I come here often, but this time I was excited to try their cakes. I've never had a bad experience with a whole cake here, and the cappuccino cake did not disappoint. The cake was beautiful, it really looked like a cup of cappuccino, complete with the swirled "foam" on top. When we walked in, we weren't greeted, but the place is clean and there was plenty of seating options. We grabbed a tray and make our selection. I was disappointed in the almond croissant, is was very flat, so I didn't not purchase that item which is definitely my favorite pastry. We were drawn to this place because it's a well-known chain in South Korea and loved the vibe from the start! Since residing in Texas, I would drive all the way to Carrollton or Lewisville for this; and now it's within a 5 mile radius! First off, they make stunning birthday cakes. And if you are waiting on something to be warmed up, the holding area is quite tight, so it gets crowded quickly when there are a few people waiting. I'm excited to be able to conveniently pick up one of their beautiful cakes for special occasions now. They come in individual slices too. Everything was exceptionally fresh and the staff was working their tails off to keep everything stocked. This place just opened, so they are definitely still working out their processes and workflow but all and all I enjoyed my trip here. We ordered a chocolate croissant, lemon cronut, eggs and cheese sandwich, and a kolache concoction. All was reasonably priced, and again so fresh. We had to go a couple times for me to be able to leave an accurate review. This place when they have pastry's stocked and out they are sooo good. We have been about 4 times, just to pop in and grab something sweet. 2 out of the 4 times there was absolutely nothing in the cases to grab everything was gone and they were still to be open for another 5/6 hrs. Now if you just happen to go when they have their pastries done and ready to be picked they are great, seriously so delicious, the coffee and matcha is also amazing (that's probably why they're never stocked) it has a little coffee shop vibe and outdoor seating. In addition service may be a bit slow, especially if there's a lot of new employees and it gets busy. I waited at least 20-30mins for my latte. I've been to other locations and I would have to say, this place is limited on the pastries. The ambiance can get quiet loud, especially it being busy all the time. It can also get a bit overwhelming with limited seats, but the good thing is they have indoor and outdoor seatings.
