Dirty, dumpy, disorganized. Same crap allll year long. Clothes are crap. Shoes are crap. What happened to Target?

LITERALLY THE MOST UN-ORGANIZED TARGET EVER! for how expensive this place is, is should be much more kept up with. the clothes sections are always the worst, they are extremely dirty and nothing is in the right place. not to mention they barely have anything in stock ever. it's like they just hired a bunch of 12 year olds and set them off without training. i recommend you make the drive and just go to a different location read more

Sadly on the East side of Nashville, our Target options are not the best. We usually avoid the Madison location for several reasons and now with the new Costco nearby in Hendersonville, we make it point to swing by this location when needed. The visits here have been hit and miss for the most part. The store has undergone some updates in the last few years and is still nicer and better equipped than other nearby locations, but the main thing with this location is how disorganized it seems on the regular. No matter what time of day, there is always stock on the floor, even in some cases completely blocking shelves and racks of merchandise. Service is just as hit and miss. We can never seem to find anyone on the floor, and when we do, they never approach you first. Overall, it's Target and it pains me to give anything less than 5 stars, but this store needs some work. read more

Too pricey and unclean to deal with customer service like Jamie, the lady working the cash register. They had her working the register with one good hand and one injured hand. That shouldn't have happened, but she also made it a point to work even slower, spending 20 minutes to get through a single checkout. She insisted on telling every customer how unfairly her job was treating her, it's obvious she doesn't want to be there, at least not on a register. Additionally, she's not very polite to those patiently waiting in her line; I initially sympathized with her, but it's clear she's like this on a daily basis and using her injury as an excuse to turn her problems into customer's problems. I just grabbed a Costco membership and will do all further shopping there, across the street. read more

This is by far the worst Target ever. The store is a mess, the aisles are cluttered with the products on the floor. I took a blanket off of an end cap and the entire shelf fell. The employees are rude and try to ignore you at all cost. Management is terrible and should be replaced. read more

I don't normally review big chains like this but felt compelled to by the excellent customer service I received today. I ordered online for pickup, which had a 2 hour window. My order was ready in less than an hour. While picking up I decided to grab a few other things. This store is clean and well stocked. I had trouble loading a heavy box into my cart but an employee jumped to help and offered to also help load it in my car. I wish I had gotten her name, she was so kind and helpful, more so than Amy other target employee interactions I've had in the past. Well done! read more

The pharmacist was not helpful at all. She kept saying "it's hard to say" to all my questions. I would have thought with her education she would have more knowledge, but apparently not. A store employee also ran away from me when I tried to get her attention. I will avoid this store. read more

Me and my family member went to target a week ago because I needed some swimming shorts, are over all experience was terrible. I use the online app to make an order and have its sent to my home. The carrier representative for Target left my package in front of the garage door and NOT at my front door or front porch. I almost ran the package over backing out of the garage with my car. Also - leaving package behind the garage exposes the items to potential theft. Target app has no type of complaint line or customer service connection. The actual store shifts blame to app and carrier so no one wants to be responsible. read more

This is the most unorganized and physically messy target I have ever seen. We go here at least once a week based off location convenience but it is starting to get unbearable. No matter what day or what time of day you go, the store is a complete mess. Every single asile is full of stuff that customers have just left laying around from other departments. A lot of the time the misplaced items are even on the floor and you have to watch where you walk. There's tons of peoples garbage left on the shelves and even opened products in the toy section. This is definitely the most unkept store I have ever been in and that is really disappointing for a target location. read more

Do not go to Hendersonville Target if you are concerned about Covid 19. While there is a sign on the door that says a mask is required to enter there is no enforcement of that in the store. I was there at 3:00 PM today and quit counting the number of people in the store without a mask at 40. If you say that a mask is required you need to enforce that requirement. Nearly all the people I saw without a mask were in the 20-40 age range. read more

This target is great with the one exception of checking out. Every time I have come here the line has been absolutely insane to check out. There will be 15+ people all with a shopping cart full trying to check out with only 2 registers open. And it takes about 10-15 minutes of this slow, miserable process for them to realize they need to open more cash registers. Other than that it's a great target to shop out. read more

More upscale with same price match policy as other big sellers. Great location and good customer service. Not 5 stars as with the new layout, check out time has increased. Plus, customer service/returns take longer as Target incorporated this area into the checkout lines. If you want to return something, you have to get in line and could be behind someone who is just purchasing a bunch of items. Target needs to figure this one out. read more

This Target is the best Target store I've been to. About six months ago, my wife was 8 months pregnant and passed out in the store. The manager guy seemed sincerely concerned and was very attentive to being very well in charge of making sure medical help arrived. He seemed to be fairly young too (maybe early 30's). But every time he sees me there he asks about my family and if there's anything he can do to make my trip there better. Those types of sincere gestures make shopping there worth the extra drive. The overall store is clean, always available registers and the overall staff is top notch! read more

I am from out-of-state, and I have only shopped at a handful of Target stores. In my opinion, this store was very clean and well stocked. Employees were completely accommodating when I asked for help; however, this is what I was impressed about the most: I had a mystery of an issue that I don't believe was caused by any particular employee. I don't want to elaborate on the details, but two days after the incident occurred, I returned to the customer service counter, explained my dilemma, and left the store within minutes as a completely satisfied customer. I wish I had written down the lady's name at the Customer Service Desk before I left (I knew that I would forget it). She listened carefully and did all she could to remedy the situation, all with an extremely good disposition. I will certainly shop at this Target store during future visits. read more

I was going into target today to get an item for Christmas, one of those Hatchimals, and it is the hottest selling toy this year, that target store website Stated "limited stock" at that store at aisle E11! When I went to that aisle, they didn't have any on the self, so I went up to one of the employees to see if there could possibly be one in the back, and his name was Austin, he works back in toys and electronics! He told me in a snotty tone, "we don't have any, Sorry" and I told him that the website stated "Limited Stock" and he still wouldn't check, what a jerk! Don't ever shop at that target or any other targets, go to Walmart, you will save more money there for the same better stuff you find at target and there's a huge selection at Walmart!! P.S. I went to Walmart in Hendersonville and the employees personally checked in the back and told me that it would be a while before they get another shipment! read more

Let's be honest. Target doesn't need reviews to draw people. For some reason people are addicted to the stores. There are articles written about the wonder and attraction of Target. One can blame subliminal messages or just great marketing; but we all know that everyone likes Target. Wider aisles, the color red, large carts, better product lines, magnificent clearance racks, locations, or lattes ? Or perhaps because there are no "people of Target"?! Whatever the draw it works. We all go even to just walk around on date night. So...being that there's not much to review lets at least talk about the restrooms. Of course I can only speak about the women's but I've heard from my husband that the men's is ok too. Yep the bathrooms pass inspection. Now that I'm 51 I pretty much visit every restroom within 10 feet. Bathrooms are of great importance to older women and toddlers! It's what we have to look forward to ladies! Lol! Anyway, they are always clean. It would appear that they power wash or have a cleaning survice come in or give a pretty good incentive to employees that clean them (which I think any business should consider). Kudos to Target for having clean potties! Great job guys. Keep up the great "wooing" techniques too! read more
