There are a million things you have to plan and worry about going awry on your wedding day and this was the one component that was just perfect. From ordering, asking questions, and pickup to cutting and eating - the process working with Hanna was seamless and comfortable. The cake itself was to die for. We went with an almond cake, blackberry filling and cream cheese frosting. This combination was insane! The cake was buttery, flavorful, nutty, nuanced and so rich and delicate. The filling was fresh, sweet, tart, and bright. The frostings were creamy, melt in your mouth goodness. The sweetness was so balanced that no one had a problem inhaling their slice. Might I say - this cake was even better the next day when I had time to myself and my now husband :) to sit down and enjoy a leftover slice with some hot tea. It was just such a memorable part of our entire weekend. Not that I even have to disclose but, obviously, the cake was gorgeous. I was absolutely hesitant to slice and ruin any of this incredibly detailed piping and decor but it cut like butter and tasted just as good as it looked. It was truly a perfect cake and you need one for your next event.

I've been searching for a great place to order specialty cakes from and this where I will go for now on! The details were great as well. She is definitely not a people person. I was hesitated to write a review about her but i was there multiple times and her attitude tells me that i was bothering her also i called first and asked for the owners name and she not want to give it to me. the girl who answered was Sara thats what she said when she answered so i went to ck reviews and Lo and behold other people has complained about the same issues I have. I finally got the owners name its Sharon based on the reviews i read. I feel the that this bakery is or will continue to lose business based on having that kind of customer service representatives run the front end of the business. So sorry for Sharon.

I love how they've preserved the church vibe. The entrance still has that "churchy" feel, the booths are made from pews, and you can even sit on the stage next to the beautiful stained glass windows. It's a very cool atmosphere. The crowd seemed to mostly be locals, which is always a good sign in my book--if the locals are there, it must be a solid spot. While many were picking up baked goods, there were plenty of people enjoying lunch as well. Since "bakery" is in their name, my expectations were high, and I wasn't disappointed. They offer a wide variety of cookies, and their cakes and pies looked absolutely tempting. We tried a good mix of cookies (more than half a dozen!) and each one tasted homemade and delicious. As for the food, it was good but not extraordinary. My husband and I both went for the half-sandwich combo. I had the chicken salad on homemade white bread with a side of vegetable soup, while he had the turkey club on homemade seven-grain bread, paired with house-made chips. It was all tasty, but nothing to write home about. I wish they offered lattes instead of just filter coffee, but that's just me loving lattes. The service, however, was fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very patient as I took my time selecting cookies. They really added to the welcoming vibe of the place. I'll definitely be back, mostly for the baked goods and excellent service. Can't wait to try even more cookies next time!

It was for an event at the hospital where I work and I didn't have any choice but to take it. So embarrassing! And the person working at the counter was very unprofessional. Truly an experience found easily on W. Victory Blvd. in Fort Worth, the Swiss pastry shop is unique. There is something for everyone to be found here from cookies to amazing pies and cheesecake slathered with cherry topping. Helper chose cherry pop over. The pastry was not as normally expected flaky, it was a beautiful delicious bite, filled with cherry filling, nearly like a jelly filled doughnut. The greatest compliment I can pay a pastry shop is that I might go in for one bear claw and come out satisfied. Today we went in for oatmeal cookies and came out with two boxes because we couldn't decide which one we wanted more. I just see from the attached photos. We came out with two boxes one filled with cookies and one filled with pastries because one box was not going to be enough. We are not a family of eight, so we're going to have to fill ourselves up or find some really sweet friends to share with soon. You will not be disappointed, and we saw they also are offering coffee. We had ours brewing at home so we continued on our drive. Give them a try if you have not there are gluten-free options available as well. Last I forget, the service was exceptional worthy of 5+ stars and the ambience is smells as delicious as it looks, and lots of smiles all around, especially from the patrons
