I came here today for one item and left with so much more because this Walmart has the mac & cheese flavors that were just released and I bought so many of them today. You would swear that I live with mac & cheese with how many I bought. Also found this pajama set that I was looking for and it is so cute. I also came out with a couple of drinking glasses that are perfect for my collection. It was so fun to browse the aisles today as this Walmart store has so much more than the others in my area. My recent experience at Walmart was not enjoyable. I visited after 10 PM on a Thursday night and there were teenagers running around and making loud noises. The staff had to intervene to kick them out eventually because they were disturbing the other customers. Another issue I continue to have at Walmart is the payment terminals not accepting my inserted card. There is no option to tap, so I have to reinsert my card numerous times until it allows me to swipe my card. The employees at the self-checkout are not helpful and just stand there watching you struggle. Even when you need help, they don't want to come over. I hope their registers are fixed or they add tap to pay to make it easier. read more

They have lots of produce in stock. There are tomatoes. They also have avocados. They have a wide selection of juices. They have white onions as well. They have broccoli. Atmosphere - Some areas may have a smell. Maybe some of the odor is from the produce. No music playing or at least it is hidden behind the beeps and other ambient noise. Pretty busy at the time I visited. I did not visit the restroom. A little cold inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot. It's better a little chilly than hot. Service - Saw a few employees, mostly in the produce section restocking. The service here was quick. Order and pay at the front registers. Self service available. Parking - Surface parking lot. No parking meter or parking structures. No covered or shaded parking. Could do with some trees or parking covers in the summer. Parking lot needs to be resurfaced. Really hard to push the shopping cart across the uneven parking lot. Unique - Did not see anything unique. Seemed mostly organized when I visited. read more

Went to check out some of the Legendary pop tarts because I saw them at my gym and they have high protein and relatively low carbs. I actually decided to give Walmart a try this year with my birthday cake. I turn 40 years old on 10/26 and was picking up a 6" cake from the bakery. I placed the order in person. I received a text message on Friday, 10/25 that my order had technical difficulties. When calling in, I was transferred to a lead of the department after routing through the service desk & an initial gentleman from bakery/deli. The reason my order was indeed canceled was because they had an influx of cake orders come in and they only have 1 person to do the cakes at this time. This is where customer service comes in. There wasn't a phone call to me to apologize for the inconvenience. They also gave me less than a 24 hour cancellation. To add, there wasn't an offer to simply pull a cake from the shelf or offer any other solution. The result simply is me snagging one from Fry's or Albertson's which is where my gut told me to go. So much for treating myself to the cake I wanted. Oh well. read more

Walmart has corn bread and cube stuffing for about two dollars and fifty eight cents before tax. Whenever I go to Walmart it tends to be crowded with lots of people. The lines are always long. I have yet to go and be the only person in line. I need to figure out when it will be less crowded. They have self check out which is nice. The parking lot is always a hassle for me too. I would give 1 star if Yelp would let me. I waited in line behind 2 elderly ppl without budgeting sense while they went through all their cards trying to pay. Most likely spent 15 mins waiting. Only 2 checkers working at 4pm on a Monday I finally check out - 6 big water bottles and two planters -and guess who gets stopped at the door . Let me start by saying do not trust the inventory that is reflected on the website. What you are looking at may or may not actually be in the store. We were looking for a specific bikini top and the website said it was not in stock at this store, but since we were so close by we decided to try anyway and VOILA... exactly what we wanted in the size we needed was awaiting us! Popped in for a few items and water for our hotel room as we were in town for a wedding. It's your everyday Walmart where I get to scan, bag and check out my own items. The young lady monitoring the area was very helpful. Asked if she knew where the closest Chase bank was and she pulled out her phone and checked for us (very kind). Took the items to the register, no discount and when I asked the associates they said it's already built into the regular price. The store greeters are always friendly, store is well stocked for being a high traffic shopping district, and the self-checkout staff keeps it humming. Best time to shop is early morning, not a ton of shoppers, the store is being restocked, so lots of helpful employees that know where to find things, and no lines at the checkout. Or you can pay for Walmart+ and have everything delivered to your door. read more

