Basically a giant target clearance reseller. There are definitely some good deals here and there…read morebut overall but I am not a huge fan of the business model. They basically buy all of targets clearance items in the local targets, giving you no chance to buy it from target yourself and turn it over for a profit. Also they do not have a/c and I was melting in there. It smelled awful and the bathrooms were nasty. Overall unpleasant shopping experience. They do have a lot of holiday stuff so if you need something for summer in the middle of winter they might have something for you.

However they legitimately had a ton of expensive name brand clothing for pretty low prices. The set up was a little confusing though. They have "stalls" and each stall has different types of items and entirely different pricing and deals. It's almost like individuals are able to rent a stall to out their stuff, but I don't think if thats actually how it works.

I feel they should be able to allow you to buy and wait to disburse the funds to a seller until they can figure out who it belongs to. This was unfortunate. However, I still enjoyed shopping here and seeing all different styles.

But something about those shoes draws me in. I was so close to owning a pair-if only they were in my size! My mom and I discovered this store 30 minutes before closing time and immediately fell in love. It's a good thing we didn't have much time to browse or I would have certainly found some things that I must have! There were so many wonderful jackets-oh my! I will definitely be back to check on new stock and see if those shoes that I keep dreaming of show up for me.

The shop is clean, and has neat, funky mural designs that I love. The service was great. But…read morehonestly, the prices for second-hand clothing is ridiculous. Thrift, don't support predatory businesses like this. I feel that "Shop Vintage" is exploitative because they seriously jack up the prices of clothing. It's really gross that scalpers are swooping in to the thrift stores and buying up these clothes (for pennies on the dollar) so the people they were intended for can no longer afford them at a reasonable price. Yes, our donation centers have tons of "clothes", but a lot of that's fast-fashion synthetic garbage. It had no intention of longevity, whereas these textiles are valuable, which is exactly why this company continues to snatch these things up to resell at a premium. If you're fine with predatory practices, no one's stopping you from shopping here. I'd personally recommend popping in to thrift stores like the DI, where a vast majority of these clothes were donated in the first place. :( ** Edited to add, per their comment attached to my review: They claim their "clothing is sourced from 'wholesale warehouses' out of state that gather unsold donations." That string of buzzwords sounds nice, but in reality anything they buy was a previously "unsold donation", and them jacking up $5 jeans to a sickening $72 is not limited to state lines. They're up-charging and if you're fine with being scalped, and willing to pay ridiculous prices, then take my review with a grain of salt. This is just my 2¢...donate to thrift stores so people in need can reuse. It is disgraceful that the donation/thrifting cycle has become gentrified.

You never really know what you will find at a Preloved since each booth is filled with items from different sellers but that also makes it exciting since you will find things you never knew you wanted or needed. They run different sells throughout the week but the real deals start on Friday where most sellers will clearance their items anywhere from 25%-90%. It definitely gets busy on Friday mornings but all of the other times I have been it's been calm and quiet. I have heard mixed reviews about selling with Preloved but I do appreciate those that do put up booths because I usually find something when I shop here. Highly highly recommend.
