The customer service is absolutely terrible!!!! My wife was getting a pregnancy test today (less than an hour ago). So she went over to the locked section and pressed the button for help. No one came but there was a lady on the same aisle stocking shelves. The lady saw her and heard the thing go off but then looked back to the shelves and kept stocking. My wife waited over 10 minutes before asking her if she was able to help or if she knew who had the key. The lady in the most emotionless way possible said yea I have it. Then she finally helped her. Then while waiting in the self checkout line an employee walked up and took the item out of her cart. She didn't say anything or explain she just walked away leaving my wife to wait for her to come back. It was such a bizarre experience. The store had all stuff most Walmarts have but the customer service definitely leaves something to be desired! Please train bigger! read more

The service was horrible. It's 2 days before Christmas and my relative made an error with scanning one thing 2 times. We were standing for almost 10 minutes waiting on somebody to help us out. There was a specific worker there and she walked right past us. She look at the self checkout we were at and still walked past. Almost every single employee was gathered at the return isle. Every corner I passed, I saw various open products. The products are horrible. The employees work so slow, I had hope at least someone would say "I'd be with you shortly." Not one living soul said that. It's Christmas, I know people get tired, that shouldn't mean employees get to ignore customers and not pay any mind to them. read more

They've also been 100% correct, and always had my items in stock. So... no complaints! I'd recommend trying a pick up order and seeing how it goes for you. read more

Tried to return a Christmas gift without receipt. Provided my ID to the clerk. The gift I was returning for credit included 3 items. A Vest- cost $27 and change. a hat and mittens worth about $25 . The Clerk explained that she could return the hat and mittens because the cost was under $25 but she couldn't return the vest because the store limit for return was $25 a day. And I would have to try another store on another day to get credit for the Vest. Not wanting to hold up the line. I clarified what she was saying, She returned the hat and mittens . I took the vest with me . Chatted with customer service on Walmart app and because it was a in store return they couldn't tell me if another nearby store would return the $27 vest . He gave me the customer service phone number to call? . Annoyed & Frustrated I am writing this review to let people know the policy of this specific Walmart on Oakmont & Hulen Street in Fort Worth Texas .FYI.. We didn't ask the gift giver for a receipt because we didn't want to hurt their feelings. When I looked it up on Reddit there' are been plenty of conversations regarding this. It's a Walmart, there isn't a whole of good or bad about them. Staff is plentiful but they never even say hi, much less acknowledge my existence. This one is no different. This one is a bit cleaner than others. The bathrooms not so much tho. THIS WALMART IS TRASH!! This is my first time ever coming to this location and it will be the last! I bought a baby sound machine that was LOCKED UP IN A CASE! Didn't think twice tossed it in the cart kept moving and checked out. When I got home I opened the container it will filled with stolen rings and a random charger or some sort in ziplock bags! Like please for the love of god how does that even happen to an item locked up in a case!! I went to take it back to the store and told them what happened and the women at the customer service desk told me the manger is off for the rest of the day keep it mind it was barely 6 and they close at 11 you're telling me there's not a manager here for this whole store!! She then told me I could come from 7-3 tmo somebody MIGHT be here a manager named brandi but she's not for sure. I went to the back to see if there was another back there just to switch them out that's all I ever wanted to do was to switch it out my empty stolen jewelry filled one with the actual baby soother. I came in to buy Tiki torches. I was greeted by Robert Simmons. Walmart managers...HE WAS AMAZING! I didn't have my reading glasses to read the instructions nor did I have my phone to Google instructions and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet my needs!!!! Then I went to cosmetics to check out and was greeted with a smile by Ms. Jessica Hernandez. She was not only amazing as well but had very nice things to say about Mr. Simmons. Walmart...I've grown up with you and unfortunately you are not known for fantastic customer service but today your employees EXCEEDED my expectations. In certain departments, items r locked away behind a (glass) door, or u can't get the items without help. There's no help. They all go on break at the same time! Either they're understaffed or they r adequately staffed yet choose 2 all go on break all at once instead of in shifts! If wal mart wants 2 treat everyone like a crook, they shouldn't expect us 2 wait until their break is over 4 this treatment. I can't get in touch with the store manager 2 complain. The app has changed 2 where u can't submit a complaint, just 300 character feedback. I try going 2 the website, but my app keeps coming up. I called 1 800 wal mart on Sunday. Even if I hear from them, nothing will change 4 the better. Us consumers have 2 decide we want and deserve better by boycotting this chain. Their prices r not low, yet they attract lowlife. The picture I've posted was taken on a Saturday afternoon around 2-3pm and there was someone working that section. Restrooms are filthy, nasty & gross! Parking is always littered. They also tried to contact the store and again, no one would pick up a phone. So here I sit with no groceries and no explanation as to why. Another woman went and told multiple employees and when the manager was told the only thing they said was they'll call the girl who is supposed to be up here. Hey it's Walmart with anything and everything you will ever need but I mostly come here for lunch. They have a Plate Lunch for $3.95. This gives you an entree, a side, and a roll. I like to get their wings which is 6 plump juicy wings. It's kind of a hidden thing here that you need to know about. I used to just go get 6 wings and by weight it was about $5 so much cheaper to get the plate. Shop and eat and get on with life. read more

