This place has become dirty. They need to go through and give everything a really deep cleaning. It is a shame that the store that is not that many years old has so much crud in the corners.

    The wait in line here.....

I'd rather go here than the target around the area! It's cleaner, more organized and the people that work here are way nicer!

Once you…read moreexperience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Pub Subs, you are correct! While I have walked this store a few times to pick up random items on occasion, my main purpose for stopping has been pub subs. The line is always expected, busy, but the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Sandwiches are always made with precision and care, and are always extra tasty! Cashiers and other staff are always friendly as well. Overall, great Publix that I will surely be back to many times!

We started our visit by stopping by the sandwich counter, and then shopped around while they were preparing our order. The store was clean and well-stocked, and all of the employees we interacted with greeted us with a smile. Sprouts almost always has the best produce compared to other grocers, and it's worth a visit to stock up on all your favorite fruits and veggies. Their frozen section is also a good go-to, with comparable prices to Kroger and Publix for organic brands. If you're not already a Sprouts fan, this is a great location to check out!

And I *really* want to give this one five stars...but after a few incidents I just can't. It's all about food spoilage. In the dairy/milk/tea section, they have a matcha latte in a big gallon jug. The actually quit carrying it now and only carry it in small, 12 oz. bottles...which is probably a good thing because I bought the big jug, brought it home, only to find the milk had curdled, smelled bad, and I took a look at the expiration date, only to find it expired a whole month ago. Yikes! Thankfully they gave me a full refund when I returned it. That said, the service is fantastic. You can tell the employees actually like working there. I even overheard a group of employees there the other day saying just that. He was going to refer his friend to work there. They even sell that Leilo kava soda there, which is awesome. Although they do sell alcohol, they're the only grocery store I've been to that actively caters to the sober and sober-curious community. You have to come at exactly the right time though--the Leilo isn't always there. They sell out quick. This may be a bit petty, but the layout is a bit odd compared to other Sprouts I've been to. Half the dairy is on one side of the store and half the other. On the right side, you've got the milk, cream, juice/tea, and oddly enough, tofu, which surprised me. The first time I needed tofu, it took me a really long time to find. The other dairy products--cheese, deli stuff (sliced meats, sushi, take-home meals), and eggs--were on the complete opposite side. That's where I'd expect to find the tofu. So it's weird...but now I'm used to it. Not a huge deal. Oh, and don't forget to bring your bags! They charge 10¢/bag if you don't bring your own, which is a good thing IMO. It's a nice way to encourage people to be green. When I forget my reusable bags, I just tell them to stuff everything into as few bags as possible! Anyway, fix the food spoilage issue, and maybe consider putting the tofu in the deli section...and make sure that Leilo is always stocked! Other than that, this place is a true treasure. It's surprisingly not that expensive either if you look for the stuff on sale. Cheaper than Whole Foods.

Easiest described as a combination of city center and suburb locations. While the layout is smaller, they still have a great selection of all the goods I am accustomed to. I mean, you can tell they have less variety or certain items, but there was nothing completely missing for me. The store is clean, but needs some TLC conditionally. This is an older location, so the wear and tear, from inside to out is noticeable. Service was friendly at self-checkout. They were helpful in directing traffic and with any assistance needed when the self checkout gave you the normal attitude. There were no employees on the floor, so service in the aisles was lacking, but in my case was not needed. This location does offer the Kroger gas station, but it is situated across the street, making it a standalone gas station of sorts. Overall, solid Kroger location that I would happily visit again when in the immediate area.

Am I writing a review for their always fresh produce, consistently impeccable store, and killer cereal selection? Normally, the answer would be yes, but my most recent visit here has me writing a review for their amazing customer service and money order station. I'm currently in the process of moving and along with that comes getting carpets cleaned, walls painted, and photos taken. Surprisingly, a lot of small local businesses still only take cash or money orders; I guess cash will always be king. So, when I needed a money order at 8am when my normal bank branch didn't open until 9am, plus a 40-minute drive, Publix swooped in to save the day. Kelly, who helped me out, was amazing. Admittedly I hadn't written a check or gotten a money order in quite some time and Kelly helped to walked me through it step-by-step. Duh, I know this is a very simple process, but she made me feel at ease and reassured me that this happens all the time. Shout out to Publix! I'm moving back to the West Coast, where as far as I know there isn't a Publix, within a few thousand miles, but maybe someday!

However my partner lives tomatoes and felt that Ronald's sandwich would have taken the win despite his generous application of cranberries.. Results.... A Draw. However, Hannah gets an advantage point for remembering the sandwiches code by memory. Do not let the review of the sandwich take away from the personalities behind the deli counter.
