This target used to be super clean and organized, but in the past few weeks it's been gross and disorganized, makes Walmart look clean. I realize they are probably short staffed, but on top of that a bunch of savages must be shopping there LOL. read more

My kid daughter just got her ears pierced inside Target at Winter Garden - Ear Piercing by Rowan. It was the best in the Orlando area. Even if it was done in the middle of the store, she was a registered nurse. It was done very hygienic -- she was putting alcohol everywhere and it was a brand new box, she had those hospital tissues on what she needs. On top of that, it was a very good experience by Nurse Blanca. She was so upbeat and she greeted us very friendly. She was on time and professional and she was asking my opinion on the placement and she was careful before she did it. There were 2 other girls around teenagers who also pierced their ears after me. I was pleasantly surprised. If you need ear piercing, do it here. read more

Manager or supervisor named "Princess" ... yea trust it was hard not to laugh, but I wanted her to price match an item and told her where it was because in the shelves it had a different price AND this "B" went and FIXED the shelves so she wouldn't honor it. She took a picture to show me and I showed her the picture I took. When she saw it she started stuttering trying to explain why she fixed it and I was like that's fine just honor mine since it was a STORE mistake, but she wasn't being reasonable and left upset because I confronted her about this her picture... read more

Great Super Target in a great shopping plaza. The store is clean, there is always a good stock of merchandise and employees are typically helpful. Has a Target cafe, Starbucks and full grocery area. Only challenge here can sometimes be parking, but usually there are plenty of spaces. I have had a few recent challenges at the pharmacy but for the most part they set it right. read more

Girlfriend said both the ladies rest room and the family restroom were very filthy with toilet paper on the floor and clogged toilets. This was as of 9:08 PM on July 2nd. I mean, I'd except a littler cleaner situation here at target. Would have normally given one star just for this reason, but rest of store is relatively okay and clean for it being a store read more

This Target is usually pretty organized and has a good supply of items. The exception to this might be around the holidays and Black Friday, but what store isn't a mess around that time? If you are annoyed by long lines, avoid coming on the weekends (or if you do go on the weekends, come early). They post the flyer up on the front as you walk in. Parking can be a bit crazy during the weekend, but I don't mind walking. This is my "go to" Target. Everyone is usually pretty nice. You can also get a cup of coffee from the in-store Starbucks, which accepts the Starbucks card (but I'm not sure about the rewards). I've never had a problem from this Starbucks either. There's also the added perk of it being a Super Target, so you can get your produce and food along with your regular Target items. read more

I wish I could explain the level of frustration I had after dealing with Claudia, at this location. I understand that customer service is pretty much non existent in America but the blatant nature in which today's retail associate carry on is astounding. Without boring you with the details, I asked this associate about the availability of Tabitha Browns's popcorn and she initially asked me 'like do you just want me to look it up just in case' as if that was too much for her to do. But after she went back and forth with me about the products not being carried in the store and me schooling her about Tabitha Browns collabortion with Target, she just said Im sorry about that and walked away - super weird. I thought "how rude"! But then when I asked her name, she ignored me. Then blurted "I have on a name tag". She had the nerve to ask me what I needed her name for????? She wouldnt tell me her name and told another associate not to give me her name. I persisted then commenced to speak with Kerri the mgr on duty. I truly hope Kerri was being sincere when she said she was going to address her. This associate has not business being associated with company with such great social and service morals. Whereever and however she received her 'training' - it clearly wasnt enough. Time for a do over Claudia. read more

This is by far the nicest Target in the area. They have a great selection, clean store and most importantly, this store isn't over run with tourists! The staff here was helpful, attentive and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. Other local Targets need to take a page out of this locations book! read more

No review needed here. This is a great store for all your family needs. The kids clothes as well as the adult selections are fashionable and the toy department compares to any Walmart and only larger would be Toys R Us. The home section covers decor, linens, storage, pictures, frames, lighting, fans, storage and limited furniture. The grocery section & pharmacy are huge and they have a Starbucks too. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Winter Garden, Florida

This is one of my normal Target store locations I pop into. I have been able to find all that I need and they keep it well organized. The kids enjoy wandering in the organized and stocked kids sections. They seem to have a good choice of clothing and lots of clearance items when mark down time comes. I have found all of the staff I have encountered friendly and helpful. read more