I can see that Walmart here is improving. Their Produce looks like it improved a little compared to last year. They got a fast food restaurant inside now called Hickorybird. Some employees would give you the eye roll here when you need the assistance but I'm not surprised typical Walmart. Push Carts are everywhere at the parking lot so be sure to park your hot ride somewhere safe, last time some girl hit a pushing cart to someone's vehicle and didn't even care. If I could give less than one star right now I would! I'm a student at TCU and I stopped by this Walmart to grab a bike for transportation to my classes. I picked one out within 10 minutes, and have been circling the bike section looking for a employee to provide assistance. After about 20 minutes of waiting around, I made my way to the Customer Service (who were also not friendly despite my polite questioning) desk to ask for assistance - who sent me back to the bike section claiming someone was on their way to help. I have now been sitting waiting on this supposed employee to meet me for another 20-25 minutes. I am now headed toward the parking lot and on my way to target for better customer service! read more

I can't speak for the interior but the curbside pickup is fantastic. I order all my groceries online throughout the week and pickup on the weekend. I have had excellent, excellent customer service and all my items are always accounted for. If they are out of stock on an item, they will pull a substitute and flag it for your approval. I just found out my wife and I are going to have a baby girl and I was so excited I wanted to buy a pink shirt to wear at work. As I looked around I noticed that I could not find anything in men's clothing that was smaller that an XL. I cam to realize that not only is out country over weight, this particular Walmart catered strictly to the largest crowds. I recently went into this Walmart looking for beauty products and I went to the beauty section to see what new products they had. When I was in the beauty section I notice an employee on her phone not paying attention to any customers and the employee name was Sarita. Eventually Sarita put her phone down and start staring at me and watching me go down every aisle. As I continue to pick up products she kept looking at me. After I finish picking up all the products and then proceeded to walk to another section of Walmart. Before I got out of the beauty section Cerita interrupting her transaction with another customer to asked me if I was paying for the products. After our confuse she then begin to asked me what I was doing and if I was going to pay for them or if I was shopping . I didn't understand why she was doing this because the other customers who were Caucasian were not stopped or asked if they were going to pay for their products. I was the only African-American customer in the section. I then proceeded to do the rest of my shopping highly offended and then when I got to check out I paid for my products and left. After I got in my car I called corporate to report the situation and they promised me a call back which NEVER happened. I called the store personally and it was ignored. After not getting any assistance on the issues I decided to return all of the products because I didn't want to spend my money at an establishment that would accuse me of stealing. As I was returning my products the woman working in customer service told me that Sarita does this a lot & That she receives many complaints about her actions. The employee told me that multiple customers have complained about her following them and accusing them of stealing. I know Walmart has secret shoppers , cameras and loss prevention that being said I don't believe it is in Walmart policy for employees working in the beauty department to be accusing customers of stealing . The whole experience made me uncomfortable and is the reason why I don't shop at Walmart. I think it says a lot about the Company ,!this location that another employee is telling me the customer that this woman Sarita has gotten multiple complaints for her actions and that's he does the same thing to her coworkers ,yet her actions are not being corrected or disciplined. One star is one too many. I've always thought of this store as a necessary evil because I have a kid. If you want eye rolling and cross talking by employees if by chance you ask for help, and managers that are just there to support the bad habits of their pathetic unprofessional employees, this is the place for you. If all Walmart's operated the same way it should be no wonder that the company is closing hundreds of stores. Shopping online and putting most of these people out of a job does not seem like a terrible idea at all. When I cashier can't even process a gift card that came from Walmart properly and tells you to just go get a refund for your gift card, there is definitely a problem. And when they toss a receipt at you that ends up on the floor and respond "poops it blew away", you can tell they have no respect for their job, the organization, and least of all you the customer. Tried the curbside grocery pickup for the first time and was pretty happy with it! It's always nice when you don't have to step foot inside a Walmart. Easy to order online and my groceries were ready during the time window that I selected. Young guy working was very courteous. It took 20 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I left. I think the wait time for a service like this should be more like 10 minutes but regardless I was happy and will use again. read more
