    Love Publix for this!
    Jaimie D.

We LOVE our Publix! The staff there are the absolute best. Many of them recognize the kids and I when we come in and greet us by name. We usually swing through for BOGOs of the week, grab the kiddos their free bakery goodie and a piece of fruit from the free fruit box. If you become a member of their loyalty club, they send you not only coupons but anniversary gifts and other promos. I don't purchase all of my groceries from here because it tends to be more expensive than my other place but I do plan my weekly meals around their buy one get one deals.

I have been loyal to this Publix for 29 years. It's been a good relationship too. Manager Jay was the friendly guy for at least 25 or more of those years. Funny, I'm a 11 year Yelp Elite who is now doing his (and their) first Yelp review. Whew! I guess I've been waiting for something negative to motivate me to "share" my Publix review? Hope not! BoGo's are sometimes too good to be true, right? Well, I use to "trust" my grocer, but after last week's BoGo's, we're now on guarded terms. The meaning of Buy one, Get one free meaning has apparently become a slippery slope for the Publix Corp. I'll let the two receipts validate this claim for themselves. 4-pc. of Apple is BoGo = 8 total pcs.) for $2.69 * Savings $2.69!! -but- 8-pc of the Guava is $2.99 ea. So now it looks like I only saved 30ç with the BoGo, not the $2.69 that the BoGo and their AD copy implies / reads. To imply the 2nd is "FREE", conveys you are actually getting twice the product for the original price. Not the case if identical products (except for the nothing special fillings) are compared . Play semantics if you must, as IMO you would only make your position look desperate. (wake up the old guard please)

Publix always has the best fruit bowls! I highly recommend them as a quick pick me up because they are healthy and full of invigorating nutrients. From the berry bowl to their dragon fruit bowl and many others, they are fresh, crisp, sweet and on point! Publix is the way to go! Run in get yourself one and you won't regret it! All their fruit is amazing, even their cored pineapple, so sweeet and refreshing on a hot summer day!

What I love about this location is the great service. People seem generally happy here and will help you out. There is a great olive bar at this location, as well as the blockbuster rental box. Love the buy one get one free promotions, and the deli has great subs!!! What I find interesting here is the amount of kids promoting and selling different things outside the store. I almost wanted to avoid this location because I felt the girl scouts were really aggressive this year. I saw one woman who said, "They got me at Sam's" when approached about cookies. I thought it was a great line and decided to use it on my next approach. In addition, a lot of boy scouts with popcorn and various other kids raising money for sporting groups can be seen camped out at the doors.

A cow's worth of meat sitting and forgotten in the middle of the department. Sat like this the entire time I was in the store.

I like Key Foods for the variety of vegetables, fruits and meats! When I cook my roots soup, I like to pick up all sorts of yams and potatoes! The fruits are very ripe, I got pineapple from here and it was nice, ripe and juicy! There are a lot of meat variety here. Large portions of pork and beef available. Very reasonable. They will also cut your meat for you if you need. I also like buying plantains from here and they sometimes have them in the deeply discounted bins, all works and tasty to me! Environment In a plaza with a lot of parking available. There is also a foods section inside with seats. Niceness of the staff Didn't have full conversations with the staff but I never have any issues with the registers and so. I do find that some staff that are stocking the shelves may not understand English much.... Dollar Depends on what you are getting. I do find some items are cheaper than others. They definitely have more international varieties! Yes? Yup. Shopping the deals they have!

I ended up having a little cheat day and enjoyed a delicious soft serve with fresh strawberries -- it was so good! The staff members were very friendly, especially the cashier who helped me at the register. Her smile felt so genuine, and it honestly made me want to come back again. I even decided to pick up some peanut butter while I was there. The store was very clean and well organized, which made shopping comfortable and enjoyable. I shop at other grocery stores too, but this place is definitely becoming one of my favorites. You can also bring your own reusable bags, which is a nice bonus. The parking lot can be a little difficult on weekends, but overall I highly recommend this place!