Target is the best looking store, but the new layout has its ups and downs. Service: There will always be someone ready to help you whenever you need it. Looks: The store looks pristine, just some parts that are hard to get to. Prices: They are average; occasionally a good deal. Overall, target is great. read more

If you are looking for something usual for all departments, you might find. But I would like to complain about the lack of Diet Products. They don't have many good options even for simple things like instant puddings (that is frequently out of stock), cakes , chocolates, cookies, condiments and more. Is very poor and disappointing when you HAVE to buy this kind of products and can't find in such a big market. read more

This is an extremely large Super Target with a full grocery store, meat department, and bakery. They also have a Starbucks inside. Get everything you need all in one stop. Very clean and spacious. Seems a little roomier to me when going up and down the aisles. Sometimes stores feel like they try to pack to much in. This one is spread out more, I like it. read more

Well have not been in here in a while NOW that we have the new Upscale WALMART on our side of the town..this Target needs to do a ,facelift or even maybe a fresh coat of paint in the front end areas.....the men's room stinks and gawking coming of walls, the paint by the restrooms are dirty and need a fresh coat after years of wear ....I'm sure they can spare a few dollars on store maintenance.... appearance is everything and if the corporate big shots have seen this and not done anything about it shame on them....just saying ....Thanks ... read more

Becky at the customer service desk was amazing! We had a challenge of getting a Disney princess dress to my granddaughter at the park for her special princess birthday as the dress was not available for her when she arrived... I desperately searched the closest Target to get a replacement dress for her and Becky made it happen.. we were pressed for time and she searched the store and had it ready for us at pick up within minutes... if it wasn't for her we would have had a very unhappy birthday girl. Thank you Becky for your great customer service!! read more

I thought for sure that the target in Clermont was my favorite but this one changed my mind and is closer to home!!! When you walk I. You automatically notice how neatly everything is organized and well they set their products up for customer's viewing. Everything is easy to find and it's very clean. The employees I had the pleasure of speaking with were very kind and helpful. It's by far the most clean target I have ever been in. This will now be the target I shop in now that I know how close to home it is. read more

Went to the pharmacy this am - they open at 9a and I asked a quick question about 858a about OTC drugs. The pharmacist told me they'd be with me in a few mins - understood. I moved away, but stayed close since I was done shopping and hoping to get what I needed and head out... keep in mind I never left from in front of the pharmacy or stood at the desk, just nearby so I could get my stuff and go. Watched a lady walk right up (here's the kicker, the pharmacy tech-looked right at me and then helped her) and asked for her script. She then had issues with the script - I was lucky enough to wait... and wait... and wait until another employee clocked in and finally helped me. Of course the lady with the script issue was still there read more

DC Comics may have Superman but Winter Garden has a Super Target that would whup his butt into submission. This place is kryptonite baby! I just recently started hitting the outdoor Winter Garden mall more often and I was simply floored when I walked through the doors! First impression: super clean! I mean you can literally eat off the floors in this place and you can tell they run a tight shit. The produce is awesome and the food aisles stocked impeccably. They are also giving Walmart a bit of a challenge with their laundry detergent prices. They don't have as big of a selection but the sales prices are on point! Downy fabric softener was on sale for a steal! It would take me a couple months to explore this whole store properly but the place is gargantuan! Add bonus on the way in or out: Starbucks by the front door! CHA-CHING!!!!! They also accept payment via the Starbucks app on your smart phone! Hey....I love this place man!!! read more

Great, new, huge Target! It is so nice to visit a store that is new and freshly stocked with merchandise! Everything is full and in its place. There are no smudge marks on the floor, no dirt or dust on the shelves. Everything was clean, even the bathrooms. Super Targets can be overwhelming in all the stuff they have. It is fun to grab a Starbucks and wander around the aisles. They have some different food items too and their produce always seems fresh. As big as the store is they still try to make sure they have help available. They post those red phones around so you only have to pick it up to get help. Someone will find you in about 30 seconds. Cool. read more

Customer service at register is poor. Will not be back. This is not one of the best Target Stores

