02/05/17 4:36pm My wife and I live in Winter Garden and she went to Target 02/05/17 to return a shirt that had a missing button. The woman behind the quest desk who's name was Laura was rude with my wife and refunded her $4.00 dollars and at the same time, the security guard named Bryce accused my wife of stealing the shirt since she did not have the receipt or card that It was paid for which happen to be my card. She left out but not before Laura made a comment about her needing help to get a sowing kit to sew her button back on as she nudges her co-worker. My wife came home and told me about this and so we went back up to get the matter addressed with Management. Ashlee was the manager who we spoke with and apologized for wife's treatment and stated that we are always in there. So we found out that Laura happened to be Ashlee's boss and so she could not reprimand Laura. We had Laura called to the guest services area and she immediately had an attitude and asked rudely whats the issue and that she made things right. I restated the events that my wife advised me of earlier and then Laura gets upset and says to my wife that she can call guest relations and that the conversation was over. My wife was insisting on her to run my card to prove against what Bryce accused her of earlier and then Laura states she is calling the police. I at that time start recording the events and Laura goes behind a shelf and starts dialing and then she comes back and acts cordial meanwhile she apparently called the cops. The officers show up grabbing me by the sleeve and my wife by the elbow escorting us out and I asked if we were be detained and told yes and then the male officer tells me we're going to jail. They sit us down run our license and then tell us we will be arrested for trespassing if we show up there again. No paper work given or signed to confirm this trespassing case against us. I have this humiliating and embarrassing situation on camera and I called Corporate to escalate and was told that they would escalate it to the store manager but could not guarantee that they would contact me. It seems that they don't care and can treat customers anyway they want especially minorities. read more

Target - Laura Anderson the worst manager ever rude and unprofessional - Department Stores Near Me - Winter Garden, Florida

Super target location which has the full supermarket side. Staff are hit or miss with their friendliness and help. Their appearance though is on par with Walmart sadly. This store has just about everything you need for the house so it's handy to have around. Prices are fair and you can usually find decent sales too. If it's not here than we go to Publix. read more

Target - Wrapping paper galore - Department Stores Near Me - Winter Garden, Florida

See all

Love this place! Although when I go they don't normally have paper bags. It's really nice and clean.

We've been to this Target about 20 times and every time we have left satisfied. It's just a pain in the neck to get into and out of this store. So much traffic! Had to deduct a star for that even though it's not Target's fault for the traffic. read more

A very nice Super Target and a nice location around many other shops. The store is consistently clean and well merchandised. Starbucks is always great too. If you shop here be sure to download the cartwheel app. You can search for coupons or scan things as you add them to your cart and save money instantly at a checkout. Usually Target brand products (Up and Up) are 5% off and this is combined with sales. Once I saved 40% off Dunkin Donuts coffee and I have seen items 50% off, but usually the discounts are in the 5-10% range. Still a nice savings for things you were already going to buy and maybe a few great sales for things you didn't plan on buying. read more

Love this Target! The location is convenient, clean, organized and has EVERYTHING, including a full grocery section.

By far some of the rudest customers ever, and I live in California! Besides not knowing how to say excuse me or simply moving their carts out of the way when we are in the same aisle the rudest area we have ever visited. Thumbs down. Too bad this is the impression most people have of Florida and with good reason. read more

Horrible customer service every single time. Brought this to the attention of the manager and he was so sorry but didn't lift a finger to try and remedy the situation. read more

I really love this Target. It is clean, the staff is efficient, organized, and I get my groceries in a timely manner (mostly I use Self Checkout). I have received excellent customer service from Alex and Jenn, even when Target is busy. Everyone is really helpful (not like Walmart and the Clermont Target). read more

I'm a loyal Target customer, but don't waste your time at this location during the renovation! I keep getting broken promises on two particular items being in stock...even calling ahead of time. We show up and the items aren't available! The grocery section is not fully stocked and a mess. I was in the Men's Department last night and it was a disaster...not to mention trying to find an employee for help took forever. This Target is like shopping at Walmart! We won't return or recommend it until we know the renovation is complete and the grocery section is 100% stocked. read more

Very clean and organized Target. It can get crowded at times, but that's cool. No complaints here!

This Target is well ran, stocked, coordinated, and usually quite clean. Each time I have visited (various days and time of day) there never is a long wait at the register and team members are willing to help out or get something from the back stockroom. I have experienced some of the best customer service from this Target since I left Minnesota (so close to Target headquarters). Please keep up the good work. read more

Hate the new floor plan! You have to go all over the store to find anything. Similar items used to be grouped together and now they are spread out all over the store. The clothing sections are mixed with toys and odd items. The racks are in random spots and makes it very difficult to move a cart around especially if other people have carts. I find myself just skipping those areas all together now. On a positive note, I do like the music they play. read more

Your basic Target. No surprises here. Overall a conveinent shopping experience and good location for Winter Garden/Windermere residents.

