Just want to say amazing customer service from Celeste in vision center! She was so welcoming friendly. All I was buying was nose pads! She offer her services in case I had hard time fixing my glasses. Thank you:)

$2.77 is a great price! But not what I was charged. I paid $3.46 and I am not going to stand in that long ass customer service line!

Here's todays anger. Find a great price on the shelf tag, pay a completely different price at the register. It's called "bait and switch" in some parts- Anyway- nice people work here- All Walmarts suck.

Tide pods 42 count. Spring meadows, order is wrong. I WILL NEVER USE INSTACART AGAIN AND THEY SHOULD BE FIRED.

The guy can't read The order for the tide is wrong. I ordered a 96 count Original pod tide. He brought me a 42 count spring meadows tide. I called Walmart and nobody picks up the phone. The guy can't read or doesn't care. Don't use this app. You will be disappointed and upset

Complaint Regarding Treatment at Moreno Valley CVS Location…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the treatment I received at your Moreno Valley CVS location on Mother's Day, May 10, 2026. I received a 40% off coupon in the mail as part of your regular promotional mailers. I attempted to use the coupon toward a Mother's Day flower purchase, but I was told by both the store clerk and the manager that the coupon could not be used on flowers. While I understand that some exclusions may apply, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. The sales associate repeatedly sighed under her breath during the interaction, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Even worse, after I completed approximately $50 worth of purchases without the discount, I attempted to use the coupon on another eligible item and was then publicly accused of stealing someone else's coupon in front of other customers. This accusation was humiliating and completely inappropriate. I explained that the coupon was mailed to my residence. My mother suffers from dementia, so obtaining or verifying small mailing details immediately is not always easy. Instead of handling the matter professionally or respectfully, I was treated with suspicion and embarrassment. Additionally, I believe there was an attempt not to provide my receipt after the transaction, which only added to my concern regarding how this situation was handled. This experience completely ruined what should have been a simple Mother's Day shopping trip. Due to the conduct of the employees involved, my family and I will no longer shop at this Moreno Valley CVS location. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and what actions will be taken to address the behavior of the employees involved.
