This is a Wal-mart. I find it to meet my needs and typically be in stock of items that I need. I like to go to use the self check out since typically they only have 2 registers open on one side of the store. The lines can get long to check out. iPhone repair shop onsite. -- AVOID -- My mom went to iPhone repair shop in the store. Horrendous service and shoddy repairs. She lives quite a distance from me and I only see once a month. Her iPad screen broke and they repaired it so good the home button doesn't work and the charging port doesn't work well anymore. Her iPhone 6 Plus had water damage and instead of telling her it's not fixable they replaced the screen (which wasn't cracked ) and charged her 90 bucks to get back a non working device. Eel hen she complains ed they became belligerent. Sufficed to say I have the iPad in my bench now fixing it. We will stay away and you should too. Oh yes, the bathrooms in this Walmart store are absolutely disgusting. We saw an associate leave the bathroom toilet without flushing or washing their hands. read more

I had the worst experience of any other store that I've been to I purchased a computer speaker for 40 bucks and then when I went back to exchange it for a computer speaker that worked better they said#1 Because it had been over 14 days without a receipt that I could not exchange it because I was honest.but when I I went to the electronics and asked he said they had no speakers that would even worked with a computer so I went Dollar General and got a speake for half the price of the speaker that I got that I was trying to exchange.... the guy in electronics knew nothing about what he was "supposed" to sell.... read more

It's to bad you can't give negative stars. Ned the manager essentially told me I'm the scum of the earth. I had an issue that Walmart caused when I went to get a moneygram. They provided me the wrong item and when I asked them to fix it the service level went into the toilet, to put it mildly. I wasn't expecting 5 star catering to my needs I was expecting basic human interaction, I waited 45 min at customer service only to be directed to call someone else who told me to call someone else who told me to call the Walmart in Maryland. Without a doubt, this is the most ghetto Walmart in all the land. It's 8:20am, been here since 6:45 to get an oil change. Shopped for over an hour, came back, truck is done and no one is working the cash register. Mind you, automotive opens at 7:00am. No cash drawer, no sense and customer service is non-existent. I can't wait till $15.00 per hour is implemented and they realize why they are out of a job. All general labor is moving towards automation so customers deal with a computer with no customer service skills. It's no different than coming here dealing with these moody, insincere, disinterested folks that come here solely out of necessity and not with any real intent on doing a good job! It's attitudes like this is why automation and no customers service will be provides in 2021. They have closed over 30 checkout counters and 4 people run about 50 checkout lanes. Do the math. They are saving tons of money on not dealing with these type of people representing their store. They are taking a chance on the customers being there own workers and passing on little savings for the DYI it will take to ship at Walmart in 2021. The preparation has begun, watch how life changes for this industry type of laborer. I got here at 942am- it is now 11:28 and they're just working on my car, when they had said I'd be out within an hour. 4 guys on the clock. Can't even say "working". 1 is working his butt off(Jamar), the other one on the phone and one sitting on a cooler just looking at everyone else. The one who has a lighter gray button down shirt and glasses, sure knows what he's doing, he's all over the place. Oh Wal Mart.... you are such a mix of good and bad. I have been shopping here for a while now and can say that I have had some good experiences here and some bad. The staff is brain dead and the customers are colorful to watch.... but when I want to make one stop for things, I will come here. The store is okay. Sometimes clean and sometimes not. I think I go here only because I know were everything is at this point. Food is food and the produce and meats are okay. The staff have no personality. Everytime I need to speak to anyone about anything, they have no expression and just respond like the overworked employees they are. The ONLY time I ever got someone to smile and interact was when I brought my car in for tires. Here is an example of what type of employees they have... one day while shopping they had a training going on. There was a large group of employees and at the end of their talk, the manager tried to get them all to give a Wal Mart Cheer to rally support and excitement... The manager said his line and the workers half heartily repeated it... it was pitiful! They wanted nothing with cheering to this manager or this company. I have learned to only shop early in the morning before the rest of the world gets up. The challenge with that is they only have a few cash lanes open so you still have to wait on lines. There are always long lines here and they never have enough lanes open. They even have a person with a big arrow directing customers to the next "best" line for the least amount of wait... I guess... but so far, this service stinks. They always direct me to a line that is twice as long as any other and/or with a cashier who is brain dead. I have learned to ignore the lady with the arrow and pick my own line with a cashier I know is fast. Any other time of the day, there are always long lines and a wait to check out. In my opinion, every Wal Mart has a base of customers. It depends on the location and the local customers who shop there. For instance, the ones near Disney are very tourist heavy and have many of them who know no place else to shop. This Wal Mart is more local and with out getting technical, if full of crazy locals... ugh. I have been to better, cleaner, friendlier Wal Marts but this is the one near my house so I deal with it. The worst pickup experience, the app will tell you something and is the complete opposite at the store. The team that is outside at "the shadiest pickup location ever" (leave it to Walmart to select the dark alley for that) could care less they sent me inside the store and then I was sent back to the pickup area outside. In the meantime someone marked my order as picked up so I got the email thanking me for picking up while at that point I am 40 minutes away from having the product because is how long it took for all the bozos to figure out who messed what. Employees here could care less and I was told so, I mentioned that this was a bad experience and the employee told me "imagine working here, I know" then to another person I said here no one cares about anything to what he responded "yeah pickup here is always a mess" Anyways the slogan should be just "Save Money" as the rest they don't even believe it. read more