Update... had a bad night and experience with Jim, an employee restocking shelves. Was 10pm at night and since all the mayhem of toilet paper shortage, 24 hour Walmarts have been closing at 11pm to restock and clean. They are supposed to restock after customers are no longer in the store, right? So why did Jim bring out a whole cart FULL of hand wipes and cottenelle flushable wipes, at 10pm, but not allow me to buy any??!! Let me break it down. I was actually there to buy transmission fluid for my dad who works til midnight. He wasn't able to make the 11pm closure, so I went for him. While walking to automotive in the rear of the store, my husband sees that guy bringing the cart to the front of the beauty section. I chuckled to the guy, "we're following you" not thinking it was a big deal. He looks at me, but doesn't say anything. He parks the cart and walks away. I pick up the box of cottenelle wipes to take 2 small packages and the guy walks back up, tells me I can't buy it, and that it's not ready to be restocked. He then literally grabs the box out of my hand! I was in shock! Are you kidding??! I ask him why he brought it out in front of customers and he shrugs and says that he's not opening them til the store closes. Soooo, you literally dangled a carrot in front of a rabbit? I said "so, I have to be here 3 hours before the store opens to wait in line just to get a pack of wipes that you already have??! That mayhem is the reason I shop at night!" He says, "desperate times calls for desperate measures" at that point I did tell him to shut up. My bad, but I was so mad. It's that type of attitude that is causing this panic. People feel they have to wait in horrific lines at the butt crack of dawn or camp outside of stores, just to get a pack of toilet paper or paper towels. Stores limiting quantities should help alleviate hoarding, yet this guy won't even ration the product to me, he just refused to let me buy it period! Wtf??! Then he says, "I should have never brought it out." Not as if to say, "uh oh I screwed up", but more with the attitude that I was an annoying customer who was harassing him even though he had it available. To top things off, right after Jim grabbed the box out of my hand, I told my husband to get Anne (you know the familiar face who always gives my daughter stickers). Apparently that's as far as her customer service goes because even though I told her what he had done AND said, she told me it was out of her hands and that some things they can't sell til the next day. So this guy gets away with it??! She apologized numerous times, and offered to find one on the shelf (which of course weren't there, hence the reason I wanted to open the box), but offered no other type of solution or reconciliation. Mind you, they were opening up other boxes and putting them on the shelves, but refused to open the cottenelle. I think at this point he was just having a power trip and she was backing him up. A proper solution to a customer, and a loyal one at that, would have been to say, "you know what, it was our bad that we brought it out in front of customers, let me give you one and then take the cart back to the back room and we'll put it out after the store closes". Instead, they refused to sell me ANY and let me leave the store unhappy. Well Walmart and your rude employees, now I won't see you in the morning or ever again for that matter because I refuse to get my 9 year old up at 2am to be at your store by 5am to get toilet paper or wipes. You obviously want to be bum rushed at the doors when you open, but I'd rather take my husband's suggestion and use a sock to wipe myat this point. So many times I've defended Walmart to my friends about their treatment of customers, but not anymore. I'll take my business to target from now on. As I said in my last review, customer service is EVERYTHING!! don't care what anyone else says about this Walmart. One person makes me and my family love it so much... Miss Anne! She's amazing. Every time my daughter sees her, Miss Anne always makes time to stop what's she's doing to give her candy or stickers. Not that we care about the material things, but just the fact that she would try to make someone's day, makes me smile. If she's ever having a bad day or maybe feeling overwhelmed, you wouldn't know it. Walmart, you better keep her around. Service is everything and she's excellent at it! We love her! read more

This is the third time this has happened to me at this location. I was checking out of self check lane. With 5 other people checking out. So 5 people 5 different registers. The employees comes right behind me and stands behind me only the whole. Not checking anyone else. I am a Puerto Rican from NY. I was the only Latino in the section and he stares at me the whole time and leans over to check my receipt. Which would of been fine had he been doing this the other customers. This review is for the pharmacy. My veterinarian called in a prescription for my cat. I go over to pick it up and the pharmacy says they don't have it. I go home and call the veterinarian and confirm that it was called in. I go back to the pharmacy and they say they don't have it. I tell them that they do have it and then magic! They have it. I go home and look at the medication. It's for the wrong prescription. I call Walmart and they told me that is what the veterinarian called in. I call the veterinarian and they confirm that Walmart messed up. What a shocker. I had to go back to Walmart and get a refund. The pharmacist didn't apologize. If you go here, check your prescriptions closely. I'm super annoyed. How incompetent. That is review #400. read more

On Monday, August 23 at 10:30 am, I visited this Walmart. I was shopping in the women's clothing when I had to use the restroom. I use Lasix for congestive heart failure and when the medication kicks in, I have little time to spare before I have to find a restroom. I went to the restrooms at the front of the store, since they were the closest. A gentleman was just finishing up cleaning the women's restroom. I explained my situation and he told me I could not enter. I explained again. Please note- he had his cleaning cart completely out of the restroom and was "air drying" the tiles immediately in front of the door with a piece of cardboard. I told him that I had to use the restroom or else I would end up urinating on the floor trying to get to the restrooms in the electronic section. With much protest, he finally let me in. Once I was done, he was waiting outside. Once again, I tried to explain my medical condition. He stood there and smirked at me, then picked up the closed sign for the restroom. I asked him if he was done. He grinned and said yes. He was done when I asked to go in, but was just being cruel. This behavior violates Ally's Law, aka The Restroom Access Act.
