This has to be the friendliest Walmart in all of Georgia. I should know because I think I've been to most of the Wally World in this great state. Some are okay. Some dreadful and then there are the trolls....but this one is different. People seem to enjoy what they do and it shows. Instead of giving you a "go away" look when they see you coming in the door they smile and say "hi, Welcome to Walmart." That stop me in my tracks. Where am I? Then a lady asked if I wanted a basket. Again I did a double take. Where am I? There place feels like the older Wal-marts that use to be around before the "Walmart" super center came out and gobbled up everything. It's small and less hectic to shop. I like it! The Walmart concept is so great! A store where you can get everything you need in one spot for decent prices. And the location of this Walmart is prime: super cute strip mall in the East-West Connector, close ro many restaurants and shops. Sadly this store is a disappointment. The store was in disarray, very few registers were open, but in that one trip I counted seven (7) employees leaning against a wall or a counter and looking at their phone. As we used the self-check out (which I despise), an employee was having a personal conversation on her phone. Another customer needed assistance with a price. She told the person on the phone to hold on and yelled at the customer from the counter, to go take a picture of the price and come show her. Meanwhile from where we were we could see 3 additional employees on their phones. Not a good experience at all. read more

Too crowded. There are not enough employees around to help or have store in order. It's not what Walmart used to be like.

This location is horrible. I went today and they did not have carts available at the front of, or inside of, the store. You had to look around the parking lot for a cart. Also, no one was around to sanitize my cart handle upon entering the store and there were no sanitation wipes for me to do it myself. Not COVID safe at all. I've given this store so many chances. A few weeks ago I placed an online order for pickup here and the tracking never updated beyond store processing. When I visited the store to ask what happened they couldnt find my order but promised to call me with an update and never did. Then I later called the store to follow up and no one answered the phone. I ultimately had to just cancel the order. These aren't the only negatives about this location. Avoid it if possible. read more

I didn't really have any issues with the Walmart. It's huge and has a lot of inventory as expected. I had a little difficult time finding women's shorts. My guess is because it was out of season. The Rowenta steamer I bought here worked great for steaming wrinkles out of dresses and pants. read more

This Walmart is terrible. Very rude employees. Came in to buy a ps5 at 9:55 pm. They lied and said their electronic department was closed and they didn't have a key mysteriously even though she was in the middle of ringing up a tv for another customer of her same race. So I asked another associate and she sent me to customer service for no reason, because they told me electronics closed at 10:00pm (even though it was 9:58pm at this time . I have a good feeling If I was of the African descent I wouldn't have been denied. So I'm contemplating on painting my face black so I can go and get my ps5 and possibly even get a discount. This place sucks balls and I encourage everyone to avoid here unless you don't mind 8 different bums asking for money on the way in and on the way out. I hope the ladies that work here get denied on their food stamps next month. read more

It is what it is. Set your expectations. High quantity, better than expected quality and uneven service. = Ambiance is a big box super store. NOISY with too many announcements and some customers who don't parent their kids. Lighting could be brighter and department signs could be better. But it's easy enough to navigate. + They have a LOT of stuff in here! Shelves are well stocked and I saw them constantly restocking. I tried their online order and came to pick it up. It was not smooth and landed up with a gift-card return. The silver lining is that I found some items to be of decent quality and good value! = Service seemed to vary here. Some couldn't have cared less while others were helpful. ++ Price is a little lower than other places. + Parking is ample and free. I'm not planning additional online orders but this Walmart is another option for brand staples like cleaning and OTC products at lower prices. read more

1 st Delivery Yesterday didn't arrive as of yet, they took a picture of wrong door! Second delivery today has arrived on time, but it's going to take four deliveries for one shopping trip, sadly enough with four delivery charges for items already not competitively priced! App did not allowing for reporting lack of delivery to my open door yesterday had to call their 1 800 number which asked me to wait another 24 hours to resolve or up to 7 work days for a refund if that doesn't work :-( not that happy. Second delivery was good, but 1 out of 2 arriving are not good odds! read more

