Love this little gem of a store, so many unique items and great prices on meat!!! Little cafe area is nestled into the store with plenty of seating.

Also had a anothjer guy over hear our converasation about the lack of decent bagels in the bouth and he choed in with atoer bagel reccomedation and the staff agreed with that recomdation despite it being a competitor. The Vibe: From the outside, the shop is pretty unassuming, tucked into a strip mall--but that's often where the best deli spots are hiding. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a busy lunch rush and a fast-paced New York deli vibe, with staff cranking out sandwiches left and right. Always a good sign. What We Ordered: * Hot Rachel * Classic Italian * 1/2 lb pesto macaroni salad * 1/2 lb redskin potato salad We took everything home for lunch and... Every single thing was delicious. Sandwich Highlights: The Hot Rachel was exactly what you want from a deli sandwich--tender pastrami, melty Swiss, tangy slaw, and toasted rye all working together perfectly. Stacked high and full of flavor. My husband's Classic Italian was also fantastic, loaded with meats and that classic deli balance of flavors. Both deli salads were great, but the pesto macaroni salad was the standout--creamy, herby, and packed with flavor. We're honestly so excited to have discovered a great New York-style deli less than 10 minutes from our house. Safe to say we'll definitely be back soon to work our way through the rest of the menu. Pro tip: Don't skip the deli salads--grab one or two to share with your sandwich.

Stasio's is absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for an authentic Italian deli…read moreexperience. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front entrance was incredibly welcoming and even took the time to show us around the market. The ambience feels like a neighborhood Italian shop, with shelves lined with imported products from Italy that make it fun to browse while you wait. It's a small, casual space that feels authentic rather than overly polished. We ordered the Italian sub with sun-dried tomatoes instead of the standard toppings, along with the chicken cutlet sandwich with vodka sauce. Both sandwiches had excellent flavor and tasted fresh. The sun-dried tomatoes were a great addition to the Italian, although I do think it could have used a little more meat. Considering the price, I expected it to be a bit more generously filled. The chicken cutlet sandwich was delicious overall, but the cutlet itself was a little dry. I asked for extra sauce, and initially the employee seemed reluctant and tried to charge me for it. After I showed him how dry the sandwich was, he gave me the sauce, which made a huge difference and brought the sandwich together. That interaction was really my only service-related critique. Overall, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, the sandwiches are satisfying, and the market has a unique charm you don't find at most sandwich shops. While it's definitely on the pricier side, the authentic atmosphere and quality make it a place I'd happily come back to. I'd love to work my way through more of the menu on future visits.

After a 10 mile hike at Orlando Wetlands, I was ready to eat. I'd read about Stasio's on some…read more"best sandwich" lists and decided it was time to try it out. I will be going there after every Saturday hike forever more. The lists did not lie. Stasio's delivered the best sandwiches I have had in Florida. Walking in, I must have looked confused because I heard a knowing voice ask if it was my first time in. I admitted that it was and a delightful employee walked over to me to show me around. Stasio's has a deli counter, a coffee counter, and several shelves with Italian foods. I quickly learned that sandwiches are ordered at the deli and brought out to the waiting area when ready. Coffee is ordered at a cash register and the coffee is poured or prepared after purchase. Any prepared foods, together with sandwiches and fresh bread, are paid for at one of two registers. Despite the crowd -- and it was crazy busy -- everything was remarkably efficient and the staff showed no sign of stress. I ordered an Egg and Pepper sandwich and a Caprese Sandwich. Bread is made onsite and it was as fresh and delicious. (I ordered a loaf of Semolina/Italian bread and brought it home, where it was eaten within a few hours. At $4.99 for a loaf, it is an amazing value and a great treat!). Both the egg and pepper and the Caprese were prepared simply and to perfection. Fresh ingredients pack a lot of flavor and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Amazingly, I don't think Stasio's adds any fats to their sandwiches -- The egg in the egg and pepper, and the mozzarella in the Caprese do all the work. There are seats at a bar along the front window and a few tables outside, but I chose to eat in my car. At a peak time (like Noon on a Saturday), there was not a lot of available seating but it did seem that chairs opened up fairly quickly. After a 10 mile hike, I just did not think it was fair to anyone who might be seated next to me to have to sit next to me! No photos but others have shared enough that you can picture the experience!

I placed a pickup order and even pre-tipped, but when I walked in there were only a handful of people in the shop. I stood at the pickup counter for about 15 seconds while multiple employees watched me come in, yet no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or asked if I was there for an order. I eventually had to get someone's attention just to receive my pickup. It's a very small store, only a few feet from the entrance to the counter, so it felt strange to be ignored. To make matters worse, my bagel appeared to be underbaked. The inside was pale, dense, and doughy instead of the chewy texture you'd expect from a freshly baked bagel. I understand that mistakes happen, but combined with the lack of basic customer service, it made for a frustrating experience. I really do love Jeff's Bagel Run, which is why this is disappointing to write. Great food can only carry a business so far. Friendly service and consistent quality are what keep customers coming back, and I hope they address both before more loyal customers start looking elsewhere.
