We decided to drive a little further out to this Walmart since Lebanon's is a little run down and often lacking on inventory. The staff here are overall helpful but seem a bit lost as to where they are, often receiving "huh?" and "uhhh. What?" Repeating yourself a second or third time will get an answer once they realize they're working at Walmart. The store is pretty clean and well stocked. It's definitely a better location than Lebanon's, that's for sure. Walmart is cheap and has made our move here much more affordable while we settle in. read more

I needed a pair of hose for the first time in DECADES! If I would have had thought ahead, I could have ordered them but ran out of time. This Walmart had a large selection of size and styles of hose on sale. The store was clean and well organized. The aisles were not crowded with extra displays so maneuverability was very easy. My credit card was being finicky at self checkout. An associate was there to assist me very fast. He was helpful and very friendly. Very pleased with my experience. read more

This supercenter had everything I needed to get for my truck like the brush for my hair. All the food was well stocked and there was not a lot of pallet's lying around. I believe I got here at a good time because I didn't have to wait long to get checked out. There were a lot of cashiers talking and watching me closely but I didn't mind I know they have a job to do. read more

I like this Walmart. It's pretty clean and about average on "outs" in this store. So, you can just about find what you need at this Walmart. They have some pretty good workers here when you can find one to help you. However, you are pretty much on your own when you need help here. I find this true at just about every Walmart I have been to. Presently, they are building an IHOP restaurant in the parking lot. There's plenty of parking spots out in their parking lot. One thing I didn't like about coming here is, this Walmart is away from the main road. You have to drive down a road for about a quarter of mile before you get here. It's also kind a hard to get into and out of this Walmart while entering or leaving. One tip I would give is to check out the seasonal section every time you come in. I have found items on sale and saved some money. read more

Let me start off by saying I am from CT. And the Walmart situation is pretty poor. Now that I am in TN, I am shocked by the difference in quality. The shelves were FULLY stocked. Was profiled upon exiting the building by an absolute loser that works at this store. He came running through the sliding doors from outside at me with his hand up. If he had a whistle, he definitely would've been blowing it. For context, the self checkout gave me 2 separate errors that an assistant had to come and fix, apparently it glitched on a loaf of bread and one of my freezer pizzas, so it flagged me and my wife. You would've thought this narc was busting me for a brick of cocaine at the front door. He was rude and condescending, talking over me, actually acting like I was really trying to steal 2 items amounting to $7... with a full cart of other things that got paid for amounting over $200 lol. This guy definitely wishes he could've been a cop. He was very proud that he "caught me". If you're reading this, the sunglasses I was wearing cost more than your paycheck. Walmart attracts mouth breathers anyway so I'm not terribly surprised. I'll stick to Target from now on :^) read more

I went to Walmart and the one in Mt. Juliet is my absolute favorite. The store is always so clean and organized. This Walmart is a role model for how all stores should be. The staff is generally very friendly and always helpful. read more

I tried their home delivery service for the first time. Was promised same day delivery between 3-4 pm. At 530 I called to see where my order was and was told the delivery person was loading up. I prefer this Walmart compared to Hermitage and sometimes Lebanon but there were a few products that were out of stock and some of the aisles looks revenged through. Not the employees fault one bit - looking at you customers - but this Walmart is much nicer than those in surrounding cities. read more

This location abuses it's workers! Works them inhumanely to the bone! No breaks. No time off. And marks them off via point system for "unsatisfactory" work ethic. They also fire single mother's for needing to leave work to pick up their children for anything including: Schools letting out early= fired. Babysitter late/needing to leaving early/being let go/quitting= fired. Needing to leave early for parent teacher conferences= Fired. Needing to leave for after school activities= Fired. All in all.... Shopping here is like shopping at any other Walmart. It's convenient and follows through with all it's services...... DO NOT WORK FOR THIS LOCATION IF NEEDING A JOB OR A WAY TO PAY FOR LIVING....... They don't care for employees. read more

A fairly decent trip for a Walmart shopping trip. The staff was mostly friendly and the store was clean despite it being close to Christmas.

Wow! For a Wal-mart this is a very clean one. Nicely stocked. Nice and helpful employees, not sure if its the area or they like working here. They have a money center in here which makes it seperate from the customer service area. They have a beauty salon and a bank in here as well. read more

The forgotten WalMart: always out of stock or restocking. Their parking lot by is very dim in the evening and that brings me to my point. We have gone in after 10:30 on a few occasions and it seems to be the same two folks working. There are a few others working in the back, but for the most part these folks are alone working the self check-out. For example, Friday we went and seen a movie and stopped at Wal Mart on the way home, it was approximately,10:30. There was one little old lady working the entire front of the store. Only 3 of self check-out were working and there were no lines open. Including us there were about 5 people in line and the poor woman was doing her best to help everyone and keep up. I think, in my opinion, these folks are vulnerable especially the older lady. We went this location last year at night and there was a bomb threat. This location has had more than a few shoplift and run incidents during the day, how much more vulnerable during the night. Maybe it's because this location, bring is so close to the highway or maybe it's because it's the lost Wal-Mart...... If a business that is open all night can't maintain it's quality, close it at respectful hour or pay your workers more so they will work these God forsakened hours......