BRITTANY working as an associate at this location is extremely RUDE and lacks basic customer service skills. I was trying to check out at the self service checkout and was enccoutering issues. Brittany started yelling at me as if it was my fault that the checkout station wasn't working. She was extremely frustrated that she had to waste her precious time. She then went to other walmart associates and started complaining to them about me unaware that i could hear her very well. Seriously, what kind of people does walmart hire to help customers! People like BRITTANY should NEVER be hired to even come within 100ft of customers. BRITTANY lacks basic or even minimum customer service skills. Absolutely ZERO Customer Service. This is definitely the smallest Walmart I have ever shopped at. Or maybe it just feels like that because of the low ceiling. Like any Walmart, all of the merchandise is mixed up, and barely anything has a correct price tag. That makes it very hard to shop here. The good thing is, though, their prices are very low. This is a great place to buy stocking stuffers, or even last minute Christmas gifts, considering they're open on Christmas Eve. read more

One of the fancier new Wal-Marts, this one has all the usual goodies including a full grocery and produce section. But I don't live here so I'm not doing a full shop. I needed a few bits. Sadly, they did not have the wiper blade I needed for my rear window and their ammunition cabinet was sorely lacking. But otherwise, the folks were nice and the place looked good. read more

Oh, the joys of living in Cobb County. Overall it's lovely, but that's mostly in reference to the infrastructure. Businesses along the southern portion of Cobb Pkwy aren't that impressive and I can't tell if that's because customers that live nearby don't expect more or because they don't want nice things. Either way, feel like I'm reminding myself not to act hoity toity more often than before I moved here. Walmart is a great example. Before you judge me for having high standards for a Walmart I'd like to clarify that I don't really expect much. Here's what I look for at their stores: a working Money Center ATM, check-out times less than 7 - 10 minutes, and employees being available during store hours. I don't think that's too much to ask or an unreasonable expectation. Anyway, this location seems to fail on of the above. I've had particularly poor service for a few Site to Store orders that have come here. Aside from a small sign hanging above one entrance (note it's not above both) that says go to the back, there isn't any direction. My best guess was to wander through the opening near the photo center. My gut was right. Unfortunately it never seems staffed and the counters are always trashed. Literally. It looks like the area is treated like storage for go-backs that no one feels like doing. read more

Well the good thing, it's walmart. Ok now that we got the good out of the way of America's #1 stop shop, now let's destroy the obvious negatives. Number 1, how you have 20 plus aisles but only 3 open checks out of that 20? You know how many people go shopping at Walmart for whatever it is. This is a disgrace. I saw a review about someone purchasing bad meat. I learned my lesson a long time ago grocery shopping for meat there. It compromised my BBQ for people trying to taste my grill skills. The shopping sections be messy, rarely cleaned. Just to find help is almost like a schavenger hunt. The employees are depressed and really don't want to be there, just want to collect a pay check. I've seen worse walmarts in the greater atlanta area. Walmart is the athiest of customer service - they don't believe in it. Grade: D read more

There is so much wrong here, I am not even sure where to begin. Half of the self-checkout machines are usually down and there are never enough registers (you know, the ones with actual people) open either. Only a tiny tiny fraction are ever staffed, despite the frequent long lines. And unlike Target, they do not pull staff from other departments to open more registers, no matter how long the lines get. If you are looking for a specific item, there is a good chance they won't have it. This store is always out of stock of common items. I do not come here unless it's an absolute emergency. Target down the street has comparable prices and is always staffed appropriately. What's worse, the management clearly doesn't care. This location just has no concern for customer experience. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. Summary: shop elsewhere, anywhere else! read more

