Am I writing a review their amazing deli? Am I writing a review for the amazing smoothies? Am I writing a review for their always fresh produce, consistently impeccable store, and killer cereal selection? Normally, the answer would be yes, but my most recent visit here has me writing a review for their amazing customer service and money order station. I'm currently in the process of moving and along with that comes getting carpets cleaned, walls painted, and photos taken. Surprisingly, a lot of small local businesses still only take cash or money orders; I guess cash will always be king. So, when I needed a money order at 8am when my normal bank branch didn't open until 9am, plus a 40-minute drive, Publix swooped in to save the day. Kelly, who helped me out, was amazing. Admittedly I hadn't written a check or gotten a money order in quite some time and Kelly helped to walked me through it step-by-step. Duh, I know this is a very simple process, but she made me feel at ease and reassured me that this happens all the time. Shout out to Publix! I'm moving back to the West Coast, where as far as I know there isn't a Publix, within a few thousand miles, but maybe someday! read more

My review is for the Sandwich engineers. At least one person on my crews has been grabbing a sandwich every shift for the last 6 months. Today we had them do a sandwich face off! Hannah Vs Ronald. A battle for the ages. The base sandwich was the cranberry turkey. When we got back to table My partner and I spent the better part of 45 minutes carefully critiquing each sandwich. At the end of the 45 minutes we both decided that we were not able to give a proper judging. For we both found the base sandwich in inspiring. I'm Sorry Hannah I was really hoping to come back with a fantastic win. And in my opinion Ronald was never going to win with putting the tomatoes in his entry. However my partner lives tomatoes and felt that Ronald's sandwich would have taken the win despite his generous application of cranberries.. Results.... A Draw. However, Hannah gets an advantage point for remembering the sandwiches code by memory. Do not let the review of the sandwich take away from the personalities behind the deli counter. This is a nice store with a fairly good assortment of items to pick from. And the prices are fair, with a few exceptions. We found everything we were after except we wanted pie apples and the selection was not good. Other than the apple selection, it gets a recommend. read more

It's tough to ding Publix. Every one of their stores is bright and clean and well stocked. We popped in to pick up the fixin's for some hot chocolate and ended up buying about $70 worth of great English stuff from the "ethnic foods" aisle. I'm from out of town and the few times we've shopped here I see why my family chooses this store for primary grocery shopping. I've lived in a lot of places around the country and visited plenty, as well, and have never found a staff as friendly as those here! They treat everyone like family instantly and everyone is genuinely helpful and kind! All the groceries are great and the seafood area is nice, too! After having shopped both at this location, along with the Kroger across the street, I can say that Publix wins in my book. They offer higher-end products, for example gourmet canned soups, which are organic and/or healthier choices than Campbell's or Progresso. I recently bought a box of pasta that was imported from Italy. That was a big hit with the family. Also, they offer a better quality of produce than I found at Kroger. i came here to the pharmacy after dental surgery to fill my pain meds prescription. they took a short amount of time to finish. and while i was waiting i found a 15mg adderall on the ground by the pickup counter. WAY COOL!!! i only took off a star because, even tho getting a free addy was a super bonus, it's kind of unprofessional to have loose pills lying on the floor at the pharmacy counter. just really not a good look. read more

Oh, Publix, how I love thee. So courteous with a heart as true. People here are always so helpful. I take my grandmother because everything is right where it should be so there are no guessing games. You know what else is cool? All you have to do is ask them to order things and they will! Now that's customer service! Every isle, if I'm looking for something, I'm asked if I need help. They go out of their way. They are also understanding and patient with the elderly. They don't even get mad when my grandmother can't wait and opens stuff and eats it, or takes out a cough drop or starts drinking her coke. When I went to go get one thing we forgot, I came back to them putting he things on the conveyor belt for her! So sweet!! Customer service doesn't fall short here. My only complaint is that on two occasions, the meat has a date that has been wrong, meaning that it has gone bad before the date. Not sure what's up with that. Next time I will take it back but didn't feel like bothering with it. Oh, and I also want to add that I love the little meals they have to test. I bought everything for the flat bread pizza. and Nutella dessert. She made me a believer! read more

Pharmacy... CARL... always finds a reason to NOT do his job. I go to the drive thru a few weeks ago, try to use the GOODRX coupon on my phone. He insists I have to come INTO THE STORE to use that... (during a worldwide pandemic). I ended up paying full price. Yesterday they notified me I had two prescriptions ready, so I made a special trip to pick them up. When I get there, CARL informs me they cancelled one because it wasn't time for a refill yet. As if HE has even a clue about what my Dr. has recommended for me. Long story short, time to find a pharmacy who gives a damn. Screw you CARL! read more

Remember when top sirloin at publix sold for one week at $3.99 per pound I purchased several from different location they were NOT too sirloin at all I don't even think they were STEAK worst meat ever. Chewy no mater how you cook it. I will NEVER buy meat from them. read more

Just like they promise, shopping truly is a pleasure at this Publix location. A shopping experience at Publix is so opposite anything you'll experience at a Wal-Mart Supercenter that you'll swear you're in an alternate reality. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, you'll be greeted by employees offering their assistance. The bakery turns out delicious food. The deli's fried chicken is better than any restaurant's. The selections throughout the store are impressive. Yeah ... some of the prices could be better, but you can save money there if you shop wisely. As for me, I am willing to pay a little more for some things to avoid the pain and suffering brought on from a Wal-Mart experience. read more

It is Huge and super clean, fruit and veg always pucker. Fish counter a bit expensive and sometimes suspect. also $24 for two pieces of Halibut frozen seemed a bit much. I got two for $12 at Kroger last week. Today only 1 aisle open and the guy was being trained, it took forever and made me late for the Doctors so I am a bit cross today. Fortunately their British section is not bad and I had some Uncle Joes Mint Balls to console myself with. Well done Publix on stocking this item. read more

Publix grocery stores are the best in town. They all carry pretty much the same items but it can vary per store. Could you buy an item cheaper elsewhere, maybe but the customer service of Publix is awesome. They go out of their way to help you read more

I usually have a nice experience with this publix, nice produce selection friendly employees. My trip this morning was anything but delightful. A bagger decided to degrade me because I mentioned I had to make a stop at kroger the day before for my employees. He claimed krogers food was pitiful, and close to poison, he felt sorry for me and said I should not shop there. Well excuse me Mr. 50 year old working as a bagger at a grocery store, who are you to decide where I spend my money? He was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The young girl who was checking me out looked mortified. Maybe publix should work with their employees on customer service, including what is and what is NOT acceptable form of communicating in the workplace. read more
