I ran in here to get some Wright bacon because they appeared to be the only location that carry's it at a decent price. But when I got there, they were completely sold out...or at least they appeared to be as the location was empty. Sadly, there was not an employee around who I could ask if they had any in the back. And looking at the app it showed they had in stock, but I was in a hurry so I couldn't wait to try to track somebody down. I also looked at some of the hot dogs as I was requested by a family member to pick them up and they were sold out of almost everything or at least appear to be because the shelves were completely empty. I have found that this becoming more of a challenge in this location where the shelves are empty but yet they show things in stock so you have to try to track down an employee so they can go hunt in the back to try to find it. read more

I stopped in to grab a few items and noticed the black history month collection tucked away past the general clothing and valentines stuff. Much smaller than the prior years with not much of a variety for the family which was a bit disappointing. I asked an employee if there were any of the collection available for kids and she looked like I was speaking a foreign language. I said online it shows kids, do you have any in store and she said " umm if we did , it would be in the kids section or our store just chose not to carry it" and walked away. The encounter was rude but I let it go and continued browising the store only for another employee to be much nicer and was able to assist me. Just moved to the area. This is the closest location to my new home. With any big box store, I feel there are good and bad locations. This is a not so great Target. On a really basic note, the parking at this location is terrible. It's a lovely & convent shopping center but when they were planning it they did not consider the popularity and getting parking anywhere here is like competing in the hunger games. Very unpleasant every time right away. They just never seem to have what I need in stock. Even when placing an order for pickup I tend to have to go to a different, farther away location. Staff is really unfriendly at this location as well. No Studio McGee specific section p they just lump it all together. Shelves are often bare. I don't love that customer service and pickups are not the same location as is with most Target locations(completely opposite ends of the store). The lighting in the fitting rooms is horrendous. Incredibly dark. Mountains of clothing piled up there as well. Last time I was there I had 2 people cut me in line to go into a fitting room and the two staff members who were there and saw this said nothing and did nothing. They actually helped the people who blatantly cut I front of me with questions and then walked them into a room before those of us waiting (there was a physical line for the fitting room because only a few open and did not bother to open them all despite the line of people waiting) The plastic bag recycling is in the center of the store rather than at customer service. I just in general have not had a good experience at this location which is a shame as it is my closest location. Added a star because it at least has the updated footprint and my last one did not so theres a positive for me but that's the only one Edit: I was there for a pick up and had to use the bathroom. The women's was unacceptably bad. Like brown marks in the walls of the stalls. People's ruin on evey seat. I told staff but like wow. This Target is huuuge!!! Came in today with a girlfriend of mine for birthday committee shopping for a colleague of ours. They've got a bit of something for everyone from household goods, sporting/camping gear, school supplies, groceries, etc. You name it, Target's got it!! We found some things that we thought our colleague would like but unfortunately, we had to put some things back. That's only because we were on a budget and we were already past our spending limit. It's so easy to get carried away here. Although our shopping experience was fine, most of the school supplies were running low. It was a bit challenging looking for nice pens and notebooks so we had to compromise on a few things. I feel like the best time to come to Target would be earlier in the day. This typically is not a Target that I go to, but this was the closest one that had a product that I was looking for. I was instantly reminded why I avoid it. Its because the shopping plaza that it is located in in always so busy. I wasn't there during a peak time and I was surprised at how packed it was. When I went into the store it was equally as crowded. Luckily I was able to grab what I needed and go, however, all the checkout lines were long. This store requires masks when you walk in, but you still have "those" people who will refuse. I felt bad for the staff tonight when a family of 4 w all walking around without them. I just shopped at this target and the person working in the self checkout was so rude. She was not present when everyone was shopping so after I paid I had to find her and politely ask for her to take the red alarm tag off something I bought. I handed her my receipt and then walked back to the check out to grab the rest of my bags. I went back over to her and she handed me back the dress and the tag was still on it. I then asked her to take it off again and she walked away and said in a second. Ryan, if you are working in customer service you should know how to treat someone like a human being. Place for plant based options! (COVID-19: Masks are required to enter, they have masks for those that forgot them - though we should be masks pros now. There is a designated person that wipes down the carts so all of them are cleaned and ready to use) What did I get I frequent here for some groceries. I like to get my bananas here, always seems to be in the perfect ripeness for me. The asian pears are also very good and I don't need to go to the asian supermarkets! I also get my Tempeh from here. It seems they have kind of revamped that area and there are a lot more plant based options than other places like Publix. Oatly ice cream! I was so excited that Target carries these, and ive always wanted to try it. I live super close to Target and I like that the groceries I need to buy are always available. Environment This is located in the Winter Garden Village, so parking is not a problem. You can park and walk around. Plenty to see. There is also a small area inside that you can buy popcorn and sit. OH! There is a starbucks inside, no better way to stroll around Target picking up items you don't need than with a cup of starbucks! The starbucks got revamped as well, there is some bar seating available to sit and enjoy your drink before or after shopping. Niceness of the staff I never had any issues with the staff. But of course I barely have any contact with the staff since I never have questions and there is self check out registers! Pretty nice and friendly I would say. Dollar Target dollars~ I like the asian pears here, the tempeh also is very reasonable here. You may need to check sometimes for their coupons and deals and you can snag some good stuff. This Target is very nice. It's in a safe area, always plenty of parking, and the store is always stocked well. I usually just go there once in a while to buy food if it's late. They are open until 11 PM. This past time we took our grandchildren age 5 and 7 to buy bathing suits and a toy. I was very impressed with the selection of bathing suits and rash guards even in late October. The boys wanted the Pokémon bathing suits! We also found a toy that they really wanted. The toy selection isn't that big but it's stocked with the latest and greatest toys. read more

