I had a disappointing experience at this Walmart, especially as a Pokémon collector. They had a large amount of Pokémon products available, with over 500 packs in stock, and the posted limit was 5 items per customer. However, one employee only allowed me to purchase 2 items, even though there were no other customers waiting and plenty of product available. I understand limits are sometimes needed, but the situation felt unnecessary since the store had a large supply and the limit was already in place. The employee could have handled the situation in a more customer-friendly way. Hopefully, future visits will be a better experience because the store had a great selection of products available. read more

This Walmart is actually very clean and organized. I do not frequent Walmarts but when I do they seem to be a hot mess. I had to stop to get something that I couldn't find anywhere else. I dreaded going to a Walmart but I didn't really have a choice. The parking lot was pretty empty and so was the store. Surprisingly a nice experience. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Department Stores Near Me - Hendersonville, Tennessee

Walked in the front doors and guess what I saw??? Employees, a guy and a lady in the Deli making out!!!! Wow I guess they couldn't wait to get off work. So I pointed at them both with a big smile and said, "I seen that!" And they laughed it off and I as well. But is that ok? For employees to be kissing on the job??? Wondering were they on camera??? Well doesn't matter.....I saw it. LoL ! read more

Items great Newer look nice Cleanliness nice Customer service awful, no one would slow down to make eye contact, workers all appearing disgruntled to be at work Customer service is vital in my own occupation It's been months, but I don't believe I will return to this location read more

This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been to! I ordered 1 item online for a store pick up! Again I ordered 1 thing, 1 thing! It was storage bin for Christmas items. I checked in at the spot downloaded the app as requested and waited 45 minutes, just to be ignored and never brought out the item!! I ordered online and went to Walmart when I was notified that the item was ready for pick up and I did not receive the item!! I will never shop at Walmart. I have tried too many times to give them the benefit of the doubt but when you hire employees who do not even care and are rude and ignore you then what is the point? Do not order online because you will never get the item you paid for and you will have to sit in your car for 45 minutes to realize that you are being ignored. Then to top everything off when I got home to cancel the item, I was not able to do so because the website was experiencing an error!? This whole experience has just solidified that I will never give Walmart anymore of my money or time! read more

By far, the worst service center east of the Mississippi. In regards to any work on your vehicle, they'll tell you "it'll be done in an hour" but what they really mean is they won't take it back for at least an hour and then you'll have to wait 30-60 minutes. Guess this is what happens when you have lazy and incompetent people working for you. Next time we'll pay extra money to have our vehicles serviced somewhere else! read more

Gavin B In Groccery Is AMAZING really helped me find everything i needed, best customer service in the store! very knowledgeable of where everything is and he is hilarious!! read more

Ordered a delivery between 5-6 pm. It arrived at 7:35 but to the wrong house. It is raining and I had to drive to the house and pick it up. Luckily I recognized the house. I might as well have gone to the store. I will never tip the drivers again. I want my tip back. I called spark at 1-800-924-9206. Said he would send my tip back in an email and report the driver. We will see. read more

The Auto Center should be avoided altogether. Do not go to this location to have new tires installed! They broke one of my tire pressure sensors when they installed them and then pretended like nothing was wrong. I eventually had a reputable tire shop investigate and they found that Walmart had reinstalled the broken sensor after they broke it without telling me. It cost me nearly $400 to fix the problem (had to have all the sensors replaced). read more

I was in Hendersonville on Sunday 6/11 and found a screw in my tire around 2pm. I googled 8 tire shops in the area but only 2 were open. The other shop closed at 4pm. They could repair the tire but my car would not be ready until noon the next day. I had planned to leave the area at 8am on Monday for a 9 hour drive back to NC. I somewhat reluctantely drove to Walmart to check my options. They were open until 6pm and had time to repair my tire that afternoon. The repair held up for my drive and for the following week before I could get new tires (tread was low anyway). Overall very pleased with the way things turned out. read more

Do not use the pick up here, The website indicates you can add or delete from your order which was a lie, I got the email my order was ready, and when I arrived waitted over 30 minutes and had to leave. The person on staff was in no hurry to help, moving at the speed of a turtle, even tho there were 6 cars ahead of me. I inquired @ 20 minutes and she said I was in the computer and my order was ready. at the end of the next 10 minutes she had only put one order out. Knowing 5 more cars, at 10 minutes each I could have gone in the store and shopped and checked out. to add insult to injury, when I got home the email said the store had cancelled my order, not that I had cancelled the order. I hear Target has a really good pick up service. read more

