Damage done to newly painted dulley wheel during rebalancing
    Blake E.

This is concerning the Auto/ Tire service dept. Purchased 6 new tires in November 23, along with the tire warranty. April 24 decided to clean up the wheels which was a labor intensive project. There is less than 1500 miles on the tires. When removing the beauty rings I found that the wheel weights where not attached, Humm first strike. I resurfaced the wheels, primed 3 coats, painted 3 coats and clear coated 2 coats. Such an improvement over the rusted look and I was very pleased. 4 days after completion I took my truck in to have the tires rebalanced, after all I had purchased the warranty. I specifically told the front counter I just wanted balancing, no rotation so as to keep the resurfaced wheels on the outside.when I got my truck back, the rear wheels had major scratches and gouging. Keep in mind this is the deep side of the wheel 6" in from the face. A week's worth of work down the tube. Not to mention the cost of materials. I did speak to the manager and he was real responsive to my issue, but what could be done? Damage was done. Also one wheel weight was just about to fall off, in under 5 miles. So bottom line is if you pride your wheels I would not take them to this location. Enough said, off to resanding.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Walmart due to the behavior of one of the employees. The worker was extremely rude and unhelpful, which made my shopping trip very unpleasant. I approached them with a simple question, and their response was dismissive and unprofessional. It's unfortunate because I've generally had positive experiences at Walmart, but this incident really stood out. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future. Kicked out for shopping? Ridiculous quite frankly worst experience I have ever had at Walmart honestly! Terrible costumer service, few amazing workers! One in particular (Not gonna give a name for obvious reasons) very rude, I felt very harassed by her. Following me around the store? Crazy! I'd like to have a better experience next time thanks.

The two things I went here to get: maraschino cherries and a cocktail shaker. Couldn't find any. Was a complete waste of time to walk into to each aisle looking for those.

There's always a trade-off between low prices and quality, and this is more apparent than at Wal*Mart. This Wal*Mart location is no exception. I've walked out with rotten and expired items. There were these snacks I loved, Graham Slams, I swear this location had a whole bunch 6 months past due. I contacted management twice about this and they did nothing. The shelves aren't well stocked ... on top of that, there always seem to be Team Members blocking the aisles stocking the shelves. C'mon Wal*Mart, pay a little extra and hire big crew and have the overnight crew stock like Target does. Customer flow is always an issue ... how busy does it have to be to open more than 2 lanes? To paraphrase your mottos: Save Money. Lines Longer. Always long lines. Always.

Does this Walmart even care how awful it is? Messy, slow, rude, cramped, it has it all.

They have tons of things, things that you knew about and want and things that you didn't know existed and now need. They have Japanese snacks and a limited amount of groceries, mostly drinks and ramen. They have a selection of Japanese pens! I bought one. Can't pass up a Japanese pen. Large store, well-lit. One employee to man the register, she was friendly. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I bought a few things for a small gift basket that included some of the things I mentioned above. An $8 individual ceramic hot pot type bowl that you can heat directly on your stovetop. It had a beautiful cherry blossom design. I also got a chopsticks set, and bamboo hot pad for setting hot pots or pans on. The cashier was kind enough to open the box for me so I could inspect the hot pots for damage. As other people have mentioned, it's like an Asian version of our dollar tree store, only Daiso prices range from $2.25-$18. It's very organized and clean. They have so much variety from toys, to stationary, gardening items, organizing items, laundry items and so much more. It's definitely worth a visit to browse everything they have to offer.

This Maxx has a bit more designer stuff than I've found at other locations, which makes this place even more dangerous and irresistible. If this TJM was a big sticky spiderweb, I'd be the big, dumb juicy bug tangled up in it using my dying breath to squeak out "please take my money, and hey, can I get this bag unlocked?" I would rather drive 20 miles out of my way for a mall that has an abundant number of products and services I need to get stuff done. Luckily for me, The Shops at Fort Union are near me. Because of their location near the junction of Midvale, Cottonwood Heights, and Sandy, it's close to a heckuva lot of people in the SL Valley. The first thing I like is that it serves more a close-to-home crowd rather than the business lunch or general shopping crowd of say a Commons or The Shops at South Town. The tent pole store of The Shops at Fort Union is the Smith's: A tried-and-true grocery store with good prices and a stellar selection. The Commons and South Town don't. There's also a Walmart and -- at least very important to me -- is a Petco: toys, training, and grooming for my dogs. Obviously, food is important to us Yelpies! I find myself at Five Guys Burgers and Fries the most. There's also J Dawgs, Chick-Fil-A, Firehouse Subs, The Pie (the best pizza in town, and they deliver), Waffle Love, a Rumbi, Dickey's, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Teriyaki Express, Nagoya Sushi, Chili's, etc. There also several clothes-centric stores: Lane Bryant, Ross, Mr. Mac, Gordman's, and even DSW shoes. I could list places forever. My only beef is there is a complex right next to it with a Original Pancake House, a Wich Which, Coldstone, etc. that apparently aren't a part of the complex ... they aren't directly accessible and more of a pain to get to than they need to be. Overall though, a great place to shop!

The clothes here are cheap an not well made, I don't usually buy them. Thumbing through, I didn't see much of a selection - same with shoes and housewares, no great finds. There are clothes and shoes strewn everywhere. The dressing room area looks dirty (I didn't dare wander into the bathroom). There is always a line here, and to make it as frustrating as possible, they cattle-car you into this line/maze made of low shelving with even more crap in them - it's impossible to find where this line starts, and a pain in the ass the climb over, squeeze past, and wade through all the people and crap blocking your access to it. The staff here doesn't have the best customer service, but I will say I bet it's because they are pretty unhappy at work and might be a little more willing to look more cheerful and do a better job if the management of this store was better. Ultimately I found what I was looking for - a cheap pair of Christmas socks.