I always come to this Target for groceries and they're amazing selection of beer! I stopped in today to grab some new cider and women's beauty supplies. I have to say how Jayde was my hero; she helped me find my acne patches! She came in clutch so much- the patches that a use are the My Hero Patches and it's very hard to find them. Bathrooms were disgusting! Toilet paper everywhere, unflushed toilets, feces on the floor. Not to mention at night time the kids run wild in the parking lot so much for having a security guard or an officer there. The bathrooms were worse than any place I've ever been in when I brought it up to bring it to the managers attention, the girl outside the restroom along with a gentleman giggling about it like it was a joke. Not to mention it's right near the Starbucks. I can't imagine how clean that Starbucks location must be considering how the bathrooms looked. Run, don't walk away from the putrid smell lurking outside the women's restroom. Went to go and return a product and didn't realize it was in-eligible for return until she scanned the barcode. The receipt does state that the item was not eligible for return, but who checks their receipt if it's eligible for return AFTER you buy it? No one does, at least put a sign near the items on the shelf so your consumers know and train your staff to inform customers at the register that this is the final sale and no returns excepted on this item. Your staff needs better leadership and training especially when your PAYING $$$$ customers give feedback on the spot. Spending my money at target was already going to stopped with their woke ideology marketing and pushing demonic/devil branded products.. You lost a lifetime customer.. that's probably $500k-$1M lost from this family spending money at your stores. Oh.. I'll also never recommend people to buy from target as well.. This target is really nice, it just gets insanely busy, especially the parking lot. Due to COVID, I don't go inside right now. I tried once and it was a huge mistake. People were getting way to close, not following the store's requested distancing, taking off their masks to sneeze, etc. So I do curbside pickup. The curbside pickup is AWESOME! I can order just about everything quickly and easily on the app and then go pick it up without leaving my car. They recently added even more pickup spots and a tent for the employees - must really be popular! Target really has this down to a science and I'm never waiting. I get there and they are usually waiting on me! I love it. I'm in and out in seconds, I don't worry about spending an extra $100 on things I don't need (you know what I mean!!) and I get on with my day. Seriously love it! I've been coming to this Target location since it opened. This location is always clean and well stocked. Over the years, every single employee (with the exception of 1) I've ever come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they stay open later on the weekends. It's usually pretty quiet at night. The parking lot is huge, but during peak times, weekends and around Christmas, expect to park farther away from the entrance. They are taking excellent precautions during the pandemic. Every employee has on a mask. They wipe down carts in between customers. They require all customers to have masks on. I was pregnant during the first part of the pandemic. They allow pregnant and vulnerable people to shop for an hour before anyone else on certain days. I was so grateful for this! Target and I have a love hate relationship! Target likes when I come in for one item and leave with 50 random items I definitely could've done with out. This store has sanitizers upon entering and employees sanitizing the carts. Everyone for the most part had masks on and all employees had mask on. This is a busier store so but the lines do move pretty quickly and lots of self check out. If you're in the mood for Starbucks there is one on premises. A little hard for me to drink my coffee with a mask on so I get it to go. Will be returning to enjoy randomly picking up stuff for the house and office. read more