Highly disappointed in grocery pickup. I've tried their service about 8-10 times now, so I've given it a fair chance. There's been twice that items are missing from my order and I had to go back into the store, inside, and wait at customer service to prove that I had already purchased the items at grocery pick up. Every time I arrive at grocery pick up, it's at least a 15 minute wait. The longest I've waited is 35 minutes. No matter when I go, there is always a wait. This service is supposed to be a time saver, but so far, I find that I can go inside and shop much faster than the employees bring out groceries. This morning I got a notification at 7:30 AM that my groceries were ready for pick up. I arrived at 7:35 AM. Although I was the first car there, when the employee finally walked out at 7:55 AM, he serviced the other cars first. After waiting almost 30 minutes, I finally got my groceries. Displeased with the service I have received in the many times I have tried Walmart grocery pick up, I decided to call the store when I left and asked to speak with a manager about these issues. I have waited over THIRTY MINUTES for a manager to pick up the phone. When I hung up and called back, an employee told me that they have been trying and trying to contact a manager or assistant manager and nobody simply is responding. Over an hour of my time wasted with Walmart this morning with no resolve. I highly do not recommend Walmart, nor there grocery pick up service. read more

If I could give this Walmart than one star I would. We commonly refer to this Walmart as the white trash Walmart. There are usually bums sitting on the concrete outside smoking and just hanging out. The parking lot is full of trash, and the inside is very disorganized and unkempt also. Don't expect any customer service at this place. I waited over 10 minutes outside the dressing rooms waiting for someone to unlock one of the rooms for me to try on some clothes. A woman named Annie was hanging up clothes and assured me that someone was coming but never did anything to help me. When a woman named Jackie showed up who was supposed to have the keys, she informed me that she did not and I would have to wait for another customer to be done with a room. The only other customer in a dressing room was an elderly woman who had been in there the whole time I was waiting. When I looked back over at Annie, she told me that the lady was there who had the keys and walked over to Jackie and asked her to open a door. Jackie angrily said to her "I don't have the keys!" This is when I left. This is such a prime location for a Walmart it's a disappointment that this place is constantly performing subpar. But today I was stuck in line at the register behind a woman who was trying to use some kind of Walmart Pay app on her iPhone. After 15 minutes, I got sick of waiting, and decided to leave without making my purchase. The fact that the app has problems was not the fault of the store. Nevertheless, there really is no excuse for holding up an entire line of customers for that long. I have yet to see a cleaner Walmart (at least in Chicago!). It was pretty easy navigating through this store. Usually I find myself walking around stuff left on the floor, but this store didn't have any of that. Rep come out 30 minutes later and have the wrong name and grocery, the concept usually works pretty good but today they must have the "X" team it definitely not the A, B, or even "L" team the worst must work Sunday. Please beware- taking your vehicle to the auto center! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation/balance and left two hours later with a deep scratch on my drivers side door (metal showing). The auto manager was so negligent I was told with the services I had there was no way they could have made the damage- I was told this before the auto manager even looked at my vehicle. I had to ask him to please look at my vehicle before coming to a conclusion.....their management is beyond horrible. If they had any sense they would have seen in their system that I have been a customer of their auto center services for years, that they may want to hear out a repeat customer. They obviously do not care about customer service. I guess shame on me for taking my vehicle there....I can only hope their corporate office will be more helpful. read more