Zero stars. This idea of 24 hrs is great, but you need to be able to properly staff it. 1 cashier at midnight, 12 people in line, 12 people pissed off and annoyed. Some 100 year old grumpy manager (yellow vest). Scolded that they need to cash out, it's midnight! Then close at 12pm, don't be 24 hrs. Walmart is the ABSOLUTE WORST for hiring awful, useless employees. Target at least tries at customer service. Walmart should take an interest in customer care, online shopping keeps us out of the stores, horrible employees don't help. read more

I love this store so big and have a lot of options, staff are helpful. Great deals and clearance items. I love the scan go lanes.

It's a Walmart. Avoid the meat and produce, but get great prices on frozen food, milk, and OTC meds. Gets crowded and perpetually understaffed at registers, even more than most bigger Walmarts. But they usually get me out of there in a good mood, and I've never had a major issue with anything I bought there. AVOID ship-to-store from Walmart.com at this location. I waited nearly 30 minutes jut to be helped...with nobody in line in front of me. Over an hour after pushing for help, I finally got the product to my car. Big kudos to the staff for loading it in, however. read more

I have now tried to call the electronic department several times and customer service no one will answer and they just keep hanging up on me their prices on their website do not match the prices in store and they do not honor the prices on their website to the store what's the point of having a store if the prices are always going to be cheaper online. read more

My family and I shopped here this afternoon around 1ish, and while the Walmart employees themselves were very friendly and helpful, I have to say that I was quite appalled by the DirecTV (or some other satellite provider) salesman at the back of the store. I watched as this man insulted a husband and wife in front of their child, and as they walked off to get away from him, he then said to the husband, "Yeah, that's right. I see you running away." He then decided that I would be his next victim and made fun of my sweatshirt, which said "Y'all". As our group of six walked past him, he then felt it appropriate to call my daughter's father-in-law "dude", and when he then told the salesman that he did not appreciate being called dude, the salesman retorted with, "Uh, what, are you a doctor or something?" I have encountered pushy salesmen on many prior occasions, but I have never witnessed someone be so disrespectful and offensive. I cannot believe that any business would allow such conduct to take place. read more

I don't know where to start, I recently had rotator cuff surgery, the same day my Son took my prescription to the pharmacy in Walmart, they refused to fill it because in there opinion they dosage was to much! After some arguing they said it's not there policy to fill the prescription, I now get my prescriptions filled at Kroger, No Problems! I counted 7 people in the pharmacy and no one will make eye contact with you, and several people standing in line, The store is just as bad, yesterday two registers open, with 4 people in line at each one! I'm in a sling, can barely push my shopping cart without hitting something? Going through the self checkout the obnoxious woman working there seen me struggling with scanning my items, continued to gossip with her fellow employee, I asked to speak with a manager and an employee comes up with there ID badge turned so you couldn't see there name, I asked her to let me see her name, no where on her badge said anything about her being a manager! Customer Service Sucks! In the entire Store. Needless to say from now on my shopping will be done at Kroger,Publix and Target. read more

Why in the world do you offer beer and wine if the cashiers are to young to ring it up? Every time I've tried to buy it, we stand there waiting for a supervisor to ring it up and it holds up the entire line. After waiting 5-10 minutes, I tell them To keep it. I'm not going to hold up the line. My last time of even trying to buy it there. read more

Please refrain from using Wal-Mart pick-up for "convenience". I normally shop for myself, but could not leave the house today, due to several contractors arriving at ambiguous times like noon to 8:00pm, etc... My order was placed at 1:15pm. Received confirmation to pick up between 6:00-7:00pm. The website took my number for text "updates". I had no texts, no updates, no emails. When I called they said the order may or may not be ready between 6:00-7:00pm, if not, you just wait. She said she would check for me, before I came out. The OPG (?) Vincent (Vincen) the poster boy for Apathy, asked me if I knew which store I ordered from. They had no record. I gave him the confirmation number, the store address and his response was "There's really nothing I can do about that." Two things need to be done: Train support management appropriately and communicate to your customers. JUST REMEMBER YOUR ORDER MAY STILL NEED COMPLETION WHEN YOU GET THERE AND YOU GET TO SIT IN THE CAR. read more

Very clean and well stocked Walmart. Much better than ones I've previously been to. The staff is very friendly but it's so big I often get lost. It's right next to an array of different things so the parking lot is always full and most times you can't find a parking spot. read more