This trip, though, there was absolutely no Disney involved -- and we finally stopped here on our way home Sunday morning. I feel like you know you're getting older when you get excited about grocery shopping. Normally when I go to Publix, I'm irritated before I even get inside. But this place? A completely different experience. Walking through and seeing all the locally grown vegetables and the meat selection -- clearly labeled as hormone-free and without all the extra junk you get at typical grocery stores -- was honestly mind-blowing. The prices were so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I purposely brought a cooler for the two-hour drive home, and even with everything I bought, I didn't spend over $100. If I had purchased the same items at Publix, I'm convinced I would've been close to (or over) $200. Beyond the prices, the quality and overall vibe made it so enjoyable. You're not breaking the bank feeding your family, and you feel good knowing you're getting better-quality food. The staff was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was looking for boneless chicken, and one of the employees asked if that's what I needed. A few minutes later, he came back with multiple packs in his hands to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. One thing to know: the produce and meat sections are in two separate, unconnected rooms, so you check out separately in each. And if you're still riding that high from all the money you saved, there's soft-serve ice cream outside with seating -- which just makes the experience even better. For someone who truly despises grocery shopping, this was actually fun. I will absolutely make a special trip to Orlando just to come back here -- and next time, I'm bringing a bigger cooler.

There was no one there and all the doors were open so I just walked in to the closest one. A few min into trying on there's a pounding in the door and a woman demanding I come out for her to count my items and referencing some sign. When I come out she points to a sign (lottery facing the opposite direction-I never actually saw the front of the sign or what it said) Well I came in through the opposite entry way and didn't see it. This doesn't feel like it is a unique experience. Of you want w time to see it maybe have it print front and pack and at both entry points? So after getting lectured-she continues to be rude and talk about this sign. I deposit a few I times because apperently I had too many. When I re-entered the fitting room I noticed a reddish brown mark on the wall. Clearly old dried blood smeared on the wall. Charming. (I'll share a photo) I made her aware of it and she literally said "well it wasn't there when I left" ...accusing me of smearing a bio hazard in the wall. Now if we use our brains & look at the smear we see that that it was long dried. If I had done something that deplorable, in the time frame I was m the space, it wouldn't be dry. Clearly they are not cleaning their fitting rooms at regular intervals. Also if I was the disgusting individual who did that why would I report it? Her name was Dorthy. I did speak to customer service about her. I truly hope she is removed from a customer facing role because none of the way she behaved towards me was appropriate but accusing someone who let you know that there is a bio hazard on a wall is really unacceptable inappropriate and unprofessional. And this should not have to be said but since this is the second time in a week I have experienced something of this nature personally, why are smearing our bodily fluids on walls? Like that's disgusting. Other people have to be in those spaces. Please do not do this. I mean please don't do this to walls of your home either but like in a public space? Come on guys

This is going to be a love letter to Sprouts because there are so many things that make shopping…read morethere enjoyable. There are ways to save and find deals which I will highlight. Pros - I was first attracted by Sprouts produce. It is fresh and diverse. It's a star so they put in back so you have to walk through the store. They put some of the produce in a cooler at night to keep it fresh. Some stores leave it out on tables but sprouts puts it in crates and wheels it back to the cooler. I like this attention to detail. Manager Specials. They have these all over the store including meat, dairy, produce and prepared food. It's like a treasure hunt. Sometimes it is close to the date other times who knows what the manager was thinking. Mark down meat and prepared food will have a yellow tag showing the before and current price. Specialty drinks - Coffees, teas and canned beverages. Plus no alcohol cocktails. In the coffee section they have grinders, so you can buy whole bean and grind it yourself in the automatic machines. They also have a beer and wine section. Clearance by the bathrooms and also markdown bakery near the case where you select your own pastries. They have a lot of vegan and gluten free items that are made fresh. They sometimes have bakery items to match the monthly sale. June was cherry month and all kinds of cherry related products. Samples. It is not a Costco situation where people are pushing and shoving. Just little sampling displays plus at peak times there is a small tiki bar has featured items and samples. They also have some cups by the checkouts. Friendly staff. They have people on the floor stocking and cashiers. They honestly listen and try to solve your question or problem. They have the same staff so it seems they try to retain their staff. They know me! Haha They have good sales, digital coupons and sometimes coupons will print on your receipt. In June 25 I got a paper coupon for $5 off $15 of produce and it even applied to sale items. Pro tip. I go in once a week and clip all the digital coupons even if I am not going to use it right away. Occasionally they have a digital that nets to a free item. You can also hook your Sprouts account to Ibotta by your telephone number at checkout. Then you don't have to scan the receipt. The two systems work together for automatic credit if you have the item rebates checked in Ibotta. They carry a lot of health items but have better prices than WFM. They carry organic and supplements as well as many items to meet your dietary needs. I found some holistic plant based cream when I had a rash on my eye that worked like a charm. It's BYOB. Bring your own bags!!!! They sell recyclable ones or will sell you a plastic one for 10 cents. Not that they are encouraging that but the 10 cent plastic bags are sturdy and can also be reused.