Large, uncrowded, new, clean, and a lot quieter than other department stores with very similar pricing. They had plenty of staff. I went at about 6:00 and was in and out to get one thing from the grocery side. Going to a Walmart at 6:00 would take half an hour; I was done here within 5 minutes. The parking was okay; they have cart sections in the lot that are a little too close to the spots next to them, but otherwise no problems at all. read more

Go there all the time it's a pleasant place always spend a lot of money there and the people are great

This Super Target is one of the best I've been to. Like all Target stores, the aisles are wide, the shelves are stocked, and the store is always clean. The grocery section is huge here, and we have spotted a growing number of organic items. I have been here on Black Friday in years past, and even with the craziness that comes with that, the store was staffed well and the sale items were placed in strategic places. They even came out and gave us reusable bags before they opened. One of the best parts about this Target is that it is located in the Winter Garden Village, which is very similar to Waterford Lakes. The shopping center here has everything all in one great location, you can just park your car and go from Target to Homegoods, or head on over to World Market. read more

Worst experience ever, Laura Anderson is the WORST manager I have ever dealt with in retail. Her attitude is poor and she continuously spoke down to people. I will never return to this location due to the lack of respect she has for customers. Laura went out of her way to try and undermine me, it is absolutely unacceptable. I think the Management of this store needs to reevaluate is front end staff. read more

I'm a target fan thru and thru, but this location (the one I've shopped at for over 10 years now) has sadly gone down hill lately. From the exterior of the building really looking rough (dirty, wasps nests, mildew, trash and in need of fresh paint) to the inside of the store having floors that are constantly gross, broken water fountains, and dirty shelves and bathrooms that are even dirtier. It just seems like it's not being managed the way it had been in years past. Hopeful they'll give it the TLC it deserves. read more

Review of My Experience w/ Winter Garden's Manager (Laura Anderson) [Horrible] I went into the Winter Garden (FL) Target Store yesterday asking for a product that they claimed they never got. We went to other targets asking if they had the item in stock...... they ALL told us Winter Garden indeed had Three of the Product in stock... So we went back and asked again if they had the product. And the Manager who turned out to be Laura Anderson (which at the time had NO name-tag on) got angry with us. And had an attitude. We asked nicely and didn't want to bother anyone. Just had a simple question regarding a Product. After her saying 'No, it's out of Stock... We do not have The Product' later that day they sold the products to someone else. That they claimed they never had in stock. The second time going into ask. Another employee decided to mock me. And my hand movements thinking i couldn't hear him or see him. Super unprofessional. And petty lying to customers over a product you had in stock. Laura also stated at 7:01am 'We got all our trucks for the night and your Product you're asking for isn't here' then how'd you sell them later that same day. this seems like it isn't the first time people have had bad experiences with Laura Anderson by the reviews. She should be treating customers with respect and not talking to them like they're stupid. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with her. She's a piece of work. Good luck. read more

I was in the store today and encountered several people not wearing face coverings/masks. When I approached several team members about this i was told they aren't allowed to enforce it. All they can do is ask them to put it on if they don't they have to let it go. I was also told this by a manger. I am extremely disappointed in this. I have contacted corporate about this situation because it goes against the company policy and county guidelines. read more

Ran in to grocery shop on the way home tonight. Store was a mess, things everywhere they should not be, floors dirty, produce wasn't great at all. Lots of empty shelving. Tried asking the meat lady if they had ham hocks and got a smart answer as she walked back thru the swinging door. Was a little shocked at that coming from an employee. But then we got up to check out...as usual in any target only three lanes open and lines back as far as they could go....I was prepared to be annoyed so we went to the far end and did self checkout where we walked right up. Derek was there and changed my whole opinion of the store. Produce skus did not math what we kept entering so he kept having to come over. Instead of being as annoyed as I was getting at the situation he was as nice as could be. This happened 6 times. Then I was done and went to scan my cartwheel and the whole computer crashed. I was ready to walk out and go to publix. He carried three bags over to lane 22 and rescanned them all, entered my cartwheel and rebagged everything with such a cheery attitude. I'll be back just to see him! Thanks for turning such a crappy visit around for us yesterday Derek!! read more
