I've often wondered what a TJ's would be like outside of AZ. The layout is a little smaller than the one I usually shop at. I love all the flowers outside the store and fresh fruits and vegetables. You can find unique foods here. Korean jap chae, bulgogi, gluten free options. It would be difficult to do all your grocery shopping here. It's fun to find unique and different ingredients and food choices. The service was excellent!

One of the cashiers just gave me this petite bouquet because I'm expecting a baby. They go above and beyond here in service and kindness!

This is by far one of the friendliest grocery stories I've frequented, and that includes Trader Joe's from other towns and cities. Every time I'm ready to check out, the cashiers go above and beyond in terms of friendliness. I would go so far as to say that they are hospitable in the way they treat shoppers. If you're familiar with Trader Joe's, they have in-house generic branding of nearly all their products with reasonable price tags attached to each items. I'm always impressed by all of their sections but especially their price of certain specialty household items like dryer wool balls. Their price for a pack of four was cheaper than many websites and brick-and-mortar stores in the area. Any trip to Trader Joe's feels more like a leisurely activity than a shopping chore that needs to get done. The last time my partner and I went here, the lovely cashier asked about my expected due date (which is drawing quite near). She asked us to wait a minute and pulled a small bouquet of flowers for us, gratuit. I was incredibly touched, and I can honestly say no that I have never received such a kind gesture from any cashier in any other store. Fantastic service, bar none.

First time ever going to a Trader Joe's and I will be making the 2hr trip again repeatedly. Everything was well stocked, the grocery options were endless, and the cashier was awesome!! We told him it was our first time shopping there and he threw in a Nashville TJ bag.

I believe I was singing zipedeedodah as I entered the new TJs location in Nashville, off White Bridge Road!! We now have TWO. IMO, this is the biggest indicator that Music City has officially arrived. :) It has everything you would expect in a Trader Joe's.... crowds, reasonably priced fresh flowers, yummy free samples, cheerful employees, seasonal treats and amazing/on trend house brand goods. But there are two VAST improvements over the Green Hills Store.. more parking (!) and wider aisles. Bless. Come shop, leave happy.

It is about time Trader Joe's opened a much needed second location in Nashville and I love it. Staff greeted customers at the door with sanitizer and disinfected baskets that were wiped down thoroughly after each use. Unlike other grocery chains this location was pretty well stocked in week 2 of Coronavirus social distancing guidelines. They offer a variety of organic, international, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. The fruits and vegetables are fresh but can be pricey. I especially love their organic Sunkist mandarine oranges, Fuji apples, and avocados. The best deals I find are on household and beauty items such as; peppermint toothpaste, oatmeal and honey pure vegetable soap, dish soap, lemon cough drops, and soy candles. The products don't agitate my allergies or irritate my delicate skin and leaves me feeling clean and fresh. That's important right?!?!?! It is always a pleasure to shop at TJ's and confident that I am getting quality products at reasonable prices.

Good plants and flowers. Wine and frozen area. Crowded on weekends. Not much parking.

Glad to have a Trader Joe's closer to home rather than traveling almost twice the distance to go to the one in Green Hills.

Dear Trader Joe's Green Hills,…read more I don't know who's in charge over there, but I'd like them to replace every world leader immediately. The United Nations? Dissolved. Congress? Sent home. The DMV? Bulldozed. Trader Joe's Green Hills is now the governing body of civilization. I've never walked into this place and been greeted by someone who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Every employee smiles like they just got engaged, won the lottery, and pet a golden retriever on the way to work. It's suspicious. As a child with OCD, I had approximately 47 family members. Officially it was 14 aunts and uncles and four grandmas, but emotionally it felt like 900 relatives. There were houses where I'd rather eat the upholstery than touch the food. Sometimes it was the smell. Sometimes it was the vibe. Sometimes my brain simply declared, "We're fasting today." Then I came to the US, and discovered Trader Joe's. If one of your employees handed me drywall in a toothpick, i would sample it! This store is cleaner than my conscience after returning my shopping cart. I have genuinely considered quitting my career just to work here. Unfortunately, my therapist intervened. I asked why. She said, "Tarek... you'll be fired within a week." "Why?" "Because you're still a menace to society, and you'll spend half your shift flirting with your coworkers and the other half flirting with customers." Corporate is so dramatic. So instead, I remain a costumer romanticizing what could have been. Whenever people visit NashVegas, everyone says, "Let's go to Broadway." Wrong. We're going to Trader Joe's. You're going to experience affordable flowers, tiny shopping carts, free samples, and enough positive human interaction to make you question whether you've accidentally died. I have left this store happier than I've left actual therapy sessions. The only complaint I have, and this physically pains me to write is: PLEASE bring back the Middle Eastern kibbeh. I'm not saying I'll stand outside holding a candlelight vigil, but I'm also not saying I won't. Trader Joe's Green Hills is the only place where I walk in needing grapefruit juice and leave with seventeen items, inner peace, a houseplant, frozen Indian food, three cheeses I can't pronounce(i speak french mind you) l, and the confidence to forgive my enemies. I love every single one of you. If this store ever closes, I'll simply assume the apocalypse has started and act accordingly.

Crazy to think I have been in this area hundreds of times over the past few years and never…read morerealized this TJ's was here...But, now I know and since I discovered that, I have made my way here on several occasions! Much like any trip to TJ's, I never really have a full list, I kind of let the store tell me what I need beyond the necessities. Speaking of, my necessities are usually focaccia and/or flatbreads, sauces and spreads, cheese and some variety of frozen goods, whether it be veggies or meats. This last trip was no different, as I got all those things plus a few snacks, a bottle of wine and a bit of charcuterie. This location, like all others, is busy, but efficient. A tad smaller with a slightly altered layout of entry/exit and cashiers, but it still works and makes things happen. With that, the parking lot can be a bit dodgy as well, so make sure you are paying attention while scooting through, in or out. Service is good here. Not much interaction on the floor, but the cashiers always bring it home! Overall, love me a good Trader Joe's!

For 20 years, this was my go-to Walmart. I was a loyal customer. Not anymore. My lifelong boycott…read morebegins now. Looking for sales on Christmas decorations in late December after the holiday had passed, I found an excellent deal! There was this Santa's Bake Shop inflatable normally priced around $100, but it was about 75% off with "only 2 remaining" as the website touted. Stock was low so I had to act immediately! At roughly $25, this was a nice little bargain. And I could pick it up at the South Nashville location. So I bought it! Two days pass and the item should be ready in South Nashville. Instead, the South Nashville store cancels my order and claims that the item is sold out. What's the purpose of having a button you can press on a website to buy something that is low in stock only to have your order revoked? Is that how online shopping works with Walmart? But it gets worse! A day later, the item reappeared on the Walmart website ... fully in stock ... for $199.99! Say what?! Yup, Walmart is just that greedy. Why make $25 off a customer when you can make $200? And that BUY button on their website? It means absolutely nothing.