CVS in WinterGarden sent me the this CVS inside Target saying I could pick up my prescription there. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, she told me it wasn't ready. They had to do the insurance billing. I had to come back in 30 minutes. I went to lunch, and came back to wait in line again. I did get my prescription. I thought about buying some impulse stuff, until I looked at the long lines at all of the few checkout cashiers open. I just walked out. I will not return to this Target! read more

I'm probably here 3-5 times a week and that is not an exaggeration! There was never a time that any employee did not give me five star service, went out of their way to help or greet me with a warm smile. They literally have some of the best employees in this entire area. This Target is always clean, they pretty frequently stock items, and is huge so there is a large selection of everything: home decor, grocery items, clothing, etc. I do suggest getting the app since there are a ton of coupons that you can use on top of the in store promotions, it keeps a copy of all receipt (don't worry about losing the paper ones, you don't need it!), and you can earn cash back on all purchases. read more

Target was under renovation when I was visiting it. It looked as though it was a medium format store going to a Super Target, and if that's what it was, good! This area could use it. The store itself, since it was undergoing a transformation was a mess to navigate. Nothing was where it was supposed to be. Whole departments had been switched and were not where you knew them to be. This is a Super Target so they sell groceries and have their own Starbucks cafe inside. I love this target for so many reason. 1. Employees- I gotta say, nice job in hiring profesional and friendly folks to your team. Always friendly and helpful! I mean the people at the bakery are the sweetest. 2. Assortment of product- I mean your grocery section is amazing. It's stocked. As far a cleaning stuff, you still find antibacterial cleaners. I appreciate you setting a limit to some things. 3. Convenience- I really love the idea of one stop shop! Only their optical is currently closed! I was at the Millenia target to get a KitchenAid mixer that was on sale, they had one open box mixer and advised that the winter garden store had 4 in stock. As this is a gift I needed the non opened box version. The sale ends at close if business today so I put all of my items back on the shelf and rushed to winter garden. There are none here on the shelf, no associate in the department. I asked an associate in the towels department, he could not find them and tried to give me the target brush off. I asked him to get an associate in the kitchen small appliances department, he said none working. I asked him to get a manager, he began communicating in his radio and came back that the manager was not coming to assist but said there are 4 coming on a truck tonight and they would be available in the morning. I asked for a rain check and was denied, indicating that it's a sale item and they don't give rain checks. Anyhow it appears the manager is too busy for customer service. I will ask about this at the counter before I leave. Will add to this review accordingly. Now I remember why I avoid target. The target treatment. If they had not confirmed on the phone when the Millenia store called I would not have rushed over here. The entire target experience is sad. We only come to Target to get the Talenti cold brew gelato as no other local stores carry this flavor. The front customer service desk advised me no rain checks, then that changed to. NO rain checks on Black Friday items. My issue is that I was told three times that it was available, not that it's on a truck and you can purchase it tomorrow for fifty dollars more. Anyhow if your looking for open bi. Items shop at Target Millenia mall, if your looking for this weeks sale items that are sitting on a truck until tomorrow winter garden is your store. All of the associates were polite, I could tell that they wanted to help but couldn't take the thing off of the truck or out of the back room until after close, this feel was reinforced with the price tags on the shelf's representing a $50.00 increase over the ad price. Ever since the remodel this store has become such a disappointment. But today was the biggest for me personally. I went in to buy a book, Nevermoor. It's been out for a year or more and has a sequel. It's a popular book so I wrongfully assumed they would have it in stock. Nope. Neither book was there. In fact, the selection of books for middle school kids was pathetic! Almost nonexistent. I would love to know how much money this location has lost since the remodel. I know I'm saving a ton by not shopping there as often. And when I do go there I hardly buy anything. I always order via the Target app and that is what this review is reflecting. I was going to make a purchase last night from the Walmart in Winter Garden but they recently started charging for pick up. (Seriously!!!!!) but Target is still free Making a pick up order via the Target app is very reliable at this store (& other Target Orlando stores that I've been to honestly) and they are quick to make updates to your order and will even make swaps when necessary. (Note: you must provide the swaps ahead of time in the Target app. If your swap is not available then that item will be cancelled from your order. I have found this process to be very reliable as well with quick updates on cancelled items via email.) You can also check in via the app when you are on your way to the store, and I'd recommend doing that as well b/c I forgot this today and they took a bit longer to bring out my order.