This place was really rough from a customer service perspective. In my experience they rarely have enough registers open and in particular their customer service desk is less than helpful. It took me over an hour to return just a few items that were purchased online. I don't know if this is a walmart thing or just this store, but whatever it is, it's horrible. I'll share my recent experience that was terrible and you can decide. I was trying to return items (with an online return receipt) and they were having trouble returning it in their system due to an internal reason with the computer and walmart.com; some kind of update issue according to customer service from walmart.com. After much back and forth trying to return the items, they tried to send me home with the items (some of which is broken glass that arrived that way when delivered) to call walmart.com to resolve like it wasn't their problem or they weren't even the same company. When this happened, I asked for the manager and he ignored the team member and me several times after he knew I was there for almost an hour. He then finally came over and she told him the issue and unbelievably he asked her what she was going to do? Seriously!? He didn't offer a solution or anything. He didn't even acknowledge or apologize to me until the end. She said she would call them to see if she could get it returned and then he took off repeating that to me. After over an hour she finally resolved with online customer support (who actually turned out to be very helpful) and handed me the receipt saying nothing. No, I apologize for the inconvenience, no goodbye, no have a nice night, no empathy no nothing. She said nothing...so here I am sharing what occurred. Crowded on the weekends. In store the feel is like a flea market. The produce always seems sub-par. I bought an $2 pineapple and it wasn't as good as a Dole pineapple. The selection is good like you would expect and you can get almost everything here. Sunscreen is low priced and for the summer is good to pick up here. Absolute Worst auto service center ever! Just found out the Ocoee Walmart installed 2 different size tires on my car. Went in a couple of months ago and had new front tires installed. No a huge fan of Walmart however I had a situation with an online order that had me really upset. I called and got a very rude and unprofessional lady when I called then she handed me over to a young man named Chad. He spoke very professional and very nice. I ended up having to go in to see that was going on with my online order. To my surprise the young man Chad was working in pick up and a very nice and professional young lady Akene. They helped me tremendously. At one point they had to get a manager ( mid aged white lady) who was horrible. She wasn't rude but had no kind of empathy. At the end of the day both chad and akene were able to resolve my issues and find my television. I am greatly appreciated for both of them. You don't ever see that kind of service at Walmart ever!! Associates are never eager to help. So sad for such a huge company. I really hope Chad and Akene are recognized. read more

I have mixed feelings about this location. Employees seem like they're on autopilot while working. It's easy to walk by 20 or more employees during a visit and it seems like they avoid contact any chance they're given. The online shopping employees are the absolute worst. They walk around the store pushing their carts and don't consider who is in THEIR way. Lines are usually pretty long, but I won't blame self checkout on anyone but customers taking a full cart to their register (shouldn't there be a limit?) I hate to complain 100%, so i will throw in that an employee working in the meat section was happy to help me find a product that wasn't on the floor, but he got it for me outback and filled up the location on the floor. I believe his name was John. And shortly after he was complimented by a supervisor for his friendly service with customers. Keep up the good work John! (If that's who it was). Today was the worst day i had with walmarts customer service !! I went in looking for a item in sporting goods which i couldnt find i asked someone for help who then said this isnt my department and the guy whose department it is just went on break,then walked away from me. I found another guy who said its not my department but ill try to help. He then had no idea so asked 3 other employees which all told him the guy whos department is is gone sorry we cant help . Finally the guy assisting me found the assistant manager and told her what the issue was and she ignored him and walked away to which i tryed to follow her to ask for my own help because ignoring a employee and ignoring a paying customer our two seperate issues. She than began to walk very fast away from me switching aisles to avoid me so i gave up any chance of help and finished the rest of my shopping . Upon checkout i asked the cashier if there was a way to see if the item i needed was in stock she said that i personally have to find a manager for they can check i explained i tryed this already and am very frustrated with my shopping experience here to which she said if they didnt help you i dont know what else to tell you so i left . I travel to this walmart because the lines are usually shorter than the one next to my house but after this experience i will think twice next time i need a item and go somewhere else . Id rather pay a little bit more somewhere else and have an employee whos willing to help me instead of passing me off to the next guy who does the same .
