leaving a one star because I'm not able to leave zero stars which is what they deserve, my wife fell and injured herself last night due to a big spill on the floor that had not been cleaned up, when we alerted the manager Jesus, that she was hurt and needed assistance and to fill out an accident report, he said iwe would have to wait 20 minutes because he was unload a truck, I demanded that he come to the front imm as there was an injury, once he came to the front he treated us horribly, not an ounce of empathy for my wife being injure, he was not helpful at all, acted like he didn't even care that this happened due to a lack of taking responsibility to something that happened on his watch, the lady that helped my wife after the fall wanted to also leave a statement as a witness and he refused to take her information, made us write down what happened on a scratch piece of paper, we asked for an actual accident report and he would not provide one, this process took over thirty minutes while my wife was hurt and in pai, never once did he ask her if she was ok and clearly showed that he did not care that a customer hand just fallen due to his team's error to keep the store safe, it's hard to believe that Kroger being a company this bug has no training or procedures when something like this happens, untrained people running a business is a danger to all. I called this morning again after finding out the the GM's name is Joseph and again was pretty much ignores and not given any of the information needed as my wife is currently in the emergency room having x rays and CT scan, shame on. you Kroger. do better!!! you will be hearing from a lawyer!!!

This particular Kroger location is in a decent sized shopping plaza and is nicely laid out and has a decent selection of products. I am a fan of Kroger. Whenever I am in tennessee, this would be the supermarket that I would probably seek out to get the little extras that I will need while in a hotel while on a business trip. Things like water and stuff like that. Speaking of water, I am a huge fan of the Kroger blood orange flavored water. Check it out if you see it. All in all, this Kroger allowed me to accomplish what I set out to do.

Why does no store in TN stock Faygo red pop? Or Mountain Dew Voltage? Very disappointed! Need to stock more diet pop in general please.

Their produce selection is GINORMOUS and their organic department is far superior than any other store.

Easiest described as a combination of city center and suburb locations. While the layout is smaller, they still have a great selection of all the goods I am accustomed to. I mean, you can tell they have less variety or certain items, but there was nothing completely missing for me. The store is clean, but needs some TLC conditionally. This is an older location, so the wear and tear, from inside to out is noticeable. Service was friendly at self-checkout. They were helpful in directing traffic and with any assistance needed when the self checkout gave you the normal attitude. There were no employees on the floor, so service in the aisles was lacking, but in my case was not needed. This location does offer the Kroger gas station, but it is situated across the street, making it a standalone gas station of sorts. Overall, solid Kroger location that I would happily visit again when in the immediate area.

As we were going through the checkout lane, the cashier who is in a wheelchair, commented, "wow! That's a lot of wine!" I thought I surely had misheard her because I didn't think anyone would be that rude. However, a little while later, I asked my husband about it, and he assured me that, "oh yes, you heard her correctly!". Had I realized that, at the time, I would've addressed it directly to her, wheelchair or not. She has absolutely no idea the circumstances under which we bought those. Apparently, she thinks we are going to drink it all tonight. Cashiers have absolutely no business commenting on what someone is buying because they don't know the circumstances. Kroger needs to train their cashiers to keep their mouths shut!

When I am in the immediate area, I always make an excuse to swing by. I usually pop into this location on side quests where I just need a few random items for a meal or meal prep, etc...recently my visit was to pick up a full dinner for a nice fall evening. I scooped up some great priced, thick cut pork chops, along with some asparagus, corn and potatoes. All the goods were in good condition, fresh and well priced. While I spent most of my time on the outer aisles, I did hit a few interior aisles for sauces, seasonings and a few other things. Shelves were all well stocked and organized. Everything I was after was easy to find and in stock. The store itself was in decent condition and clean, however the bathroom could have used a tiny bit of attention. Service was okay. Cashier wasn't much for conversation, but all good. Overall, Kroger diehard here. Solid location that I am happy to visit when in the area.

There is not enough shelf space in the fruit and vegetables without constant restocking which means some like tomatoes is empty a lot. These are all management issues. The store has gone from not bad for the past few years to pretty bad. Change the top manager out please. The personality of the employees directly reflects the personality of the top person on site and it's bad. Most of the employees are working like they wish they weren't there.
