They basically buy all of targets clearance items in the local targets, giving you no chance to buy it from target yourself and turn it over for a profit. Also they do not have a/c and I was melting in there. It smelled awful and the bathrooms were nasty. Overall unpleasant shopping experience. They do have a lot of holiday stuff so if you need something for summer in the middle of winter they might have something for you.

They have "stalls" and each stall has different types of items and entirely different pricing and deals. Select what you want, try them on (yes!! they have dressing rooms!) and pay for it all in one transaction. The inventory is hit and miss; each seller has their own "style" as well as sizing. Some sections have only women's clothing, others have a mix of mens, womens and even children. There's a small poster above the rack that explains what you'll find in that section.
