My rating is only for Burlington Coat Factory's jewelry department. They have an excellent selection of costume jewelry for cheap prices. Beware, the place can be a bit unorganized by the end of the day. Ladies, definitely worth a walk in the store. read more

Worth the time spent. I like to think of any Burlington as a giant Ross. Random stuff everywhere that you have to have patience to look thru but you always end up walking out with something. I can't say I'm in love with the reorganizing they are doing in store, I liked the original set up but I don't really have a say in any of that. If you are looking for that random piece that you haven't quite been able to find I would say make a little trip to Burlington and you will most likely find what you are looking for. read more

The Burlington Stores at 8253 W Ridgewood Dr, Parma, Ohio, is one of the worst stores to shop at. Most other Burlington stores are good. The Ridgewood Stores cares too little for their customers. They are rude or just ignore you. They have 8 registers to bill the customers but most times you see only one active. Even long lines don't call for extra registers to be opened, perhaps just one more. No apologies tendered when confronted with the long waiting time to pay bills. I will never suggest this place to shop at Burlington. Not the best of stuff, not the best of service. read more

This place is absolute madness. While looking for a blazer I stumbled in this establishment. I was immediately struck with the organization of the blazers or should I sat lack of organization. After about 20 minutes of fumbling through the piles of clothing I gave up and headed for the ties where I found more of the same. I quit all together. Disinterested staff, unorganized merchandise and random people screaming across the store just doesn't do it for me. My worst experience at Burlington factory store in OBT Orlando, Florida. store 00322. Jul 29th. I was harassed by the manager of the store at the register. he remained behind my back while I was doing the transaction. I felt very upset. I was biased because of my dark skin color. I complained to Burlington Corporate no answer from them. I think they are ok with customer being biased by the staff because of the customer skin color. I ll never come back to do business wtih this store or Burlington Store at all. read more

Do NOT shop here! They are scam artists. We put something on layaway a month and a half ago. We made 2 payments and returned today to pay it off and we were told it had been put back on accident and were unapologetic. They said we could pick out something else for the same price but the items we had wanted were on sale and most likely no longer there. I love Burlington coat factory. This was my first time at this location. I was pleased with how clean and neat the store was. There was a very large selection of clothing for men and women. I was in Orlando and forgot socks so I stopped by to buy some and I got 3 pairs for less then $2. The staff was friendly and checked me out without any problems. I had a great experience and recommend this location! I will be back! read more

Wow!!! I haven't been here for maybe 4 months now.. I went there today looking for shoes and clothes for my children.. I was in for a shocked.. They revamped the store.. It is so nice looking.. Very thing is neat and organized..there are room to move around. I actually had a great time looking around the store today and could see where things are.. very pleasant shopping experience in the store today.. Walked away with almost 200 poorer.. Lol read more

Terrible! I much rather drive to Kissimmee than have to deal with the rude co-workers at this store. They are rude and extremely unhelpful. Everyone I know feels the same way. There hasn't been one time in which I've had a good experience. The last visit, which determined me not ever going there again, was the worst. I went to exchange a dress for my baby and they treated me like crap. They had he lead cashier talk to me and she was even more rude. They wouldn't do the exchange and so I decided to go to the Burlington in Kissimmee. Over there, they were so nice, did the exchange with no problem and that was it. Don't go to the Burlington in the West. Save yourself a bad experience. Plus, I hen wrote corporate and I have never heard from them. I would give them 0 stars but at least 1 star is required. read more
