    Package left in front of garage

    I use the online app to make an order and have its sent to my home. The carrier representative for Target left my package in front of the garage door and NOT at my front door or front porch. I almost ran the package over backing out of the garage with my car. Also - leaving package behind the garage exposes the items to potential theft. Target app has no type of complaint line or customer service connection. The actual store shifts blame to app and carrier so no one wants to be responsible.

    U wouldn't see this type of organizing and cleanliness at targets $hitty competitor.

    Dirty, dumpy, disorganized. Same crap allll year long. Clothes are crap. Shoes are crap. What happened to Target?

    Great service but there is usually not many registers available. There is a good variety of toys,clothes,skin care,and makeup

    I won't shop here anymore. Prices are inflated and the time it takes to check out is ridiculous! The employees not to helpful either!

    Today has been a horrible experience before christmas. My wife was expecting a beautiful black…read morechaise to go into her she room, but unfortunately the delivery driver caused more damage than I would never imagine. The hispanic driver snapped our cable line from the telephone pole to our home and now the line is laying in our driveway. Imagine the look on my face to see part of our siding ripped from our home laying in our flower bed. Then the driver who was trying to maneuver the chaise through our front door broke the arm to the chair. Why send unexperienced employee that are contractors to your customers home. This is truly unacceptable to anyone . Then the two guys scratched to the bedroom door and leaving paint on the carpet. If anyone come across this review. Please save your money and shop somewhere else. Who is going to pay for these damages. A simple delivery turned into a nightmare. Instead of Santa Claus we got the Grinch that stole christmas

Number 1. what really helped us make our decision was the customer service. Yes just good old fashion customer service! Samantha our store rep was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional. She didn't push any sale items or made us feel uncomfortable while we were browsing . The day that we decided to make our purchase Samantha wasn't in the store it was her day off. However, the store Sales manager, Travis Jaynes remembered us for our prior 2 visits. He he asked for our name and phone number and Samantha had input our information in their system and he had our information for delivery. Thanks Samantha and Travis for making our purchase a smooth one. This was our first time going to an Ashley HomeStore and ya made it a pleasant experience. We'll be back!!! And we are sharing our experience with family and friends. Thanks ********UPDATE ******** ****** 8/18/2020********* Okay I don't usually update unless something is really good or really disappointing! In this Yelp I'm disappointed, unhappy and wondering if I should return the product? I called Ashley Home Store on the day after my furniture was delivered. Which was 8/5/2020. I didn't realize at the time of delivery that the Island that I ordered was not finished being put together. The guys brought in in left me with an Allen wrench that was in the drawer and the shelves inside the unit not assembled. ( the shelves go on outside the unit and one large one inside the inside the unit). I don't know how to put them on because they have pegs that attach the shelves. Well and to top that off the legs are not on be tight! So I called that said with in 2 day we'll have someone out. (Crickets). I went back to the store 8/8/2020 where I purchased it. Talked with Travis he requested 2nd time for the repair order. (Crickets) 3rd time I called on Wednesday 8/11/2020 I talked to Roslyn @ the Home Store. she put in a 3rd request and said give them a couple of days. (CRICKETS) 8/15/2020 talked to Travis and he was disappointed that no nobody had contacted me. So he says he was going to make some calls. Today is the 18th and I think I just may return the item. What would you do???**