The Winter Garden Village target is our favorite target. Majority of the time it is not over run with tourists.( although sometimes they find their way over, I have no idea how.) the employees are super nice and helpful. We shop here once a week for groceries and then manage to come in for a second time later on just for fun. I think the late hours are nice but not necessary. I try to avoid the village as a whole on the weekends as it gets kind of crazy. The grocery department is almost always in stock and never a mess. I've never been turned down or given a dirty look for asking for help. Whether it's to find something or reach something down from a top shelf. read more

Enjoy the self checkout. Store always try to keep it clean and we'll stocked. Only wish the prices are little lower than other grocery store. Also wish they have rewards programs without joining there credit card. read more

What can I say Target is better than Walmart any day of the week. There is actually staff that will answer your questions and direct you to the right location unlike the competitor that looks at you like you stole their new born child. Only reason for the 4 stars versus 5 stars is that the Winter Garden Village is poorly laid out shopping center for traffic flow. read more

I can't say how, knowledgeable, helpful and the team is extra kind. This will be a store that I will notify my friends and family. Thank you for offering us all an opportunity to my friends and family! read more

I spend about an hour and a half looking for specific things I needed for my new apartment. And this girl named DIANA, made my experience the worst. i come here all the time and everyone always scans my coupons without any problem from my phone. All. The. Time. I really want to give her a shoutout for wasting my time and one of the worst experiences i've had here. I TOOK so much of my time tonight to look for things I needed and within 1 minute she wanted her way and took it away from me. I was literally so happy. She ruined my whole night and got me hot asf. DIANA, in self checkout. I have to come here tomorrow and redo every thing. from finding what I needed to scanning and everything else. driving. My time and gas. I wanna know how she's gonna feel if someone was to do that to her? Crap is so pathetic. It's like she ENJOYED seeing me hurt about having to do the whole process again. I could see the smile under her mask w her eyes. I come here all the time. It's crazy as hell. read more

I love going to Target when I have a gift card. But sometimes I feel that certain thing are a little bit to expensive there. Although they have a wonderful stock on everything and their cakes are amazing. It's probably my favorite target so far. read more

I love going to Target, but with the new remodel I find myself going there less. The remodel layout is not conducive to a shoppers needs. The clothing section was better placed when it was off to the side of the store, not in the middle, separating the home and kitchen goods from the grocery section. The aisles are also very tight. While shopping in the back to school section another customer and I had to lift our carts up and finagle them to pass through the aisle at the same time. There are also poles in the middle of some of the aisles that make it even harder to maneuver. I was rather disappointed with the new remodel, which was upsetting because I was really excited about it at first. read more

Always the best clearance! Looove home decor, great customer service, could work more on prices! Hate when i see something cheaper at walmart:/ read more

Nice clean target. Costumer service need improvement. Nice big store has just about everything. I'll go back. And I recomend it.

I love this Target, they pretty much have everything I ever need. The location is very convenient and the other shops in the area insure you can get all your shopping done in one trip. read more

It is always crowded and they never have enough people working at the check out. The parking is also tight. I avoid this particular Target. read more

I absolutely love this store. I shop for all of my house hold products, clothing and groceries. Very convenient, always really nice and neat. The team members are very friendly and helpful. The Starbucks is a definitely plus for me. read more

Worst cashier ever tonight! New Cashier Autumn was extremely rude and inappropriate to my daughter and I. Just because it was crazy due to Thanksgiving specials, there was no reason for her to treat us poorly and tell my daughter to "Wipe That Smirk Of Your Face!" read more

Once again waiting in lines on a Saturday!! Open more registers on the weekends people or you are going to be loosing a ton of business!!

This is for the starbucks in the target, not the target itself. I just really don't like this starbucks, there is always something wrong, either they only have the sugar free version of the syrup I want and don't tell me till after I pay, they used a different coffee last time, a darker bolder coffee which made my iced coffee taste completely off. I wasn't warned or told that was the case till after I drank it like I wouldn't notice. I get starbucks almost every day, I will notice the difference, my girlfriend's blood is mostly iced coffee, she would notice without a doubt. No attempt to remake them, just gave us two free coupons and that was the end of that. Frankly making something wrong, knowing you did, but not saying something unless someone notices is not a way to do business. You don't have it, tell me before you charge me, you have to make it different, let's compensate for the change or I'll just not get it. Target! Fix your Starbucks!! read more

Went with daughter and two active children. Put in our order. New staff came on but prior shift did not leave things prepared (it was easy to see this) we waited quite a while and when we did get our beverages the young lady said please wait one minute and gave us two coupons for drinks the next time we were there and apologized for the wait. This is what Starbucks was built on. read more
