The only way I could write a review was by giving them one star but they absolutely do not deserve any stars. Do not shop at Walmart on 287 the customer service is absolutely terrible the manager's are awful people. My coworker is just a flatscreen TV on black Friday from them got home open the box and it had a broken scratched up old TV inside she put it back in the box to return it back to Walmart and they are doing absolutely nothing for her they're not believing her. The managers there would not help us once again and we're just absolutely awful awful people to work with . I 100% think she's getting racially profiled which is such bullshit she's from Nepal there is a little bit of a language barrier but they are taking full advantage of her. I spoke to corporate they gave us a number to go into the store to get a new TV went in and the Manager once again said there was nothing she could do for us even though we had a number from corporate. I broke my glasses, and I'm lucky Walmart still had my frame! Tom helped me find, purchase, swap lenses, and adjust my new frames, and he did a great job! I'm surprised how well he adjusted them. I got the lenses somewhere else, where I went in three different time to adjust, and the third time was good, but then somehow the left lens moved higher than the right again. Thanks Tom! read more

This update is specifically on the auto center...pre-ordered and paid for 4 new tires online then scheduled my installation appointment per the instructions...no less than FIVE TIMES IN A ROW I received a text message 20 minutes before my "appointment time" saying my appointment was canceled, no explanation, no rescheduling, nada. I finally drove up to the service center to see what was up and the guy working there literally had no clue and said they'd sent those tires back to the factory like a month ago and didn't even have the balancing weights on hand. WTF. Took another week and 6 different email / chat / phone convos to finally convince them to give me a refund on the original purchase. (With another 10 -day delay and still haven't actually received the money back at the time of this writing.) Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and take your car down the street to Discount Tire instead like I finally did...top notch service, great price, in and out in 45 minutes. Like a real service center. read more

I purchased a bed rail from my toddler from this Walmart and didn't realize until got home that the box was taped weirdly shut. I knew immediately the item was a return the moment I opened it because I have purchased this exact product before and knew that the pieces were wrapped in plastic and none of these pieces are. Also the recall tag had been removed, the assembly instructions were not all the unfolded , and all the parts letters had been removed. There are also signs of wear where it had obviously been assembled previously. My problem with this is that this is 1.) I was sold a used item at full price as if it were new. 2.) this is a bedding product and I am not going to get into how that is just a little gross from something like a bedbug perspective. and 3.) this is a baby product and, though the product appears to be fine, from a safety perspective how am I to know how this item was treated before being returned? Because I need the item now and do not have time to return it I am just going to have to use it. I am just really surprised that it is Walmart's policy to resell used baby safety products as if they were new (not even on clearance) and probably will not purchase items like this in the future. read more

This review is for the optical center. Wow, what fantastic service! The optician, Destiny, was competent and friendly I took a pair of my Dad's glasses in as a screw had fallen out and the frame would no longer hold one of the lenses. Destiny found the correct screw to hold the frame together, then tightened all of the screws and cleaned the lenses. No charge! I will go to this Walmart for all optical needs; what a great experience! read more

TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! They recently remodeled the store and put in music and it is way to loud. The clerks who work there tell me it is really hard for them to take all day. We are constantly assaulted by sound every moment of the day. I used to relish shopping at Walmart when it was quiet. Now, I just want to hurry up and get out of there. Really solid choice for a local Walmart. Very clean store, things are generally well stocked, and staff is friendly. Definitely a step up from some stores in Denver I visited before. Been shopping here on and off for about two years, and the experience has always been just about as good as any of the other times and stores I have visited. Recently though, I was returning something that I had for a little while that was electronic, and was surprised that their return policy is more than 15 days (I believe 30 days, like all other items), so this made my recent visit pretty grand. read more

Well today was our last time here. Saturday morning and no one is working the check out (they are there but all lights are off) and the self checkouts were closed totally on one side. Angry check out clerks just so unhappy. It's really sad. No idea where a manager is to step in and open some lanes and smile at customers. We will just pay more and go to Kings. Worst Walmart customer service I have ever received! Just had oral surgery and went to the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. The pharmacy tech (Roshana...sp?) was so rude and short. It was obvious I was having trouble talking since my mouth was so swollen. I was struggling to answer the tech's questions. She seemed annoyed and unsympathetic. Just plain out RUDE! To make matters worse I went to customer service to make a complaint and the manager on duty was just as rude and short. Didn't seem to care at all. Wow!! This review is for the Auto Center of Walmart. Surprisingly honest auto department manager and the staff for (1) taking is in even with 30 minutes before their closing time (2) being honest on what they can do and (3) saving us a ton of money. Sunday afternoon we got a flat on the rear passenger. We called Costco and they said that since we have an AWD vehicle we would have to replace all four tires ($800+). After getting different stories for three different employees, my frustration level was almost boiling. We ended up leaving and call several other places but they also had different scenarios that didn't make sense because our car has brand new tires when we bought (3 months ago). In short, after explaining our situation to Sean, he was honest and helpful enough to to put smiles on our faces...our flat tire was repairable and it only cost us $10!!!!! I have been going to this Walmart since it opened. I have purchased online, had oil changes, purchased tires, groceries and shop there each week for my job. The do a solidly good job. They have been great when I have had to go to customer service, and their automotive department is honest and very reasonably priced. It has been a great store for our community. read more

Terrible Customer Service at the store in Lafayette, Co. Today, I went to the hardware department and needed assistance. I found "Adam" (not using real names. He couldn't help me so I asked him to call a manager. A manager never came so I asked him to call a manager again and he refused. So I went to the front of the store and found a manager. The manager walked to hardware, looked around and then paged.....you guessed it... "Adam". The manager then walked off and didn't stick around to see if "Adam" would show up. Adam never showed. I have never been to a walmart that has actually had a CSM who instead of verifying a price, actually went back to the department and changed a price tag so they didn't have to give us the marked price. Took the CSM 25 minutes to do a price check, and now I understand why it took so long. The CSM said it was so long because he went to do something else after the price check which is also SUCH POOR CUSTOMER CARE! Welcome to the worst Walmart in Colorado! Customer Service at the return desk is where you want your best representatives showing customers the upmost in the standards of your store operations. On this particular day my wife came in to return and exchange an item for our grandchildren. The customer service rep stated she could not return the item without putting in our PIN number. My wife was adamant about not using our bank PIN number. The customer services rep was adamant about following the rules, so my wife asked for a store credit instead and was refused rudely. Now this customer service rep (Hispanic on the morning of April 14th) adamantly responded that every other employee had been doing this procedure wrong and we are going to follow the rules and rudely at that. I would suggest that if she had not given anyone a store credit for a return item that she is ignorant of store policy. On the other hand if she had given store credit to others for returns, along with her rude behavior, she is a racist. I suspect the ladder and this could be easily checked and confirmed by the store manager. In addition to this I find it disgusting to have other shoppers in the store with slippers and a robe on shopping in the grocery or any part of the store. Is this truly the only store with no limits to what it will subject its food and customers to. While I personally have friends that are managers of Walmart I would suggest that this Walmart's standards are lax at best. read more

Yesterday, I went to buy new tires for my car after getting a flat. It took over three hours for them to work on my car. There were several other customers who had to wait over 2-3 hours for their cars as well. The employees were shouting at each other in the back, and never came out to update any of us on the extended wait time. They broke a part on my car while changing the tires, and managed to make pretty major mistakes on two other customers cars as well. When they finally finished, the auto shop manager rang me up and proceeded to complain about what a terrible day she had, never acknowledging the poor service. I will not be returning. read more