This Wal-Mart and all Wal-Mart's like it is the reason that I have to shop at Publix. Where's the communication??? I went on behalf of my student organization to receive a gift card donation from a supervisor(Miss V) I had been in communication with for weeks. I went to the store, talked to an employee and supervisor at customer service. They told me they called for Miss V and that she would be out shortly. Through out the next 45 mins I talked to both of them 3 times and they kept on saying "we'll give her another call, we'll give her another call...". I finally left and tried calling her myself via the store's phone number(the way I had called her in the past). Lo and behold, I was informed she was in a meeting and that I should try back in an hour... smh On that same occasion, the employee I spoke to asked if she could take a message. I left my name and number for Miss V. ...still never heard back. And when I go here to shop, everybody ratchet. Can't forget that. read more

Rudest workers known to man, they currently have two lines open with ten people deep in both and neither register light is on. I took my car to have 1 tire changed. I arrived at 3pm and here I sit still at 7:07 pm after closing time. The customer service was horrible. I stood in line for 10 minutes wanting to ask about the progress of my service and the employee didnt even so much as look at me. I decided to take an uber home and back because I didnt want to wait in the awful waiting room. I will NEVER bring my car here ever again for anything. read more

I know everybody hates Walmart, but I want to write this review for one reason - they will let you return anything, in any condition. I carried in car-loads of stuff to return after a move, and they couldn't have cared less. They processed everything, refunded my credit card, and set me on my way. It was easy and I loved it. This review has been a long time comming. What a horrible store! Its a walmart, but they dont carry all the products that normal Wal Marts carry. If you are looking for Blue Bell Ice Cream then you are out of luck. To my knowledge this is the only one that dosent carry it. Also, this store has the worse vegetables. I can never find a Tomoto that dosent look like its been thrown at the wall. The meats, while in large quantaties, are very poor quality. If you are in a bind, this place will dissapoint you. The only plus about the food here is the Wal Mart Pizzas that they make. those are awesome. When it comes to normal Wal Mart Items... i.e. electronics and pointless things that we waste money on, this place is OK. The did screw up the release for Final Fantasy 13, but so did everyone else. Still... Wal Mart is EVIL! I only shop there because its close. I wish I could stop, because every time I go in there I spend at least 50 bucks on stuff I dont need. I would normally give this Walmart one star if I hadn't been to the one in Fr. Lauderdale a few months back. I always considered this location to be a sketchy one but the other took the cake, so this takes 2 stars. I came in at night, so there were plenty of boxes around because they were restocking (I guess they gotta do that sometime) anyway I was able to get the things that I needed after looking through the mess that was the children's toy section. Once I got my things I lined up and it took about 4 min which I guess is not too bad, but the cashier was very unfriendly. Walmart is one of my favorite stores. The prices are right and the selection is huge. However, this is one store I just don't like shopping at. It doesn't feel clean, I always have to wait in line forever, and it's difficult to find anyone who cares enough to help you. Even the greeters ignore you! Today I went to Walmart at the Marietta store just to receive a money order and was discriminated against and ridiculed by a caretaker lady. She asked for my ID and, upon reviewing, said it was a fake ID, also told me that I was Mexican, but I'm Brazilian. If she's American and doesn't like immigrants, that's her opinion, but she can't discriminate against a customer and not be racist like she's with me, I do my shopping there every week, like hundreds of immigrants; Brazilians, Mexicans, Hispanics, Indians among many other nationalities that exist here in this country, and that is what pays her salary! When I go somewhere, at least, I expect her to be treated well the same way I treat people, she doesn't want me to discriminate her or be racist because she's black to me, regardless of race, color, nationality or religion, we are all brothers brothers of the same God! I was very sad to hear that people look at me as if I were a thief or a person who wants to harm others. read more

We came here for patio furniture and mosquito repellent plants in the beginning of July. They told us they don't restock them for the rest of the year and we'd have to shop at Home Depot to find something like that in July. I was stunned. Why have an outdoor living/home gardening area if you're not going to stay stocked for summer items in the summer???? We were greeted by only two smiling faces here: Alijah and Demetrius. They treated us like we mattered to the business. They deserve a raise and certificate of appreciation for their "excellent customer service" skills.
