There were also more employees around, which didn't make sense, I feel like there should be more employees during the busy times, like the weekend perhaps. Still true that it always takes a long time to do pricing and stuff like that as their little handheld devices seem to only work properly half the time. I've been here on several occasions, and now writing this review, I'm kind of glad I have it another chance. Anyway, I've only ever seen like 2 employees in the dressing room, which seems like quite the set up for burglary, but it's not my store. If anything I'd recommend the order online and pick it up, but lately they've been offering free shipping to the home address. On this occasion I returned something that didn't fit properly that I bought online, simple and quick! The guy really knew what he was doing. On my way out I got some jewelry I liked, there was one worker at the register, she was having a struggle with a customer, which wasn't her fault, but it was not being handled well. I waited over 10, pushing 15 minutes. I think that was ridiculous. Anyway, still questioning if I want to go back anytime soon. But improvements have been made.

I noticed online prices were cheaper than in-store for several items, so I asked the cashier to price match (same exact item, SKU, etc.). She told me they weren't allowed to. I politely asked to speak to a manager, and the moment Audrina walked up, her attitude was hostile. I explained I wanted to price match and even had the policy pulled up directly from the H&M website stating they do price match in-store. She looked at me and said, "Nope, we don't do that and never have." When I pointed out the written policy, she snapped, "You can leave and go to a different store because I'm NOT price matching anything for you." I then asked for her to take my name and number so I could speak to the district manager, and she curtly said, "Nope, I can't do that." I have 10 years of retail experience as a store manager myself, and I would never treat a customer with such blatant disrespect. The way she spoke to me, using her tone to belittle me, left me feeling humiliated -- I left the store wanting to cry. This was an unacceptable experience, and I will never shop at this location again.

Carter's moved away from Fashion Place Mall recently, and I think it was an excellent choice. The new location also has a stroller/wheelchair button to open the door for you, and I'm loving it! This new location is also more spacious, with a little more room to navigate with a stroller/car seat. Overall, I really like Carter's clothes (and their associated brands). Some of the new releases are expensive, but if you can get it on sale or take advantage of the rewards program, you can get some great deals. I also highly recommend utilizing the in-store pickup, although some staff members definitely seem to know what's going on with pickup more than others.

They also have sizes for boys, and girls up to sizes 14. The selections for sizes 8-14 are limited. I like shopping the sales as you can get some pretty good deals, and really cute styles. If you sign up for their email notices you get extra deals. Something is always on clearance, so I try and buy for the next year's season to save money as Carter's can be expensive.

Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.
