their online order and drive up/pick up for groceries. PINKY assisted me. She was wonderful! Easy to order too. I drove up and had shaded parking. Within mins my groceries were being loaded. This saved me so much time and money. The service is free and employees do not accept tips. read more

Today I tried to go shopping for Christmas for my family at this walmart. I don't normally go into stores sense the covid scare. I had read up on Walmarts company policy regarding masks. I had learned that they do post requirements, but by no circumstances will they interact and attempt to ban people from entering the store without one. Today I was yelled at for not wearing a mask when trying to enter, I was made to look like a fool by the other people that were enting the store. Most Wal-Mart's are bad when it comes to customer service and the long lines. This one is in my city and it is the worst one ever. I don't give a lot of 1 stars. I think every business deserves the benefit of keeping all things into consideration. This one star comes from multiple visits. The shelves are typically not stocked and the lines are extremely long as other managers are working on go backs and other items. The customer has become the last priority with this management team. I can go on and on about this store and the issues I have had with them. But I'd like to keep it simple and say they will not recieve anymore of my families money. Wal-Mart will have the same fate as Kmart if they don't start valuing their customers. We are now shopping at Target. read more
