Compared to the Grand Prairie location, this store is smaller but still had all the items I wanted during my visit. I mainly go to Paris Baguette for coffee, savory and delicious croissant pastries. With the exception of coffee, I selected my pastries along with a slice of chocolate hazelnut nutella cake, which I received on the house for my birthday. The customer service was excellent during my visit. If I return to Paris Baguette, I would choose this location over the Grand Prairie one, unless I'm looking for a wider variety of options. read more

This is our second time in and we've been pleased both times. On the weekends you do need to get there at a decent time for best availability but we've always found something yummy. It's a cute little cafe vibe and we enjoy the outdoor seating as well. Service has been friendly with us but I can see how they'd get frustrated with long lines. I come here often, but this time I was excited to try their cakes. I've never had a bad experience with a whole cake here, and the cappuccino cake did not disappoint. The cake was beautiful, it really looked like a cup of cappuccino, complete with the swirled "foam" on top. We were drawn to this place because it's a well-known chain in South Korea and loved the vibe from the start! We went on opening day, and that kicked off my spending spree...over $200 in just the first two weeks . oops. Couldn't get enough! When we walked in, we weren't greeted, but the place is clean and there was plenty of seating options. We grabbed a tray and make our selection. I was disappointed in the almond croissant, is was very flat, so I didn't not purchase that item which is definitely my favorite pastry. I have been to a few similar styled pastry places in the overall DFW area. So, I was excited to see another one pop up over here. Most things are self serve, and can run out throughout the day. The issue I ran into was that a few things were mislabeled or didn't have a price. Which can be problematic if someone is trying to avoid an allergen. I had intended to get a coffee, but it slipped my mind when trying to check out as they had some issues with the group ahead of me. I almost left without the macaroon I ordered but luckily checked my box before leaving and saw my one behind the counter item had been rung up but not put in my box. Since residing in Texas, I would drive all the way to Carrollton or Lewisville for this; and now it's within a 5 mile radius! First off, they make stunning birthday cakes. The staff is friendly, but the process lacks a bit of guidance--you often have to initiate questions about heating items or whether your order is for dine-in or to-go. And if you are waiting on something to be warmed up, the holding area is quite tight, so it gets crowded quickly when there are a few people waiting. I'm excited to be able to conveniently pick up one of their beautiful cakes for special occasions now. They come in individual slices too. We had to go a couple times for me to be able to leave an accurate review. This place when they have pastry's stocked and out they are sooo good. We have been about 4 times, just to pop in and grab something sweet. 2 out of the 4 times there was absolutely nothing in the cases to grab everything was gone and they were still to be open for another 5/6 hrs. Now if you just happen to go when they have their pastries done and ready to be picked they are great, seriously so delicious, the coffee and matcha is also amazing (that's probably why they're never stocked) it has a little coffee shop vibe and outdoor seating. In addition service may be a bit slow, especially if there's a lot of new employees and it gets busy. I waited at least 20-30mins for my latte. I've been to other locations and I would have to say, this place is limited on the pastries. The ambiance can get quiet loud, especially it being busy all the time. It can also get a bit overwhelming with limited seats, but the good thing is they have indoor and outdoor seatings.
